She unknowingly calls out that she gives her power to the true moon princess, whom happens to be her sister. However her sister Tsukino Kayla, has a hard choice to make, for she is in love with someone, and knows all battles will take place in different locations, meaning trabeling may be required. so she must chose to accept her powers, or leave the world without a sailor moon.
