Chapter Seven
Sesshomaru brought his lips down to hers softly, running his tongue over her bottom lip, begging for entrance. He wanted to see if she tasted as good as she smelled.
Kagome gasped as Sesshomaru nipped her bottom lip lightly with his fang. She opened her mouth to him and he thrust his tongue into her warm mouth. He began tasting her, teasing her with his tongue. Kagome was unsure of what to do, but her body was already responding, by arching against his. She wrapped her arms around his neck. Shyly, she began to deepen the kiss, and when her tongue grazed his, jolts went through her body.
Sesshomaru was shocked briefly when she began kissing back. He rested his hand on her hip, pulling her even closer. Suddenly he pushed her away. Kagome looked up at Sesshomaru confusedly, her face flushed and lips slightly swollen. Soon Jaken approached. Sesshomaru growled. "What?"
"Milord, your brother, Inuyasha wishes to speak with you sir." Jaken said nervously.
"Can it wait?" He growled.
"He says its important milord." Jaken replied.
"I will there down in a few minutes." Sesshomaru said and he watched Jaken leave. He looked down at Kagome. Her haori was parted slightly and revealed some of her creamy white skin. She was breathing heavily. He didn't want to leave, he wanted ot take her right there, but Inuyasha had something of importance to talk about and apparently it could not wait.
"Sorry....I lost control.... You...can go take a bath or play with Rin...if you want." Sesshomaru said, not sure of what he was supposed to say. He straitened his clothes and walked away.
Kagome stood there confused. *He stole my first kiss....and it was...wow....um...Bath! That sounds like a good idea!* Kagome thought as she too straitened her clothes. She rushed to her room to gather some clothes and walked to the baths.
This was the fourth time she was going to bath here, and it still suprised her. There was a spell placed on the room to make it look like it was in the middle of a lush green forest. Right now, it the ceiling looked like a star filled sky with a full moon near the middle. Kagome slid into the giant spring and waded over to the small waterfall. After cleaning her hair with scented shampoos and washing her body with scented soap, Kagome decided to relax a bit.
Her thoughts turned to Sesshomaru. Without realizing it, she brought her hand to her lips. They still tingled from earlier. *I love him. But does he love me? I hope so!* Kagome giggled and climbed out of the spring. She threw on her white haori and violet hakams. She wandered around the halls, looking for Rin. It was almost sunset and Rin, as much as she, loved to watch it. Then she heard someone running behind her. She turned around and almost fell to the ground as Rin hugged her tightly.
"Lets go watch the sunset now, Kagome!" She said cheerfully, and pulled her to the gardens. Kagome smiled and sat down, both she and Rin leaning against the four layer fountain. They watched the sun sink into the horizan for an hour, until it finally set. Kagome stood up, Rin following her.
"Kagome, I'm gonna beat you!" Rin began to run towards the castle. Kagome smiled and began to joj lightly, so the little girl would beat her. Before she knew it, someone had put their hand over her nose and mouth and pulled them up against their body. Kagome struggled against them, but her attacker only tightened his grip on her. Kagome weakened and passed out from lack of oxygen.
Sesshomaru was almost glad his brother interupted him. He couldn't believe he lost control like that. Then again, he really didn't care. He had come to love the girl more than he had realized. He didn't care that she was human. *But she is not human. She is a Shiroi Miko. Almost as powerful as you.* A voice inside his head spoke. He silently agreed. *If I were to take her as my mate, our pups would turn out fine, strong and healthy, even though they would be hanyou.* He seriously considered taking her for a mate.
His thoughts turned to his conversation with Inuyasha. He had said that Naraku was beginning to gain more power, and had began destroying several human and youkai villages in the past week. He didn't worry though. Naraku was only hanyou, and he, a full blooded youkai. A taiyoukai at that. Sesshomaru was probably the strongest youkai out there. There was no way he would allow a hanyou to overpower him.
Sesshomaru watched as a panic stricken Rin ran into the room. She was crying hard and rushed over to him. She tried talking but she was talking to fast and he couldn't understand a thing she said.
"Calm down Rin. Take a deep breath." Sesshomaru ordered. Rin did so. "Now, what's wrong?"
"Me and Kagome were racing back to the castle! I beat her but when I looked around to see her, a man had her in his arms and was running away! A scary man took Kagome! You gotta find her! Please Sesshomaru! Please, please, please-!"
"Don't worry Rin. I'll bring her back." Sesshomaru promised and left the room immediately. He searched the gardens and when he came to where Kagome had been kidnapped, he couldn't get anyone's scent besides her. He had know idea of who took her. *The only people I can think of are....Koga and......Naraku. Koga wouldn't stoop so low. So it has to be...* Sesshomaru trailed after Kagome's quickly fading scent.
He was pissed when the weather had turned against him, and it began raining. Now Kagome's scent had completely disappeared and Sesshomaru had no other option than to return to his castle. *Don't worry Kagome. I'll find you. And I'll kill Naraku.* Sesshomaru vowed as he retreated to his castle.
its short i no. but im about to be grounded and i didn't want to keep you people waiting 4 eva. so ill probably be grounded until sunday....which sucks! my mom had to go and make a rule that if my grade drops to a C then im grounded for a week from everything. curse her! well....please review!! ;->~
