The humor in these first two chapters kept me smiling, and that's always a wonderful thing. You're so witty. I love the phrasing. Oh, Inuyasha had been so bad! I can't believe what came out of his mouth! Then again, he believed he was in danger of losing Kagome. Losing her would have been the worst thing that could have ever happened. Kagome was hilarious. Her snarky attitude was the best. Her and Kikyou, together! Oh, they were great. Wouldn't it be lovely if the two could convene on a regular basis. Double snark. It would probably help Kagome and be entertaining at the same time. Naraku screams like a bitch. LOL That was too awesome! A horny inu. So bad. Oh! The kiss! She can't sit him now! I would love to see more abundance of snarkiness. I hope you continue this. I'm sure that it would continue to be lot of laughs. ^_^ Snow

I've been sitting on this one for a while now and finally got a chance to check it out. Chapter one is very interesting. As you said, set-up can be a bit tedious, but this had enough humor and intriguing tidbits to carry it through smoothly. My absolute FAVORITE part was when Kagome's mother suggested she take Inuyasha some castor oil for his problem. Gave me a fit of the giggles. ^_^ I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.

Kikyo coming back from the dead to give good advice to Kagome!! Surprise Surprise Surprise. I am glad that Inuyasha and Kagome worked out their problems and are back to being at least friends, now they just have to get a whole lot closer. The story is moving at a good pace I am just impatient. You are sticking to believable reactions from the characters and I loved your description of how Shippo felt about Inuyasha saying what he did about Kagome.

I really can't wait to see where you go with this; nicely paced, well-thought-out set-up to what is going to be an interesting tale spiced with your own particular style. The image of Sota tootling away on his kazoo at sunrise under the Goshinboku was a prize-winner. SRSLY.
