Chapters 37-40... loved the conversation btwn Rin and Kagome. Loved Rin's characterization and description of Sess' house, very insightful. Loved Sess and particularly loved Inu's "That Sesshoumaru is full of shit."... the wedding was beautifully described (and i assume well researched). The consumation was scrumptious too....thx for the rec and the good read.

I loved so much about this story that I will: A. Have to read it again. B. Have to write more reviews as I read it. I made the (sort of) mistake of printing it out so I could read it anywhere. It was a good thing because we had some severe storms and the computers were offline sporadically. It was also very nice that I could read it anywhere, but it messed up my reviewing. I'm just going to mention a few things off the top of my head; but there were so incredibly many things I liked I couldn't begin to enumerate them properly. I love that Souta was sent to play in the kitchen at the restaurant. What a fabulous idea. I almost didn't figure out what 'Fortunate Bangles' were. Good one. My favourite quote is "The dreams of even the fattest cats are not for the weak..." I've never heard of or seen natto, but thanks for the heads up. I loved the way you wrote all your characters; but I especially liked Hojo. I've always wondered what's up with Hojo and I think you explained it pretty accurately. Poor thing. I really am tempted to read the whole book again right now but I have homework and my 13 year old wants to spend time with me. I better take advantage of that before it passes. Thank you for the wonderful story.

I'm only on chapter 3 - loved the natto scene. IY seems to have exactly my reaction to the stuff. Loved also the explaination for IY's clothes and the Fire Rats in the garden. Great! On a serious note, I really liked your characterization of the Kami. Not only was it humorous, but much more authentic as demi-magical beings as opposed to the typical "gods" we Westerners seem to reference them as. Enjoying it very much (will read the rest over time, I promise)

The stench seemed to be an unholy mixture of rotten eggs and the unwashed clothing of an incontinent old bum.The soybeans appeared to have been cooked but they were covered in a sticky white slime which made a sucking sound as he moved the chopsticks. He lifted the chopsticks and watched as a lone bean slid off to dangle by its own string of goo while many more strands slowly pulled free of the carton to simply dangle." Ewwww... Remind me never, ever to eat natto...

i am so sentimental right now. i really loved this story. you had me lmao every other chapter! i know all good things have to end, but i'm still sad. i hope that you have plans to start another fic in the future. you are such a great author. your ideas are some of the best i've seen. you truly have to be a genius to entertain people and continue to hold their attention for so long. i will be keeping a look out for something new from you. i would recommend this fic to anyone!! thanx.

One of these days, when the story is finished, I'm going to read the whole thing from start to finish. I think I'm missing a lot but still...I really like this story. It's just sometimes I have to jog my memory. In any case, keep writing, and...pervert that I am, I can't wait for the lemon.
