JACKETSLACKER, you came back!! you didn't abandon me - er, us..!! ^_^;; despite your writer's block, this turned out pretty DAMN GOOD. in general, i love the descriptiveness of the whole thing. specifically, the way you visually described each of the titan's fights with Rich... superb! and once again, bravo on that super smart cliffhanger from last chapter..! first off, RICH IS SO EVIL!!! but he's CRAZY smart!! i want to hate him, but i'm finding it hard to... and his fight with Red X actually had me cracking up pretty good... (must... resist.. urge.. to sweatdrop..) even the whole, "oh, f*ck me." hahahah!!! awesome. i need to find a thesaurus to come up with better compliments. (btw, awww you think me 'precious!' you're too kind!!! ^_^;; now on the real.. that internal battle between nightwing and rich was insane.. well, literally too, but you know what i'm talking about. and to pull the "SLADE" card... what a trip! i found myself backtracking other chapters to remember the storyline and nightwing's last personality.. and don't worry, i don't blame you for the wait, the creative process is tough. (btw, i TOTALLY forgot i was supposed to be pissed at BB and Star!!!) but all in all, you've once again pulled it down to that eternal battle between good and evil. kudos indeed! and once again: GREAT F*CKING CLIFFHANGER!!! i'm still waiting to see who's sticking around, who kicked the bucket, and there's NO WAY they both died!? i was honestly surprised that the titans were so willing to bring rich back to the tower after his blankout... but anyways, i really hope another update won't take another year.. this was a crazy wait, but i haven't forgotten you! thanks for remembering us! once again GREAT VISUALS, awesome use of descriptive writing, GENIUS twist of events and that inner battle once again... i really do hope to read more soon! and on a couple side notes, danny phantom sounds awesome, please keep me updated on that one, and MERRY XMAS!! you're most dedicated fan, Lyncea

you son-of-a....!! damn, that's one good cliffhanger... i really have to hand it to you, you are really pulling it together well... as always, excellent story development, UBER-excellent imagery and description, and good job with connecting the elements within this story... like what you said about being able to figure out what's gonna happen.. bravo! that's so crazy about Rich, though! and he was supposed to be the "more sensitive one.." I don't wanna use the term "weak," or else i'll have you pointing at me with a shotgun, too, huh? hahahah! all in all, i'm loving where you are going with this, and it seems like you've definitely got a solid fan-base supporting you! So . . . I highly doubt that was really the Rich side of Nightwing's persona. Perhaps Night has manifested as a third persona that's even darker and more brutal and relentless than Nightwing. In that case . . . everyone's in trouble. Real trouble. Other than that, I can safely say that you've written a masterpiece. As one of your other reviewers would say, this should be a movie.

"Out of the steam coming from the sewers, a dark shadow slowly approached. He made his entrance from the wispy unknown and came to a stop. Five sets of eyes widened at the sight before them." oh wow, need I say, "MOVIE" again?! here's a word for you: fantasmic (fantastic/orgasmic)! hahaha! another great chapter, but QUESTION! why was i not informed? updated Aug. 6th-ish, yet i find out about it a month later, just cuz i was browsing and wanted to reread? that was odd: usually MM gives me updates on my fave authors, so sorry on my part that the review is late.. =( Onwards, this was a good transition chapter. a bit slow-paced, but with good intention and reasoning. the Night character is tripping me OUT!! i'm loving him! it's hard to place his "darkness-level," despite how cheesy that just sounded... beating the sh!t out of everyone, yet STILL wanting to get that connection with Rae. is Rich even slightly coming back through that gesture?? I'm still calming down from ch. 11, and the suspense for 13 (ooh, unlucky number = BIG chapter?! maybe?) is already killing me! i hope to see another rae/night confrontation. i was SO thought it was going to happen this chap. it really seemed that Night was cut off from the titans, but to see that kind of brotherly connection that still existed with Red was really great in terms of character development, not to mention the Blood suspense: the brats are still alive?! WTF?! (lol) super kudos, lyncea P.S. i luv yu!

Wow! That was the greatest. Nightwings reaction was great for the plot. I loved it. I liked Tera's reaction to the truth. It was a funny scene. I also liked how Red and Night were used to get information.

holy...could you call up a director and turn this into a movie!? the visualizations i was picturing in my head were incredible, thanks to your creative wordplay and vivid detail.. oh god there are no really good words to praise you enough for this chapter! (does 'grrr! argh! oh!awwww!ahhh!' help? didn't think so.) The reveal scene was especially grabbing... I had pictured so many ways for it to happen and for their (specifically Rae's) reaction to the reveal.. and this one definitely takes the cake. I almost didn't know how to react when it came to rae's reaction and rich's reaction off of that...it pulled the story into a whole new twist: BACK TO THE DARK SIDE OF THINGS!!! my biggest bravo goes to the "go to hell" phrase and continued and various usage. I know you said it didn't necessarily mean go back to evil, but this uber-dark vigilante thing is just great. Not to mention the name usage.. Rich to Nightwing to NIGHT...god, i was heartbroken when rich basically gave up, leaving, i guess, only Night to rule in the shadows, as you said... hopefully Rich is still under there somewhere, unless you've got a whole new (4th) personality that combines the best and most well-learned skills/characteristics of all of them? ooh major kudos on your ending sentence: allusion to a phoenix, my guess? a dark phoenix? heheh. i've got nothing left to say but bravo. I'm so glad i came back to media miner: your stories are SO worth it! i'm telling you: MOVIE!!! make more chapters!!

Awsome chapter! I loved it all. The fight scene was incredible. The scene on the roof was so touching. I'm dieing to find out how Raven and Tera take the news of who their boyfriends really are. And if your thinking of putting in a lemon do it. Can't go wrong with a good lemon.

yeah i totally enjoyed this chapter! you've captured a lot of elements here, like Nightwing "sacrificing" hiimself to Raven, if you will, a great, climactic battle where, like the hero, Nightwing kinda saves the day, suspense where we're not sure if he'll pull through, not to mention the hanging question of when and how Raven and the rest of the crew find out about Nightwing (and Red X)! loving it, nothing more i could say, i can't wait for the next chapter: keep up the great work!
