Truly excellent and worth the wait:-). An intense battle to be sure! Great job! (Media Miner is odd in that I had to open chapter 18 to get to 19. This I did on a whim when I saw that chapter 19 wasn't on the front page. I was glad I did. )

I can understand why this chapter took so long to complete now.
I was saying to myself during Telarius' faux pas in the meeting scene it happened because he wasn't a Mentat. You can imagine my amusement later on;-)

Thanks for your note, Craig. I am very sorry about the lack of posting. Needless to say, I've been struck with a rather unique strain of writer's block. However, I've gotten back into it after finishing a few reading projects. I should be able to post part 13 within the next month. Then a few more posts to follow after.

Well, you must remember that this thing is really meant to be read like a book. You read a little, you continue on. Not everything needs to be recapped in that situation. In fact, little does. I do understand that, because I do not post terribly often (something I wish to fix), I end up losing some of my readers. I will either answer questions outright, if they are supposed to be known, or like a Vorlon if they are not.

Nicely done, Telarius.
As always I find your work greatly entertaining.
My only suggestion is in regards to previous plot points. You make referance to things that I have forgotten in the month since your last update. So I feel the need to re read old chapters, not a unenjoyable task mind you. Heh, Far from it!
Sometimes a little redundancy in writing is needed. A light touch of recap to invoke some memories of what transpired before.
You still have that talent with the hook, my friend. It inspires a desparate urge to know what happens next.

Great job! I've been waiting to see what you were going to do with the first challenge.
I love how you end the chapter, with a hook that digs right into my curiousity.
