Aw man...poor Kurt! And I thought the ordeal Sydnie and Nez went through was awful, seeing their mother/mother figure die before their eyes. Those nightmares are so vivid! It's amazing his brain hasn't gone AWOL, yet. **glomps Kurt**

Phew! I cant believe that Kurt has lasted this long with those kind of nightmares plaguing him for almost all his life. Its no wonder that he doesnt believe in no one or anything. I know if he lets Sam inside, ha CAN find happiness. Awesome chapter Sue and cant wait for the next one to come out! >P.S<

You know, I almost feel WRONG putting in an enjoyment factor of 10. I mean, this is horrifyingly sad, watching them slowly break down, reading Sami be thrilled just to run, reading Kurt's nightmares... and yet it's still just so GOOD. I can't wait for more, and yet I'm afraid that every chapter is one chapter closer to the end, and I don't know if I can handle how much more angsty this is bound to get! *builds herself a kleenex fort*

Geezzz...Lexi is a little...depressing. She doesn't realize that she's only making it worse for everyone else. I'm very suprised that Kitch didn't blow his stack. And I love Mikio! He's got alot of the best qualities from his parents. Thanks for the great chapter.

:sigh: This was SERIOUSLY a sad chapter.....its LIKE everyone is loosing hope. Lexi is so mad...and I can understand why. Yet, at the same time, life can't just stop right? Sam wouldn't want that for her family... And Kurt...poor Kurt. That nightmare was terrible. And to keep having the SAME dream??? :double sigh:

I love the interaction b/w Kurt and Sam. Ah, the age guessing. Lolz. Although it was sad to see the family be depressed for Christmas, at least it helps to know that Sam has the company of Kurt. Thanks for another lovely chapter, Sue! =^.^=

Are his greys really that bad? I guess its time for him to get those hair-dyes for men now, isn't it? Or suck it up and let people assume he's older (at that rate, he could have senior discounts when he really is 45!). Though, in the end, it's his attitude and outlook on things that's aging him. Harlan aside, it's nice to see a little banter between these two. "And they all want to bear my children" was the best bit... Miroku lives on! And... SESSHY-KAGURA MOMENT! I'm sorry, but IMO, none of your fics beyond Metamorphosis have anywhere near enough of these. She gave him her feather! SQUEEEE!

I've gotta admit I chuckled over Harlan's and Kurt's conversation. If Kurt actually did try to find a male one just like Sam, it would probably end up being one of her relatives. The Kichiro/Kagome/Inuyasha scene had me crying. I've always thought it was sad that Inuyasha didn't seem to understand Kichiro. It was nice to see that they were able to connect this time. Great chapter. Look forward to your next update.

Okay, I'm very depressed now. I've welled up before on some chapters, but today, you really threw me for a loop. I knew Kitch would break down before long. I shed a few tears on that one.
