It's been a while since i read but i'm all caught up now. Yay! I don't really have much to say other than great job. You don't need any advise because you are doing great on your own and i won't request something because if your anything like me you wouldn't listen any who... lol. Keep up the good work...^_~

Great chapter! Merkamou is fun, if a little devious and I knew Kagome would fall for Sesshomaru! She has that kind of heart. If you are still looking for a beta, I'd be happy to do it, but be forewarned (and this is from experience), beta readers slow down your posting, though I would try to get it read and commented as quickly as possible. I'm not a grammer queen or anything, but a second pair of eyeballs always helps. You might check out my stuff first, to make sure that you'd want me to do it. Classic line: `It's kind of embarrassing when one of my guards runs away from a little girl.' -- I thought it was cute . -- Though from the rest of the description it sounds like Rin is really dedicated. That is good and something I could stand to adopt. In many ways Merkamou sounds like a big kid at heart. I like how enjoys sparing with Rin and is willing to teach her various tricks. I also like how he has a very serious streak to his character where he was willing to sacrifice himself for the sake of his lands. Matches very will with the passion for his lands of last chapter. I also enjoyed Sesshoumaru using him to "relieve some stress" About time he wiped the floor with someone disparaging his mate. I'm glad that Merkamou finally approved of Kagome. The sake scene at the end was amusing as well.--- Again another good read.

Ah yes I needed a good laugh. Thank you very much for that. I like the list of what we aren't going to do in the beginning. I also liked how Rin challenged Merkamou. Very amusing. I think my favorite part was the following. "Sesshomaru-sama, it is a wonder you get any peace in this house." "Hai." Sesshomaru looked decidedly bored. `You have no idea.' Also amusing was the "exit" from the dining hall. At least they tried. I like the new name for Sesshoumaru "Jo-Chan" Oopse! All in all very enjoyable. I needed that

There really needs to be more of this story soon. I love non-ditz Kagome, and I think you've got an interesting approach to their relationship and I want to see it play out (also I want to see the very public turning to ash of some disapproving flunkies. I'll get that, won't I? Please???).

So the Captain has discovered make her angery and you get the odd result. Good :) I too like the line where Kagome suggests that perhaps he should ask before touching. The next chapter will be interesting. I also like how after an encounter with him Kagome decides that perhaps 4 guards would be appropriate. Pitty the poor captain who had to stand there and take that. It is good that the Lord approves of Kagome and hopefully there won't be too much trouble from that part. All in all a good job. Please keep up the good work.

Neat! Nice explaination of what is going on in the author's notes. It is nice to encounter an author that has some experience with what they are writing about. I've taken martial arts and sparing practice is the part that I am the worst at. I am always worried about hurting the other person even if the other person is my "little" brother who weighs about 70 lbs more than I do and about 8 inches taller. There is a HUGH difference between knowing the theory and actually applying it to someone. I'm hoping that if I ever get into a situation where I need it that fight or flight reflex will kick in and I can do something about it. In actual comments about the story: Interesting how the healer felt brave enough to be sarcastic about Kagome with Sesshoumaru right there. I'm somewhat surprised that Sesshoumaru let him get away with it. Though it looked like Sesshoumaru wanted to go hunting instead. I also like the ending comment where the "lady" training would be worse than other training.

I just wanted to say that I really like this story. This chapter doesn't stand out any more than the rest but I would be remiss if I didn't review somewhere a story that I enjoy so much. I am glad that you are making how Sesshoumaru and Kagome get togeter believable. I also like how Kagome starts out on traditional training and that doesn't work so they move to more untraditional training. (Reminds me of some of Mercedes Lackey books where the rulers had to learn a bit of untraditional training from a Mercenary because not everything is nice out there. It is a completely different mind set) It is interesting that Kagome thinking too much is part of the problem. Maybe she doesn't want to hurt Rin. She may do better with a different sparing partner that she isn't so concerned about hurting. Anyhow good job and please keep it coming.

This Fan fic is awsome. I have been reading every update but i just now got around to logging in and reviewing. I am always on the run and by the time i fin a chapter i have to go out the door.
