Well, I wasn't sure about the story at first, as fics that involve OCs with any type of relation to Mustang are usually really bad, but I'm glad I gave this one a chance. Amelia isn't a terrible character- in fact, she's quite good. I can't pinpoint the factor that enables her to be a capable soldier while not becoming a Mary Sue, but there you are- good job! On another note, though, she addresses Edward as 'Second Lieutenant', which would mean he got a demotion, not a promotion. Just with his alchemy certification, Ed ranks Major, which is above both Hawkeye and Havoc. The next rank up is Lieutenant Colonel, which was Hughes's old rank. :D Good job anyways, and I hope to see more from you soon.
