Another great one. I liked Inuyasha's confusion over why Kagome would dress like a hanyou. But I especially liked how he was able to be himself in her time. I bet that Halloween will quickly become his and Kagome's favorite holidays, and not only because it will also be their aniversary.

This is the second time I've read this and it really holds up well. It's really great to see a story where Inu interacts with Kagome's friends like he does in canon.

There's nothing like a good, sweet resolution for our favorite hanyou and girl from the future. All the thoughts and hesitations were just right, although she should have realized from the kissing that he hadn't been touched otherwise. LOL!! It's about time he told her she wasn't ugly, too. LOL! Thanks for not having her have a fabulous orgasm that first time, -- chances are, he wouldn't have lasted long enough. LOL! Her thoughts and love were good enough. Nice one!

I really liked Kagome and inu telling true spooky tales from their travels and adventures at the party. And the gal telling the legend of the hanyou and the miko was a neat touch. inu really got introspective there after Kagome said that Kikyou was the only woman he had ever loved, and I appeciated you having him think about the times Kagome had saved Kikyou, even when Kikyou had tried tried to KILL her. He shed those tears for Kagome's near-death FIRST, too. Can't wait to find out what kinds of things he's been keeping from her, for her protection.

Ah, so cute! I liked the way Miroku got a kick out throwing out the "s-word" around Inuyasha. And I love Inu's thoughts concerning Kagome dressing up like a hanyou. Nice touch, having him notice they "matched." And, of course, you've just gotta love it when he subconsciously starts thinking about them being "together."

EXCELLENT story. I love the emotion in this story. The interaction between Inuyasha and kagome was wonderful. Inuyasha's characterization in particular was wonderful. He's been through so much hell in his life.....but still managed to become a wonderful, if damaged man. No wonder Kagome loves him so much. and her characterization was terrific, too. Her understanding and unconditional love for Inuyasha, even down to her choice of costume was beautifully done. Great job.

Can't wait for your update on this. I know you got something cooking in that melon of yours. Not entirely sure what J Luc Pitard meant by "The holiday aspect requires a large dose of "this is just a fan fic" however." Are we not supposed to realize that MM.org is just a repository for "fanfics"? Did I miss the memo where MM.org is hosting some sort of shindig for NON-FICTION writing heavyweights? What the hell was he expecting? That MM.org suddenly is hosting a block party for some of the world's powerhouse literary giants? Beyond that, even a moron such as I knows that Holloween is becoming more and more popular as a secular celebration in Japan. Yeesh, google it, my friend. Sorry 'bout the rant. *sheepish grin* Can't wait to see your next installment since I know it's coming - heh!!!

Many nice things about this fic. The lemon stands out as a really good "first time," but there are many other nice moments in this fic- Shippo's reaction, the candy corn fight and the story telling, for example. Your style is good and I will enjoy going back and reading your older stories since I like your take on the characters. The holiday aspect requires a large dose of "this is just a fan fic" however.
