Wow. well shippo really did get wat was coming to him. ah well he is still too much of a baby. i still cant get over the fact about kagomes mom. now wat mom will say that they could go into the shower and finish wat they started. she definantly is the most understanding mother of the year. i will be watching 4 wen the next chapter comes out so keep up the great work

That went well, I think. I almost (not quite) felt sorry for Shippou, but he more than deserved what he got--I think that Sesshoumaru was going easy on the little brat, but the whole ugly truth finally came out all the same. I was really glad that the others came to realize the possible consequences of their thoughtlessness, and seem to be more than willing to make amends when Inu and Kagome get back. Still, I don't think it's going to be pretty when Kagome finds out exactly what Shippou's been up to all this time--she's going to be terribly disappointed in him, and that might even hurt worse than his butt! I'm still laughing over Mama getting an eyeful (and an earful when they went to take their showers)! I always thought that she was no fool, and could see which way the wind was blowing from the start--maybe that's why she never really seemed to encourage Houjou all that much (beyond being polite, I mean). Again, well worth the wait! Now to start waiting for the next bit....

From the moment I started reading this story I couldn't stop. You did a wonderful job with the drama and romance. I really love this so far. I hope you get a chance to update soon.

I absolutely LOVE your work! 'Blood and Tears', 'She's Like the Wind', and now 'Live and Let Die', you truly are a master at your craft. I loved the way you had Kaede talk some sense into the rest of the gang after Inuyasha and Kagome went missing, and having Sesshomaru lead those girls back to their village was great too. I hope when Kikyo shows up next, Kagome beats that walking clay corpse back into the ground, and Shippo needs a good scare after what he pulled, and a "talk" with Sesshomaru should make certain he doesn't do anything like that again. Great job, and I hope to see more chapters from you soon, as well as more great fics. KUDOS!

uh oh lol kagome's mom right there when they walk out that is hilarious. i can't wait till the next chapter it is going to be hilarious kagome's mom then sesshomaru scaring shippou i just cant wait for the next chapter to come out

I'm really looking forward to what I think is coming up--especially Shippou getting taken down a peg or two by Sesshoumaru and Mama's reaction. Those two things are going to be utterly priceless! As always, your lemons are beautifully done, capturing the emotional aspects as well as the physical--as far as I'm concerned, the whole point of it anyway! I hope Mama will be okay with it once she gets over the initial shock, but I think that she's one of those who only wants her family to be happy, so it should all work out for the best.... At least Grandpa wasn't the one to catch them in the act! Keep up the great work--as always, I'm looking forward to the next part!

Wow, there is a lot of sex in this story. I mean a lot. Like I imagine this might beat The Lucky Ones for number of times Inuyasha and Kagome get busy. Now that you've given reasons for them not following, I'm not only mad, I'm a little disgusted. It basically boiled down to I'm incompetant and don't care as much about one friend as I do about another. I can understand Shippo's response though. Kids do horrible things without reasons all the time, there doesn't have to be anything sinister behind it. Why wouldn't he give "I'm just a kid" as a reason? It's how Kagome and the others explain away all of his bad behaviour. He can be so calm and remorseless about it because he doesn't understand just how serious what he did was. But he still needs a beating. And damn you for getting the song stuck in my head, it just won't leave.

This is a beautiful story. I really want to hear Shippo's explanation of what was going through his mind. We know it's more than "I don't know. I'm just a kid." I would really like to see Sesshomaru give his brother's pack a good tongue lashing. Then it can be Kagome's turn. Please update this wonderful story as soon as you can. I really can't wait to see what happens next.

Two cliffhangers!!! You just had to do that didn't you. I don't know what I'm looking forward to more, the confrontation between Mama and the "kids" or Sesshomaru's talk with Shippou. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what's going on with him. I dont think he's more than a child, Inuyasha would have known that when he started to travel with them, I ruled possession out because Miroku, Kagome, or at the very least Kaida would have sensed it. The only thing I could think of was jealousy. Somehow he sensed the growing bond between Inu and Kag and didn't want Inu to take his 'mom' away so he tied to sabatoge it, not realizing that he could have seriously hurt or killed them both. The runt has been spoiled too long and he needs to be disciplined, especially after something like this. As much as it would crush Kagome to find out how much he could have helped, they all need to know to heal. I'm always so impressed with your story lines and the depth that you give these characcters. You always leave me looking forward to more. Normally I don't ask, but your left me in a place that's killing me...please update again soon.

First off I wanted to start with the ending of todays chapter... and in the words of our beloved hanyou - "oh sh**!!" That is one serious embarrassment!! To be caught by the mother in a very nice sex postion. I hope Mama Higuarshi takes it well.. as she can. I forsee a scream. Maybe one where all three scream. LOL LOLOLOL!! Rock on!!! And GO Sesshoumaru!! Please beat the crude out of those jerks!! Especially Shippou!! How absolutely callous!! What an awful person!! "I don't, I'm just a kid" and calmly eat!! Make it so his butt is flayed multiple times by a poison whip!! I have gone into spank mode!! I hope Sesshoumaru decides to take Shippo away and deal with him. Boy Is Kagome ever going to feel betrayed by all this!! I know I would love to go and scruff him big time!! I hope Shippo doesn't get a pat on the head and all is forgiven type of deal. And I hope Kagome doesn't give in easily to Shippo after this. By the very low opinion the others have of Inuyasha and herself. That is really going to hurt. This IS a really good and beautifully written story!! I am loving it sooo much!! Thank you!! I can't wait for the next chapter!! I love seeing my alerts from the Literary Goddess!! Again Thank you for sharing your story with us!! I like how Sesshoumaru explained himself- no one can kill him but me. Soo Like Sesshoumaru!! And I wonder what will happen if Sesshoumaru runs across Kikyo? I wonder if they are going to break in some furniture as well?.. giggles..
