[ Y - Young Adult: Not suitable for readers under 16 ]

Okay, now I know you're all gonna hate me, but…I'm going on a trip. I won't be back for about a week or so. I'm so sorry! Right when I started this too. My family likes to go places when I don't want to go. I promise while I'm there I'll think up some good stuff and right when I get back, I'll post it. Even if it's 3:00 in the morning.

I can't individual thank you today, or outtakes. (You're lucky you're even getting this chapter) So I'll just say one big THANK-YOU SO SO SO MUCH! I LOVE ALL YOUR REVIEWS, THEY MADE ME SO HAPPY! I promise next chapter I will do the individual thank yous and I will do a couple outtakes. There fun to do! You can't blame me for trying to be quick. I have to get up at 3:45, and its 11:50 already! Yikes! I'd better get going.

I don't own InuYasha! I already know, but do you own him is the better question?

Chapter 4

Sango lazily made her way down to the river after their long journey. When she got there she filled up her so called "plastic clear bottle" or what-ever Kagome said they were called. After she filled it up she just sat there listening to the silence with her loyal pet, Kirara, lying at her side. Though she was happy to rest a little and see Kaede again, she wanted to keep searching for Naraku. `But even I need a rest now and then.' She sighed "Kirara, it has almost been a year since everyone from the exterminator village was killed" she said sadly. "We will have to go visit them and bring them flowers." Kirara mewed in return and rubbed against Sango's side. `Everyone, except us' she added mentally. `What would I consider Kohaku as? He's alive, but dead at the same time.' She sighed again.

Just then she heard something snap in the bushes next to her. She went to grab Hiraikotsu, but she had left it at Kaede's hut. `Damn' she thought. "Who's there? Show yourself!" "Calm down Sango. Must you always be so tense? It's just me, Miroku." He said as he smiled one of those "melt your heart" smiles. "May I sit down?" "Oh, of course. I was just thinking." Miroku sat right next to her and began to wash off his face with the cold river water. Sango sat quietly, not knowing what to say. "Sango, may I ask you a question?" he asked drying off his face with his robe. "Sure what is it?" "Why do you sigh all the time?" Sango was thrown back by this question. "Do I sigh a lot?" she asked. "Yes you do" Miroku said with a serious look on his face. "And it worries me." Sango couldn't believe this. HE was really worried about HER? "Um…I…I guess I'm just worried about my brother. We haven't seen him for awhile and I'm afraid that something bad happened to him." She said near tears. She felt a warm hand grab her shoulder. "Don't worry, Sango. I swear we will get Naraku and save your brother. We will make Naraku pay for all the suffering he made us go threw. So please, don't worry. I hurts me when you're sad."

Sango was taken back by this. Everything he had just said touch her. He promised they would stop Naraku and get Kohaku back. And she believed him. The one thing that stood out was him saying it hurts him when she was sad. She couldn't hide the blush coming on, so she turned around. "Th...thank you Houshi-sama" She said. Miroku looked around to still see tears running out of her eyes and he noticed her blush. He thought of an idea that would make them both happy. Slowly his hand crept down to her non-guarded butt.

HENTAI! She screamed and slapped him across the face. "There, your much more like yourself when your angry" he stated as he slowly regained feeling in his cheek. "Yeah, and your much more like yourself when you grab my ass. I was starting to get worried there when you were talking to me like a normal person." She said as she started to wash off her face from the tears. When she finished drying off her face with the sleeve of her shirt she noticed her pink eye shadow had been washed off as well. She reached inside her blouse and pulled out a little packet of pink eye shadow, Kagome had given her. As she put it on Miroku crawled over to her and looked at her refection in the clear water. "Pink is a good color on you" he said. "Uh…thank you" "Blue would also look good. It'd bring out your face a bit more." "Really? Look at the make-up expert. If women need advice for eye shadow I'll tell them to come to you." "Would you really do that?" he asked with a hopeful look in his eye. Sango just stared at him. "Anyways, I don't think you really need make-up. You already have a beautiful face." Sango's eyes went wide. "Really? He thinks I have a beautiful face?' she wondered as she looked at her reflection. `I'd always thought of myself as pretty, but beautiful? I've always saw myself as a normal girl, pretty, but normal. Nothing compared to Kagome-chan or some of the princesses we've met along the way. Does this mean, he finds me attractive? He must, if he touches my ass all the time. No, no, no. He only touches mine, because if he touched Kagome-chan, InuYasha would be all over him.' She sighed. "Sango, I thought we went over that, so no more sighing." Miroku said. `He does care for me though. Okay, it's now or never Sango. Ask him how he feels about you.' She mentally kicked.

"Houshi-sama, how do you…" she was cut off by Kagome pulling InuYasha to them. "There you guys are. I need to tell you…" Kagome saw the nervous look on Sango's face before she turned it back into its natural happy look. "Oh sorry. I hope we didn't interrupt anything." "You didn't, Kagome-sama. Please continue" Miroku said. Kagome looked at Sango once more and went on. "I'm going to go back to my time for a little while. And since tonight's the new moon, InuYasha agreed to come with me. Since there is not as much danger in my time." She finished. "That is fine. That is a great idea for InuYasha to come with you." Agreed Sango. "Yes, may we walk you to the well?" asked Miroku. "Of course."

Sango slowly got of the ground. As she got up she noticed Kirara had fallen asleep. She gently picked her up and cradled her in her arms. They started off with InuYasha and Miroku talking in the front and Sango and Kagome talking in the back. "Are you sure I didn't interrupt anything important?" asked Kagome. "Yes, I'm sure. What I was going to say, I probley wasn't even going to say it all the way." Sango mumbled the last part. (Kagome knows Miroku and Sango have a thing for each other. She isn't as dumb as a brick like InuYasha.) "I'm sorry. Don't worry, we'll be gone for a few days, so you can take him on a walk and tell him." Sango smiled. Kagome always knew what to do when it came to love. `I wonder why she hasn't used her own advice to get InuYasha.'

When they reached the well Kagome hugged Sango and told her to tell Shippo she'll bring him back something. "Aye, Kagome. How long will we be gone?" asked InuYasha. "Um, maybe around 3-4 days, why do you ask?" "Just wondering" he answered as he jumped down the well. "Good luck!" whispered Kagome to Sango and gave Miroku a wink as she jump down into the old well.

~*~*~*~*~*~

I know. That was all Miroku and Sango, but I adore them, so I had to make a chapter for them. I promise the next one will be all on InuYasha and Kagome.

Again, so sorry about leaving. (It's not my fault) I'll be writing the whole time on the plane, so you'll definably be seeing a new chapter when I get back. By the way, if you're wondering, I'm going to Florida. I've never been there, so that'll be cool. (Disney World, here I come!)

The more people review, the less chance of my plane crashing, so get to it, unless you don't wanna find out how it ends.

Taa-taa for now!
