It took me a few days but I read it all. I must really say it was quite good. I mean WOW it was good, with all it's twists and turns in the plot lines! WOW is a good discription!

Hey there Angie-sama...sorry I haven't reviewed in months, but I haven't wanted to read the story. I admit it, I actually avoided reading Forever Mine, I got so worried about what would happen to Kenshin and Kaoru that I avoided reading the updates. I'm sorry! I finnally gathered the courage to continue and have to say that I'm very dissappointed in myself for doubting what you had in store for these two. I began avoiding the story when Kenshin and Kaoru first got to Sano's apartment, so let me start my review there. Thank you for not forgetting about explaining to Kaoru that Kenshin broke his vow "To never kill again". I think that not addressing that may have made this story way to AU. It's interesting that you dressing Kaoru in the dark blue yakatta and with hakam. The same colors that Kenshin wore as a Hitokiri. I thought it was brilliant, the way you used it and the proximity of Kenshin to Kaoru to trigger Enishi's past life. You're one heck of a writter! I asked you when you first mentioned Shishio if he was going to make more of an appearance, at the time you didn't think so, but I'm glad he did. He was after all, just another one of Enishi's lacky's, in his past life. Even if Shishio didn't see it that way...having a one track mind will do that to a person I suppose. I like how you snuck in the Futai No Kiwami (I know I screw up that spelling), unfortunatley I think Sano would end up killing other "ring" fighters if he used it against them...crazy Rooster Head. Thanks for not leaving Aoshi and Misao out of it! It was nice to have Aoshi say that he cared for Misao enough, not, to have her memory of her past life restored to her. Aoshi must have realized that it would have brought her alot of pain, to remember her past. Keeping her happy in the present must really mean alot to him. (Awwww...) I did think it was funny to realize that Aoshi (a law enforcement officer) was giving Kenshin a blueprint to Enishi's lair and that Enishi was leading Kenshin to the fighting arena. Brings back memories of Saito (another officer of the law) giving Aoshi a map to Shishio's lair and Yumi leading Kenshin to his fighting arena. You are a sneaky one Angie-sama, that you are. Putting Enishi squarely in Kenshin's shoes was awsome! Now Enishi has to deal with the pain Kenshin went through when he accidentally cut down Tomoe. How's that for karma! Dr. Gensai...it would seemed proper to have him be her doctor. I wonder what triggered him memory...? Well, things are shaping up to a happy ending for our favorite guilt ridden swordsman. I can't wait for the finale. You're one of the great ones Angie-sama!! Sweetcakes PS-Did you finally kick the habit? I know it's a continuous fight, but I have faith in you!!

Honestly, Kenshin deserved to lose her that time. You don't toy with the enemy "I know I can stop you." he should have taken him out with the speed he had and been done with it. He was being arrogant and it cost everyone.

Oooo!!! I'm so happy to see you on Mediaminer! Oh yeah...I'm loving Sano's persistance at getting Megumi back (damn stubborn Rooster Head) and how he protect Kaurou like a sister. Kaurou is falling back into her old (past life) habit of trying to protect Kenshin, even if she doesn't know who he really is. Keep writting!! How's the non-smoking doing?

I like the twists and turns that are in the story, and eagerly anticipate the confrontation between Enishi and Kenshin (though it is probably some time off). The pacing and characters are great. Hope to see more.
