Wow... intriguing fic. Very unique, very different, but very good! I like your writing style, because it moves so quickly and definitely keeps the reader in the story. I don't usually prefer the Yugi/Yami pairing, but it works in this story. By the last part of the chapter I was gritting my teeth in anticipation for what was to come. And then, of course, I got to the end... sigh. Oh well, I'll be looking forward to the next update!

Edmondia-san, you rock!!!I absolutely *love* all your stories....and I've printed them all, just so I could go back and read them whenever I felt like it....I adore this story so, it's so well written....I can't wait for the rest....Please put Yami out of his misery...let him get some! *lol*...I hope he and Yugi end up together...I don't want them to end up as a one night stand...the chemistry between them in this story is just so *eloquent*.... I heard about what happened on ff.net, and I'm outraged....why do people do malicious things like this? I makes me despair of human beings...in any case, you have my unflinching support, and I hope you continue to write your wonderful stories despite the numerous idiots of the world....Ganbatte kudasai, ne?

The way you write your stories are incredible!! It's so descriptive, especially the part where Yugi's um, doing naughty stuff with Yami. It's ok though, I don't mind. If anything, please continue!!

I love how you build the desperate desire between Yami and Yugi. Before it was a night of just playing and it has turned into a frantic need. And you keep adding onto it very well. Each chapter brings more passion then the next. :) I keep wondering though at Yami's thoughts of 'forever' and Yugi's ' just tonight.' That could be a problem, no? :) Anyway, keep up the good work. I always smile to see you have added. ( Happy reader )

A very entertaining story so far! A change from most Yami\Yugi stories I've read and written with outstanding flair. You've created a chemistry between them that just sparks in this fic. Jounouchi and Mai, too, though it isn't hard for a girl to love Jou, is it? Their interactions are actually much lighter than Yami's and Yugi's, but are fun and adorable nonetheless. In fact, I think you're balancing the intensity of the Yami\Yugi-ness and the spirit of the Jou\Mai-ness quite well. Also, I'm loving your use of metaphors! ("They spilled out of the back entrance and into the street like torn silk and splashed brandy, scattering and fleeing every which way into the safety of the darkness and the havens of a thousand crumbling corners that opened only for their children.") Really great stuff! I politely demand that you write more! I'm completely wrapped up in this story and am anxious to read what happens next!
