wow. great chapter, and well worth the wait! this is one of my favorite stories, and i look forward to each time you have the chance to update! i love the relationship between sesshoumaru and kagome, and am interested to see what happens now that sesshoumaru has come to terms with everything. sango was awesome in this chapter, i completely agreed with her--sesshoumaru should suffer a little, :D. the introduction of the diary is also exciting--i wonder what they will find out? and there's still the serial killer to worry about...i love how you keep adding more and more elements to this story, and i can't wait to see how it all plays out. once again, your descriptions and details are spot on. this is such an original story, hope to see more whenever you have the time!

Please please please please please please please will you write another chapter soon??? I love this story so much, and i keep checking almost daily in the hopes of a new chapter. (Is that sad?) I mean, I don't wanna rush you, I know you have a life like the rest of us (well, maybe not me ha ha), but honestly I am dying for a new chapter!!! Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a stirring and moving story!

I haven't reviewed in a long time; I haven't even read anything in forever, but your stories have always been my favorite. "For Richer or Poorer" was my favorite up until now, but this story is unbelievable. I usually hate reading unfinished stories: if they're of poor quality, you have to make up for it in quantity, right? I'm also impatient as heck and hate waiting. Your stories have always been different, however. Not only are they spectacular in style, creativity, and mood, but they're absolutely PERFRECT in content. I couldn't imagine a better story in my head, much less write it a beautifully as you write your stories. I can't describe how wonderful your stories are: they match my mood and thoughts exactly. I used to tell you in my reviews that I loved Sesshoumaru's Inu instincts (you won't remember me, but I reviewed FROP all the time). In this fic, he's even MORE amazing and all sweet and full of cute cuddle and protection instinct. Well, this was a very wordy way to pretty much say thanks for the time you put in to post your fics and make them so wonderful. You must have a lot to do, and yet you plug along for your fans, so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I just about squealed when (after sobbing for ten minutes when there were no futher chapters to read) I noticed your last update was scarcely three months ago. THERE'S STILL HOPE!! Finally, at the risk of sounding annoying and whinie, update as soon as possible please! (A good dose of fluff wouldn't go amiss either, not that you're being stingy in the slightest in previous chapters). Love you so much! ~Jinn Ryu

I love this story! Its so dramatic! I can't wait for you to finsih writing it!!! It is so mcuh fun to read! I love how Kagome has those dreams or what ever they are! I have been waiting for the next chapter since forever. Just wondering what would happen after the second night they spent together. Please do another chapter soon cause I keep trying to read to see if another chapter is up. This is just keeping me hanging cause I really need to know what will happen with the killer that they are trying to catch. Please don't just leave me hanging. Hope to see another chapter soon. I'll be waiting.

I was half expecting that the demon she is after is trying to find a way to trap her soul in the victims so that he can have it, almost thought that is where you were heading with the dream as a lil girl there!!! Holy wow! I read a couple chapters of this story a very long time ago. Possibly when it had first come out. I found it again now and you have just blown my mind with the chapters that have come after what I remember reading. You have done an EXCELLENT job on this fic so far, and I am avidly looking forward to the future chapters that show how the relationship between Kagome and Sesshoumaru grows and how things change in the dynamics of the group as this mystery continues. A soul eater.... I won't call him a soul stealer cause he sounds almost like he's munching the souls, tasing them and looking for a rare delicacy. Hmmm I have yet to see this one played out the way you have it set up. Please write another chapter soon!

Again, I'm enthralled with your story. You have all these great elements going on in each chapter and I'm dying to see how they will all eventually pander out (okay, I'll admit it, I totally want see when and how Sess and Kagome to get together, :D but am content to wait and see how everything will unfold). The pacing continues to be really nice, I like the development--it doesn't feel rushed or forced (plotwise and character wise). It flows very naturally. I can't tell you how much I look forward to an update. You've got polish to your writing that is sometimes hard to find on the net(especially when trying to look for good Kagome X Sesshoumaru stories, so thank you for writing them). You flesh out your characters in an extremely convincing manner, and the details (particularly those involving Kagome's visions) are always striking and gruesome. Can't wait to read more, please update whenever you have a chance.

I just had to tell you how very much I love this story! I never review but you've inspired me. I keep reading it over and over, and just keep waiting on the edge of my seat for a new chapter! I understand you'll be busy, but please dont forget about those of us who need a new chapter or we wont be able to sleep at night. great job!

Weird. I hadn't realized that I had reviewed so many times in the past. I'm normally not much of a reviewer (said w/ a very sheepish grin). So, the fact that I have reviewed a couple of times before is surprising even to me. Must mean that I really enjoy this story. I know that real life intrudes, repeatedly and rudely, but I hope that you have time to update again soon.

As always, great chapter, and you've left me wanting more! Like other reviewers have said, I appreciate the fact that Kagome and Sesshoumaru aren't immediately starting to fall in love with eachother like every other fanfic. I always hate reading a fic where the characters ask themselves repeatidly, "why am I thinking of this person? I hate them...But they are attractive...No, I'm not falling in love with her, I'm falling in lust. Why am I thinking about her? I don't like her, do I? No, I'm just attracted to her, so I'll use her for the time being..." and then he precedes to falls in love with her, *very* quickly, because of her firy/fiesty temper. It drives me crazy because instead of showing a growing relationship, and building a solid foundation (of that relationship) with quality writing, authors resort to the cliches and shove down our throats inane inner monologues from the characters that quickly tell how the relationship has progressed. I like your story so much for the simple fact that you *show* the reader what is transpiring, without resorting to the above crap (I know, I ranted, forgive me, :D). That and I do have a soft spot for well-written Sesshoumaru and Kagome fanfiction, :D. In any case, I'm looking forward to more chapters not only to see how Sesshoumaru and Kagome deal with their "relationship" but what happens with her powers as a result of this connection (and his as well), and what happens with the whole serial killer plotline. Can't say enough great things about your story, and i hope you have some spare time over the summer to update.
