Wow! What a powerful story! Did you all ever finish it? I'd sure love to know how you resolved everything. The Youko/Kurama situation sure gives an additional tug on the heartstrings in this piece. Interesting -- I don't think I've ever read a story where one of him was in love with her and the other one wasn't. What a tragedy! I assume the rest of the story will resolve around the eventual secondary mating situation and the punishment of Maiko,ne? Hmmmnn. As always, I am impressed by your talents and writing skills. If you haven't finished this one somewhere, I hope you will.

Any change you will finish this? I suspect you got fewer reviews because people have to sign in to review for you, but still... it is very well done. I read it start to middle and would really like to see the finish. One issue, however, is that she seems to be leaning towards accepting Yususke to protect Hiei, and not from any innate desire for Yususke. I've no problem at all with trios in fanfic, but would want her to take yususke from honest desire and love rather than a "well, its better than letting Hiei get killed." attitude. However, unfortunately, I suspect you'll never finish it, so I'll never know.

.. I can understand how Yusuke is feeling right now... sometimes even though you want to it's hard to put their happiness above your own. Even though you want to, its just so hard. And then even if you do manage it, it slowly tears you apart. I guess only time can tell. Cant wait to read the next chapters
