What a great chapter Ember ! That was incredibly emotionally charged. I had that lump in the back in my throat the entire time !!! The end was so sad, but really good, i loved it, hurry back, i really wanna see what happens next. You wrote both Vegeta's cynism and Bulma's emeotions so elequently and precise. That's what Bulma gets and deserves for trying to do a "Paris Hilton" on Vegeta and think she'll succeed. It just goes to show that rich people don't like to display honesty, at least Vegeta did. She's gonna have to analyze her time with Vegeta more carefully and really take into account his upbringing more seriously.

That was a delicious chapter. I love it when they're at this point. Transitions are always so sexy! "Better the devil you know..." I love that saying...ah, but does she know her devil at all yet? This whole story is the sexiest thing. Certainly better than waiting for election returns here is US !

An update -- what a lovely surprise in the middle of a horrible day. You have brightened my day. :) I like Bulma's backbone in here. I've always thought that Bulma wouldn't let Vegeta mow her over completely. Looking forward to the next update. :)

wow that hurt..man he's a ass but i know it was like that from the start...boy who would of thought that yamcha was right about him..go figure...can't wait to read more..i hope maybe just maybe before he goe that something will be said to her to make her feel better,...maria

OK, Ember, I read your fic. I loved it. I had to sneak out of my house to have a cigarette after their first time. Whew! I like how you have written Vegeta, aloof but still caring despite himself. I could do with a little less swearing, but that is just me.

Great chapter! My favorite part is Bulma's 'voiceless celebration dance'...I could see it ^_^. I like that Vegeta already wanted to call her, and that he wanted to make sure she would tell Yamcha...how cute!! I look forward to what comes next.

Wonderful chapter, as always. I'm in the midst of "Feeding Genius" and I have to say that is one of the better fics I've ever read, (which is saying a lot). Keep up the good work, I've added this to my fav's so when you update I'll know right away, (can't wait!). Again, great job!

fantastic writing. It is such a nice change from the general b/v: senceless sex, or vegeta crying pitiously on bulma's shoulder about how he has felt unloved his whole life until he met her. The only thing I docked a mark for was from originality (but hey every good b/v site needs to have at least one "how did they get together fic right?)
