I loved this story no I absolutely adored this fic, it is so beautifully dark and sad that the last chapter before the 'eep' made it all worth while, a smidgen of sap but realistic. Keep up the great writing and fics with these two beautiful men. I will certainly read anything you write with this pairing.

I loved Aya's response to Yohji's "Dead flowers should be pruned." It was poignant and telling.
Interesting how the morning after the cemetary, Yohji is actually glad it's not raining. A significant change of heart, ne? |

Wow. I actually CRIED when I read this chapter. Beautifully written, poignant and bittersweet.
I loved this line: "Why?! Because you're a stupid, tragic, arrogant, beautiful moron. I love you because... because..." Yohji let out a sigh and lowered his head, "...because you're just like me."
It wasn't until I'd seen the entire anime series before I realized that Aya/Ran and Yohji had more in common than it seemed at first glance...and in many ways, they are so very alike deep down.
I also enjoyed the way Aya just "out of the blue" told Yohji his real name.
Anyway, I can't quite express in words (not very well, at any rate) how much I enjoyed this story. Thank you for sharing your fic with us! |
