Chapter 2: Get a Grip.

A/N: yes it seems like Goku was a bit out of charicter BUT one they were kids; And he didnt know how to react to a girl that
was his equil practically. Not to mention i was trying to get the feel for something like teenage rivelry, I mean Kagome IS
Master Roshi's granddaughter, and Goku was his student so of course they are going to argue and fight. and i am going to need
help with pranks soon. and if any one can help me with my grammer that would be alot of help THNX. Im sorry if every thing is
random right now; my ADD Medication has worn off and its almost one in the morning. also im sorry the chapters may be short
for a while. i need to get back into writing mode, it has been about three years, If you are reading this on MM.ORG i am

first time cause apparently MM.Org dosent like fusions between movies and shows. anywho i am going to quit rambeling now
Raven/ Demona
Kagome looked up at the group, all of them she knew. Two of them she hasnt seen in about seven years, the other two,
she had seen two days ago. She smiled and Shippou walked out from behind her and grinned at Goten. Goku gave her a look with
a raised eyebrow. she sighed and told to boys to go play. which they did with out any second thought.
"Goku, Granpa, its good to see you again." Master Roshi smiled at his granddaughter and for once not beeing perverted
he invited both inside to catch up. Even though he had a feeling something was going to go very wrong.
"So Kagome did you finnish your quest in the past safely?" He asked and Goku tilted his head trying to understand.
Kagome gave a slight nod and answered with a yes. Then he asked about Inuyasha. At that moment Kagome stilled and stried to
gather her thoughts to find an answer that wont upset anyone. She decided to be Blunt with it.
"He Died, Naraku Killed him." There was a silence; Goku decieded to put in his two cents.
"I thought you said you were all safe?" She looked at him cooly.
"It was as safe as it could be when you are fighting demons." Goku was stunned, so thats what she was doing in the
past. SHe was hunting demons. But Why exactly? Master Roshi took the silence caused my this statement to speek.
"Kagome, i think you might want to go into depth on this, your mother didnt really tell me much, most likily because
your father's father is a loonatic she needs to take care of." Kagome smiled slightly at the statement about her (other)
grandfather.
"He is a bit excentric, but his family does have holey blood, except it's the women, not the men who obtain the powers."
She sighed, and started to tell them both about her fifteenth birthday. The jewel and her little group of friends she
traveled with. As she decribed the finnal battle her hand tightened around the little pink bauble on a white gold chain.
"Shippou, Kirara and I are the only survivors. Kirara is protecting the shrine where our friends are burried and I am
cursed to protect the Shikon no Tama till the day I die."
"Didnt you day a pure wish could distroy the jewel?" Goku asked. Kagome Nodded.
"Yes but, there is no such thing as a truly pure wish, there is always an ulterior motive and the jewel will grant
it but, there will be a price to pay for it. I learned that the hard way." Kagome answered isn only but a whisper.
Unknown to the adults inside the Kame House, the boys were sitting under the window listening to the story and
looking at Shippou in wonder. Goku asked a question that brought Gohan and Goten back to reality, and Shippou droop his head.
"What do you mean. What was your wish?"
"For my friends to be happy. It didnt bring them back like i had hoped it would, It brought, Shippou, Kirara and I
Back to this era, and me with some new features, and one extra limb." Gohan and Goten peered throught the window as Kagome
dropped her illusion like shippou had taught her. Much to everyones suprise in the room, and outside (save for shippou).
Kagome had two fuzzy black cat ears on her head and a sleak and silky cat tail. "Now i have to protect the jewel and keep it
pure as the very thing that taints it in the first place. Granted not all demons are evil," Kagome took a breath. "But it is
the two evil demon souls that currupt you that is within the jewel, and only I can add to the power of the two miko souls
to pureify it."
"How can you be a miko and a demon at the same time? It doesn't seem like its possible" Kagome sighed at Krillin's
question, trying again to figure out a way to answer it with out scaring everyone and or confusing them.
"I'm trying to figure that out myself, it could be that I am not fully demon; but two thirds demon." The whole time
Kagome was speaking Goku was silent, then he got up out of his seat andwent upstairs. Roshi rolled his eyes 'looks like the
boy is being childish again, everytime Kagome is around he dosen't know how to handel himself.'
"Boys, you can come in I know you have been listening. I could smell you the whole time." At Kagome's comment the
three winced then hopped thorough the open window. "you know better than to evesdrop. And Shippou, you need to work on
your scent coverings." Shippou blushed and scratched the back of his head. "Sorry Mama."
Kagome just shook her head. "I'm going to make sure Goku is okay, I don't want him to get the wrong idea that we
arnt friends anymore." She smiled then went upstairs.Before she reached the top she yelled down "AND NO EVEASDROPPING!"
GOku was in 'his' room. well not actually his room but the room he and Krillin slept in while he trained with Master
Roshi. The door opened and Kagome was standng there with herleft arm holding her right one (which was hanging down by her
side. "Goku, you okay?" she asked. When he didn't answer she walked in and sat down next to him on the bed. "You know it
isn't good to keep things bottled in inside you like this. Believe me I know from expereance."
He looked up at his friend, even if he didnt diserive for her to be his friend after all the pain and aggravation he
had put her through. "Why are you helping me, I was a compleate ass to you the last time we saw each other." Kagome looked
at him out of the corner of her eye. "Yes, you were but that dosent mean I didn't diserve it. I was missing for a week then
when i saw you again i wasnt exactly pleasent when I saw your fiance. But hey things happen, and i still owe you a dance."
"Huh?" Goku asked, trying to remember what she was talking about. Kagome smirked.
"You know, in a seprate little note you stuck in the invitation, which you did behind Chi-Chi's Back I presume, you
said that you would be 'honered if I could dance with you once at the reception'." Goku blushed finnaly remembering what
kagome was talking about. He had a feeling if Chi-Chi hadn't blackmailed him into marrying her he would have waited and
persued a relationship with Kagome. But he had to give that up when he got himself hitched and he realized that but what
harm would one dance be. The only thing was that not only did he not get the dance but she didnt show up or RSVP. Chi-chi
just thoguth Kagome was an Inconciderite friend. "Unfortunatly I didnt get the invitation until I got back from the past
two months after the wedding. I was so embarressed and guilty I didnt know how to face you" All of Goku's misconceptions
of Kagome that were put into his head by Chi-chi so long ago had vanished, his gut had told him there had to be a logical
reason why Kagome couldnt come.
"It's okay Kagome, things happen, and I know you care so much about others feelings that you over analize things a
little too much...so how 'bout that dance?" He responded changing the subject. Goku then got up off the bed and put in the
CD Gohan had in the stereo. The first song was slow eh smiled when he realized what song it was then started it over. "May I
Have this dance 'Catwoman'?" Kagome moc-glared at him but took his hand. The dance begain as a Vietnese Waltz.
From underneath the trees, we watch the sky

"Goku, who tought you how to dance like this?" Kagome asked.
Goku laughted. "Chi-chi forced me to get dance lessions I told her I already knew the Jive and samba from you and
she wanted a waltz so we took a 300 zen per lesson to learn the waltz." Kagome rolled her eyes. "of course youre better
at teaching." Kagome's eyes widened and she blushed. Goku just smiled wen she didnt reply.

She spun out of Goku's grasp and she paused gracefully and Goku came up to her and they danced a walzed back to
front then he spun her to face him. He lifted her off the gound and spun her a few beats, just dancing with the music.

"You know if we were compeating then the judges would have taken off points right?" Goku just shruged at Kagome's question.

"Ill get the ones in the house you get the roof" Kagome Suggested with a subtile catlike growel Shippou and Kirara
could only hear. And with that the game of tag begain.

them today for bridal pictures on sunday...woohoo I'm gettin picts taken....great (hear the sarcasem)
