Title: Good chapter Reviewed By: J Luc Pitard [MediaMiner Member] On: January 09, 2010 21:07 EST Comment/Review: This chapter was very good. Loved the strain between Kagome and her friend. Loved the way she and Naraku interacted. Loved the way she double checked the prize money. (Can you tell I liked it?)

I was wondering when the shikon no tama would appear...I like how Kagome's grandfather referred to her being its keeper again, showing insight and knowledge that he never had in the manga or anime. That was neat. I also like how Kagome and Inuyasha's relationship has progressed without going too far too soon. I'm also liking the whole Youkai Gang scenario and I can't wait for Kagome to find out who and what Inuyasha really is. You have an excellent story and I hope you continue it until it is finished. Good work!

Then again, he will still be seeing her, she just won't know it's him. Way to leave out important information, Grandpa! You are tossing in all sorts of information, though, like that quick bit about Kagome having experience with archery. Somehow, I have a feeling that that'll be coming in very handy. Keep up the good work!

The set up is apparent, however, the common themes were slipped in so seamlessly. Good job and good luck on your next chapter!

Reviewed By: Ai Kisugi [MediaMiner Member] On: January 08, 2010 17:50 EST Comment/Review: Thanks for another round. Your writing is enjoyable and things are getting interesting! I guess we all know who Kagewaki is, it's too bad that poor Kagome doesn't know--she's in big trouble now, especially with the Shikon no Tama around her neck. And with Inuyasha trying to stay away, for some reason I am fairly certain that Naraku will be making an appearance soon enough. It's too bad that Inuyasha didn't fess up about Kikyo, I have a very bad feeling that Naraku will be cuing her in instead. As always, keep writing...

I'm glad I clicked in. This story is great. It's modern, yet the characters have kept their youkai traits. I like that they are so much older and mature as well. Your writing is fluid and you pay great attention to detail, and not in a boring manner. It's as though the story is constantly moving without becoming stagnant. And, I am so thrilled to be able to read something without constantly having to ignore errors that make me want to wring an author's neck. LOL Awesome job! i've put your story on my favorites list. ^_^

Title: Ch. 5 Reviewed By: J Luc Pitard [MediaMiner Member] On: December 08, 2009 14:49 EST Rating(s):Overall Rating: 10 of 10 Comment/Review: Great chapter. I like that Hoko is a good friend and the way she witnessed Inuyasha in action. Your Kagome is a strong character (if just a touch schizo with her feelings- I mean that in a good way.) I do hope you deal with her learning the secret relatively soon. She's too smart to keep thinking he's in a costume or surgically altered. Of course, the "reality" is a stretch for such a smart girl as well, but if there's a way to make it work, you will.

Simply amazing. I haven't found a well-written, enjoyable story such as this for many years. I admire every aspect of this story, and simply cannot wait for more! (Finished reading all your up-dated chapters last night and came back to review I loved it so much) Thank you for sharing.

Reviewed By: ChibiRin [MediaMiner Member] On: December 04, 2009 12:37 EST Comment/Review: I love the plot line of your story. It is so creative and the way you combined traditional and AU is seamless. I love this style of writing in general and am always pleased to see it done in inventive ways. Poor girl, I never took "Dog shit" at it's literal meaning, but when applied to someone other than Inuyasha...hahaha. First sesshoumaru and now kouga. It's enough to make a person really self conscious. Good luck with your next chapter.

Reviewed By: Ai Kisugi [MediaMiner Member] On: November 10, 2009 22:44 EST Comment/Review: This is absolutely lovely. I tend to not read fan fiction until the stories are complete, but since I enjoyed your last one-shot so much--I decided that I would go ahead and read this before it ended and it is captivating. I love the slow tender love affair that pulls at your heartstrings. I love the hints of unspoken action, fights and gore. And I really love the alterego! I am a BIG fan of alterego stories and this one is no exception. Please keep on writing. You have fan. Also, I agree with another one of your reviewers, you need to change your summary. Give it a little re-write with a marketing angle. Take out the quote and just give a capsule-sized summary. Thanks for the fun ride so far.
