i LOOOVE this story.No seriously.There are so few stories where Kagome is mean and hurtful to IY.This kind of thing is pretty damn rare.So please for the love of manga,complete this story.Im dying to know what happens.And i hope they don't get together.

I am totally falling further and further in love with this story. Everything from the way he left to he and Kagome's exchange upon his return are incredibly meaningful. Can't wait to see what happens next. Oh, and by the way...I love Inuyasha's 'tactful' way of talking to Kagome. After all, who wants a lovey-dovey reunion anyway? ; )

i love this story! the way you nailed inuyasha by defending himself was soo him, i honestly must say that i made this account to critique your story because i admire it that much! please tell me you're holding this story out a little longer, its just soo juicy! i'd love it if inuyasha got back together with kagome..that'd be sweet :)

but we all have seen how ridiculously self destructive courtney love has been. one hopes for a happy ending, maybe he should write himself a script with calm and peace promoting answers and then he should STICK TO THE SCRIPT! ♣ sorry i didn't review before (i'm sorry, i usually review) but there are times when i just can't pull it together enough. ♠ such emotional and descriptive prose, one is moved. ♥

Don't hate the plot bunnies! They're there for a reason. I don't think you have to worry about this blowing up into a full-fledged story, although at the same time I will probably agree that one more chapter alone might not cut it. I'm sensing probably the next chapter will eventually get us to the *beginning* of the 'making-up' stuff, to be continued and concluded near the end of the chapter after next. Now, *how* you go about pulling that off is what will make it entertainment! Will Kagome's old feelings for him gradually start gnawing at the back of her mind? Will she somehow be made aware of what *really* happened, and *why* he had agreed to leave with Kikyou in the first place? If Kagome knew that Inuyasha had been hoping all along that the two of them would be together again, that his soul and Kikyou's soul would be together in Kagome and his supposed reincarnation, then she would realize that he never meant to abandon her. Yes, he's an idiot, but he's *her* idiot...

Yeah! You tell him kagome! Lol! I still want them to be togather again. Inuyasha is going to have to work VERY hard to get kagome's trust back.

great update... so they finally met... not a good confrontation though... lot of drama unfolding in the latest chapter... wonder what inuyasha will do now... what will kagome do... what's next... update when you can... please and thank you...

Kudos to your plot bunnies. I shall build them a shrine and heap praises upon them!! I love this story...I just hope that eventually there will be a happily ever after. Kagome seems pretty angry so that may not be in the cards. You have done an excellent job. You hooked me with the first chapter. I shall eagerly await the next.

Wooooooow. The nerve of him! "Don't take it for granted." O.o I can imagine how angry Kagome is... That being said, I may die of angst if this grows into a full-on story... *angstangstangst* Well, if that didn't prove to InuYasha that she's not happy, I don't know what will. I think he was perfectly in character, and Kagome's really damn jaded now... now I'm wondering how he'll be able to fix it, or if Kagome will cave first, like in the original one-shot.
