Excellent story. Believe it or not, this is the first story I've ever given all 10s to. I really enjoyed this story and stayed up a good hour past my bedtime to read the whole thing.
I can sympathize with the difficulties of writing this. I've written several Digimon fairy tales myself. My first one was supposed to be maximum 20 pages and wound up about 50 pages. A current story I'm working on (not posted, trying to complete before posting) is at 36 pages and shows no signs of coming close to the end. I've written several other fairy tale/anime crossovers as well.
One suggestion - you don't have to repeat a scene from the point of view of the other person. That does drag things down by having to reread nearly the entire scene a second time.
Otherwise, as I said, this is one of the best stories I've read on MediaMiner. |
