OMG__I can't believe you haven't finished it. What about poor Sasuke waiting for his Naruto to return--broken hearted so much that he can't even live in the house they built together_he's waiting in a tent. Where's their happy reuion. The love conquers all. The happy ending??? Telling his friends that he feels more alive and more loved and less alone with just Sasuke than he does the entire village of Konaha.

I'm really surprised Naruto hasn't asked why he can't have a place of his own to stay. If not an apartment, then maybe guest quarters that are used for visiting diplomats-afterall, he lived all his life alone, until Sasuke. Part of his frustration with his 'friends' is probably because he's acting as childish as they believe him to be. If he can't show them he knows the difference between right and wrong, good and bad (that kind of stuff); why should they believe him when he says the good things he says about Sasuke. Why he's continuing this 'act' I can't quite understand. I thought this was interesting: Sakura had come up with a wonderful idea... He and Sakura would take Naruto out for breakfast and a walk. Sakura had assured Lee that Naruto would forgive everything that had been said the night before. Explaining that Naruto didn't seem to have the ability to hold anything against anyone. 'Probably another side-effect of what Uchiha did to him.' They think Sasuke brainwashed him and they are knowingly using the same tactics that they think Sasuke used to get Naruto to do and say what he wanted him to. Who needs enemies with friends like these.

This chapter (5) was most excellent. The story of their travels, training, growth, experiences, budding relationship...It was all really very sweet. You really proved your ability to weave a good story in this chapter. I particularly liked this line: "I've smelled your farts plenty of times and they stink Sasuke." I realized I read and reviewed this story a few months ago. That review was not as kind. I realized that in that review I was only focusing on the mistakes/problems I saw with the story. But now I review on the story as a whole_the mistakes and or problems were few and far between when considering the story as a whole. I'm glad I got a chance to re-read it and give a fairer review. I'm enjoying the story very much. Thanks for taking the time to write it and share it with us.

How is it Naruto could remember his friends names, the name of his village, his forehead protector (which by the way Sasuke told Sakura to give to Iruka_because it was given to Naruto by Iruka_so why did Tsunade have it?); but he had to relearn the lay out of the village? When Naruto was a child he lived by himself, took care of himself-why would being child like take away any of the abilities and knowlege he had as a child? Though I can see the comedic value in having a room full of people while Iruka and Naruto had to explain what happened to the Hokage_it is unlikely that the Hokage would allow a room full of people to hear a personal report from Iruka and Kakashi. Also the issue of Sasuke abducting Naruto to keep him safe from Sai and the villagers_Sakura and Yamato both knew Sai sexually harrassed Naruto-they didn't acknowlege that when Naruto told them what Sasuke told Naruto. And Sakura and Yamato would both know that Sai would never have just woken Naruto up if he had fallen asleep peeing--he would have done something naughty to him and they all know it. If Naruto remembers getting his forehead protector, he was 12 at the time_so he should not have regressed to the behavior of somebody younger than 12-yet you have him acting tooooo child like sometimes. Though it makes for an entertaining story_it's not always compatible with the character. For instance he had the ability to help defeat Itachi-that takes a good level of maturity and discipline. Yet when you describe Naruto and Sasuke's physical relationship it sometimes sounds like Sasuke is a pedophile by the way Naruto describes what they do. I do like that you have Naruto being able to help Sasuke recover some of his lost youth/innocence in his ability to express freely with Naruto. Overall, the story is enjoyable. The things I mentioned are small parts of the story; and they don't detract from the story as a whole.

It's a little difficult to believe that after 3 years with Sasuke that Naruto would leave him after only talking for part of an evening with some of his former friends. Naruto's behavior in the village isn't very well defined. You have him behaving like a child. You have him behaving like he's fooling the village by acting like a child. At some points you have him acting like he's mentally impaired (the wee-wee sex talk in front of a room full of people).

please update soon i want to see what will happen with sasuke. maybe he will try to see naruto and explain wat happened or tell him how much he missed him. or naruto will try to find sasuke to ask him if his love is real or not i dont know and its killing me. please please please update sooooooooon.
