This is my 2nd reading, and loved it just as much as I did the first time. I don't give a wang how's it labeled so the whole AU or continuation or OOC crap can fly out the window. A good story is a good story!

im not trying to be mean but this story is actually in no absolute way a continuation of the series...i give you props on the originality i guess..but in a way your just *qoute* *disguising an au with the inuyasha characters*because they were all to ooc and i agree with alot of reviews...any mother would react like this, its just plain weird to push your daughter away to a hanyou but in case you all havent noticed this anime is in no way a *normal* series.i mean..if it were really to happen in real life kagome would have probably started to cry instead of going up to pet inuyasha's ears. so once again i congratulate(sp?) you on butchering the series yet still ending up with an okay fic..and really..you know what? its not really my business so after all this rambling i would just like to say...-speechless-..i'm sorry im just to much of a all out fan to actually say its *awesome*(im the boring always stick to the characters personalities in the anime kind of girl...i like different and original plots though) but i admire your creativity. also please dont hate me..you have the right to write this story so i have the right to write a sortaflamesortacomplimet review which states my opinions. i swear im not trying to be mean.

I smiled so much. It was such a sweet story. And WOOT! As a native NYer it was pleasing to know Inu & Kags renewed their vows here. Well done.

I just took the morning off to read this. Basically, I agree that everyone is a bit ooc, but that doesn't make it a bad fic & being ooc doesn't make it any less of a InuYasha fiction IMO. Who wants to see the same character played the same way over and over and OVER? Big ups for variety. I will say that Kagome is a baka and mama H is a bitch :snort:. But the fact that you dared for them to be different is a plus. The only thing I wish you'd do is give some detail on the lemons. I'm completely hentai & lemons are a must ^_^ Otherwise, it's a good story. Why do I get the feeling Aiko & Kagome are the same person or something close? :Raises brow: And was that really Sess-poo or Shippo?

Everyone is so out of character, especially Kagome's mom. Alternative Universe doesn't mean you get to change the characters' personalities, it just means they are in a different setting. All the characters are out of character here...

Actually, I really like how you portrayed Kagome's mom in the last chapter. It was funny seeing Mama Higurashi lay down the law on Inuyasha and you're right, any good mother in her situation would be worried about her daughter and probably act the same way. The whole Ian bit with Kagome's friend and the "man with axe in skull" had me laughing so hard. I love the way you weave angst and humor throughout the story, keeping the reader interested the entire time. And the morning after scene between Inu and Kag's just captured their personalities and reactions perfectly! Hope you update soon. I'm loving this story.
