Oh, good grief...are you ever going to write a chapter that doesn't make me cry? Not believe in Love?? How can he say that? He's seen love; His mother for him, Sango for Kohaku and Miroku, Miroku for Sango, Kikyou's for him (albeit brief and tragic) and in Kagome's eyes. Actions speak louder than words, and he knows...damnit he should know. (wow, I think I'm angry on Kagome's behalf) His actions, protecting Kagome, protecting their friends and those weaker than himself; those are all acts of love. His boundless grief when he thought that Kagome had died from Mukotu's poison...even early on when he thought her spirit was leaving after Hiten's attack. Of course he loves her...he must! Why would he say those things? Is he deliberately trying to drive her away? Or does he really think that feeling lost without that special person by your side isn't love? Someone needs to read a book on, "How to Express Your Feelings" or take a class, "Being Honest With Yourself - 101" at the local Jr. College. :P Yup, I'm a bit 'up at arms' with InuYasha's statement. I think he got off lucky with Kagome's responce. Personally, I would have done more damage. LOL - Whew!!

He goes phsyco demon and almost rapes her, soemthing we know he would never do when normal, then reverts just in time for Kagome to let him have it. I hope nobody comes across Kagome while she is in this state, especially this state of undress.

I absolutley love how you have made the story realistic to the feudal time. I mean, I'm all for 'happy endings' and all, but Realistically, Love didn't really mean a thing back then. I like how you have put that into your story. Second of all I want to gove a two thumbs up. You brought me to tears, and I'll tell you, that is not easy. So all in all, thankyou, so much for such a good story. I can't wait to see the end, but at the same time, I want to keep reading your story. well, good luck and I'm praying that you dont come down with writer's block at the last moment!

Dun dun dun. Three guesses as to who it is. You'd think he'd have the decorum to not bother Shippo, but, then again, he slashed some poor servant. I think Inuyasha does really cre about Kagome, but its just not turned out well in this story. Your choice, I guess. I really love the writing. The descriptions and word usage is brilliant. It is a little sad at times (understatement) but that is the author's choice. Great chapter, and looking forward to the next one! (now to find a happy fluffy bunny story...)
