Then again I still haven't seen the anime so maybe he does resemble that character. I just think it's cute and refreshing that as OOC as he is he's endearing to me. I'm also glad that the dog, cat and monkey can teach him things that it would take the good doctor a while to teach. And it was so touching when Gojyo came running for Hakkai, not wanting to be left behind... looking forward to reading more.

I don't think I've ever seen Gojyo look so innocent and totally confused as I have in this first chapter. This is why I spent nearly an hour and a half searching for this story. I was so upset because I remember reading a story a long time ago that blew my mind and I wanted to suddenly read it but I couldn't remember the name of it. I just knew it had a scientist that I could swear was Hakkai and a clone or doll or something of the sort that was Gojyo. I even had my friend looking for me and I found it in the last place I searched which was under my favorites in mediamorph… so glad I put it there because I'd be heartbroken if I missed reading such a creative story. Thank you so much for sharing this to the world.

Reviewed By: Christal On: July 20, 2005 19:33 CDT Comment/Review: As usual, FANTASTIC!!! However, when Gojyo pressed the enter key after seeing Jiroushin's and Kwannon's faces angain, I didn't think I'd be able to stop crying... The part where Koumyo leaves Sanzo to get all of the equipment was quite funny!! Keep up the great work, and I am definitly praying for ya'!!!

Reviewed By: lntora [MediaMiner Member] On: July 20, 2005 19:20 CDT Comment/Review: The interaction between Gojyo, Sanzo, and Koumyo felt like a quick trip back to earlier chapters, where Gojyo was still living with Hakkai. A nice, nostalgic romp to break from the heavy drama for a few. It was sad to see Jiroushin and Kwannon give their goodbyes, but I liked they 'live' on in Hakuryuu. And Sanzo's reaction to the jeep, so typically and wonderfully Sanzo. Now, I'm going to go crash at your LJ, while sending virtual curses at that magazine for giving you so much grief.

Reviewed By: lntora [MediaMiner Member] On: July 09, 2005 19:16 CDT Comment/Review: After all this they still want to screw around with your money? If the job market weren't so hellish, I'd say walk. Gah. I'll just keep my fingers crossed on this end. I was quite surprised with how you introduced Koumyo into this. Though strange to think of him in a scientific role, it fits with the web of relationships between the characters. Nii seemed somewhat emotional, but I tend to chalk that up to being around, and outclassed by, Koumyo. While I wonder about the others after the previous chapter, I can see this one is necessary for advancing the plot. Again, I'll keep my fingers crossed that the mess with the mag gets straightened out soon. Hopefully RL will give you a break asap.

Reviewed By: lntora [MediaMiner Member] On: June 22, 2005 18:07 CDT Comment/Review: It ended on such a high emotional point, waiting will prove most difficult. Despite the dangers and subsequent suffering, I cheered Gojyo on in his final rebellion. I can only hope Jien will still be okay when all is said and done. I feel the timing of Sanzo's was perfect far as the story goes. I'll have to curb my impatience while I wait for an update now, but I know RL takes priority. (Yes, it would be nice if we could turn a buck for fanfics.) I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed that this work out for you.

Reviewed By: lntora [MediaMiner Member] On: June 19, 2005 22:01 CDT Comment/Review: I can honestly say these chapters haven't suffered despite the problems RL is tossing at you. I'm happy to see there's some hope for Jien, as well as finally having the whole story on how Sanzo fits into this. Though personally, I don't think I can get through a chapter now without wishing some horrible, painful, and slow death for Gyumao. I hope that problem with your magazine straightens out for you, and I don't say that just to get quickter updates. It sounds like they're really pulling a boner, which sucks big time.

It's fascinating how you've dealt with all the questions that artificial (or maybe not so much so!) intelligence raises; thank you soooooo much for the frequent & prompt updates, and I'm really looking forward to reading more! *hugs* MajaLi
