Wonderful and captivating. You have such a good handle on the characters. I love it when Vegeta is all moody and defensive, poor Bulma she's got her work cut out having to baby sit Vegeta and Capsule Corp. *chuckles* I can't wait for the next chapter Evil Saint. |

Wow. This is excellent. For a first fic, it is shockingly wonderful! You write so well. I love the way you portray Vegeta and described such a crucial and devastating moment in his life. You have presented a few elements about which, I hope I am on point, so I am curious and anxious for their unveiling.
I haven’t read any good fiction lately that describes Vegeta, his purpose, and struggle, so I am doubly glad to read this fic. I'll definitely be looking forward to new chapters. And if you make a mailing list, my email is vegges_mate@yahoo.com. And if not, you can always email me just to chat. ^_^

My God this is your first fic? O_o This is awesome. Mel was right...you do have an incredible way of telling a story. Adding Veggie's mom was a nice touch and so was reawakening my hatred for Frieza and his asshole cronies. Great job ES ^_^. First time, you say? Amazing...
You have a mastery of story-telling that left me feeling like I was sitting at the feet of my grandfather as he spun tales of my Scottish ancestors.
I felt bile rise in my throat as you described the decimation of the King and Elites and the ensuing battle between Vegeta and Frieza. I could practically hear Frieza's sibilant voice as he taunted the poor child. The addition of the "mother" was especially poignant.
Great job so far, kiddo! The next time you update, I'm going to get some popcorn and settle in!
If you decide to create an update list (I bet you're going to need one!), I'd love to be added to it. |
