I really enjoyed this story! I even added it to my favorites list. You know, i don't HATE Kikyou, i just do not like her and her constant interference. I had been wondering about this subject for quite some time now, thinking about what it would be like for her to walk in on Inuyasha and Kagome, kind of like a "now you know how it feels" type of thing. I really enjoyed you doing that. The way that you portrayed the characters as well, was really good. It almost made it seem as if they were the real thing. Not many authors can do that, really, many of them (i have to admit, including myself) wish to make the characters something that they are not; doing things that they would normally not do. Which, that, therefore, makes them actually out of character (OOC). I really loved this story and i think you should continue writing, because you are honestly going places with this. kikyo's reaction to 'full youkai' yasha was quite believable. the fact that while she was alive she wanted to remove 'that' part of him whereas kagome was the only one who had no qualms about embracing even his youkai literally and emotionally is a great contrast when she has to confront the reality of it. . . i like stories when yasha transforms interacting with kagome, kinda like the rurouni kenshin series fanfics where battousai and kaoru interact... dangerous, thrilling, titilating, carnal. ~ a pleasure, ginny

Excellent story. I have always wished to see the situations reversed with Kagome and Kikyo, too. Maybe then Kikyo wouldn't be smug and superior. I really do feel sorry for Kikyo, though. It really must suck to find out you betrayed the man you loved and died yourself all because of an evil lie. And it must definitely suck to watch that same man fall in love with someone else (your own reincarnation, no less) with you there to watch. AND knowing that you really have no place in his world because you're already dead. Her story is is pitiable, no doubt. But Kagome and especially Inuyasha deserve to be happy, especially since it is now clear that Inuyasha was as much a victim of Naraku as she was. And because, as much as Inuyasha loved Kikyo in the past, he clearly loves Kagome more...and she accepts ALL of him. This was a great depiction of all that. I hope to read more from you soon.

i adored sango's moment of pettyness here. everyone deserves to have at least one, and kikyou has had many. she got to witness a tender moment, a nonforced, noncoersced moment of true feeling, one not brought about by reminders of the past or guilt. inuyasha's reaction coming out of his "state" was perfect, embarrassed, but not overly so. he figured out quickly the gist of it and didn't panic when he saw a half clothed kagome. he simply did what needed to be done. you really have a way with describing you settings, giving the atmosphere of the piece. kudos! it was worth the wait. taps foot for next one...

This was so beautifully written!! I love the story! Loved that This time it was Kikyou who witnessed the tender scene. (snorts lightly... maybe she'll run off and find Sesshoumaru and fall madly in love with him) You certainly are rapidly becoming a dear favourite of mine!! the skill that you show with your writings is great!! Loved how Inuyasha sought only to portect Kagome from all harm. So very sweet!! I really enjoyed that he was remembering little bits of his transformation! Mega Kudos!!! to you for Not having Kagome become a nasty person because he removed her shirt with tending her wounds. Way too many writers do that and I find it a turn off. You certainly have maintained the intergity of the characters!! Thank you so very much for sharing this with us and for allowing us to read and review!!

Yet more fuel for the 'great writing skills' fire. You can put more imagery into one sentence than may others on this site put into a whole story. You skillfully blend tension and feeling into the characters with only a few well thought out phrases. I'm hoping to see more of this and any other ideas that pop into your creative head. :) The idea of Kikyou actually seeing Inu in demon form is very creative and I'm sure you'll make it as enjoyable as this first chapter hints at. Yeah! The only thing I can say bad(if it is indeed a bad thing) is that it was TOO SHORT! Had you worried there, didn't I? ha ha. I like it! Demon Inuyasha... *sigh* I don't know what it is, but I like Demon Inuyasha a little more than I probably should. I really did enjoy this first chapter, though. Please continue!

I love it!! That is such a good way to start the fic. So are you going to tell us how Inuyasha turned into a full demon?? And as far as i know, Kikyo doesn't know Inuyasha's full-demon state. so yeah....UPDATE SOON!!
