I'm already hooked. I don't know how you do it, but you always manage to present a new, different side to Heero and Duo every time you start a fanfic. Heero smoking came as a bit of a surprise to me. Normally I don't condone that, but Heero smoking is just...sexy. Mrow. :3 Hahahaha. He's so cool and confident. Okay, okay, enough rambling. Can't wait for the next part.

As always your writing is incredible. The story is not that original but when you write it is always an enjoyable read. The characters stay true and the written imagery easy to follow. You are one of my favorite writers on the fan fic circuit.

You've made my day! I am so looking forward to another of your delicious fics. I liked the logical, cool feel to Heero. I also liked that he was ambitious and a little spoiled. It was nice to Duo's energy and drive wasn't being wasted, too, although given the set up...

Oh wow, you've started another fic! Hmm, you will be finishing Soldier Boys, right? I'm impressed. You've drawn numerous character studies of Heero and Duo in your previous fics. I'm really amazed you could find yet a new slant to their personality that I had not actually thought of, but once I read it here, I thought: Heero as a cut-throat business man, getting his thrills that way and keeping to his vow of no longer killing? But of course! Heh, signs of a good writer, making something new into something that seems obvious and natural to the reader. Anyway, I'm very curious, of course, to know what happened to Duo. But so far, your Heero is more interesting, his mixture of hard-edged practicality is pleasingly close to the canon version, as well as his view of Duo in the past. He really was thinking of calling the cops...good thing for us he didn't. I hope you add to this soon I'm curious to see where it's going.
