Lovely. That was a beautiful companion piece to the other one. I liked her thoughts and descriptions about the kinds of love she felt for each of the two men in her life. And I particularly liked her conclusion that one did not have to be evil to kill. Hiei taught her a lot about youkai character. I really enjoyed the way the story unfolded from her pov. The feel to this was wonderful. Thanks!

"fear and adrenaline and pure joy." How perfect of a description was that? I really liked Kagome's thoughts in this, from her chagrin that Inuyasha really wasn't interested to her recognizing the irony of becoming a traveling miko. You have so nailed Hiei with these thoughts of hers, too. What a great fic. Thank You for writing it.
