Also, for all the readers of this story, I would like to point out that I am not the only writer of this story. Bryan Parsons has done just as much of the creative work as I have. You see, we roleplay it out first, Bryan acting as all the guys, and me acting as all the girls, then I record and convert it while doing this, which results in the product of what you see here. ^_^ This, out of all my stories, is the one most based on mine and Bryan's life, and the only fabrication is, we've never met in person. Inu Yasha looked at the little girl. "Mayu?" His eyes went back to Kagome. "Kagome, is this your little sister?"

Kagome paused for a moment and rested her hand on the steering wheel trying to figure out how to word it with out really lying, "No..."

He raised a brow as it clicked in his head, "Well, let's get into the house and get her to bed. It's too late for her to be up."

She nodded slightly and reached into the back to grab the little girl's bag trying not to look at Inu Yasha. Mayu giggled and squeezed Inu Yasha's cheeks together, making him make a fish face.

Inu Yasha looked at the little girl and moved his lips mimicking a fish and wrinkled his nose at her. He carried the girl towards the house.

She squealed in delight and clapped her hands. She looked over his shoulder to see Kagome shutting the car and locking it, trailing slowly behind Inu Yasha.

Inu Yasha opened the door and walked inside, sitting the girl down on the couch. "So, Mayu, do you want a cookie or something?" he asked walking towards the kitchen.

Mayu blinked and then reached her hands back towards Inu Yasha, opening and closing her little fists. "Up?"

Kagome closed the door quietly behind her and sat the bag on the floor.

He walked back over to her and picked her up. "You like to be held huh?" Inu Yasha asked with a smile as he walked into the kitchen to get a cookie.

She giggled and played with his hair; making a curtain and leaning her face up close to it, then parting the strands. "Peek-a-boo!"

Kagome watched the interaction, quietly and more than a little bit surprised. "She's never warmed up to a man before, certainly not one she's just met."

Inu Yasha reached into the cookie jar and handed the girl a cookie. "Well, I guess I'm just special then." He poked the girl gently on the side and laughed.

Mayu took the cookie and made an overly dramatic; baby style surprised face, and then burst into giggles, squirming away from his fingers. A soft smile broke over Kagome's hard face. She watched the two silently and perched on the arm of the couch.

Inu Yasha sat down in a chair as his ribs began to hurt and let the girl sit on his knee. "Your going to tell me everything tomorrow, Kagome," he said as his dark eyes looked over at her, "We can take Mayu over to okaasan's and let her play with Shippou and Souta; then we can talk."

Kagome tensed up again and an apprehensive look crossed her face. She knew it was inevitable, but it didn't mean she liked it. She stood up and walked over to them, plucking Mayu off of his knee. The little girl laughed and poked her nose, then reached out for Inu Yasha's hair, and began playing with it. Kagome sighed and gently untangled Mayu's fingers from his hair and looked down at him. "You need to get into bed."

Inu Yasha looked up at her. "I'm fine..." He reached over and tickled the little girl's leg. "Worry about getting her to bed. I'm old enough to take care of myself."

Mayu squirmed and leaned over, bopping Inu Yasha on the head a few times. Kagome looked at him and arched a brow, "Do you have chocolate hidden somewhere on your body?"

He shook his head. "No, Why?"

She looked at Mayu who was playing with his hair. "I was just wondering. She's a chocolate fiend and that's the only way I can usually get her to take a bath. I thought maybe you were bribing her." She smirked and set Mayu down. The little girl ran back into the living room and snatched the cat off of the couch, who had started to creep into the room to see what all the commotion was.

Inu Yasha watched the little girl. "Looks like she found Buyo," he said with a laugh as he watched her with the black cat.

Kagome smiled as Mayu squealed and danced around with Buyo. "Kitty, Kitty!!!"

The raven haired girl leaned against the wall and shook her head, and let her eyes drift Inu Yasha's tattered torso. "You should be getting some rest. If Kouga wakes up and finds you out of bed, he'll have my hide."

He snorted. "More like he will have my ass." He yawned and stretched. "I think you both need to get to bed."

She nodded and went to throw the bag back over her shoulder, and picked Mayu up.

Mayu looked up at Inu Yasha, then at Kagome, and seemed to know that she was about to be forced to go to sleep. She put on her best pouty face and turned to Inu Yasha and held her arms out, making her 'Up' gesture again.

He smiled and reached over to tweak her nose. "Oh no, time for bed, half pint." Inu Yasha ruffled her hair. "Go to sleep, and I will take you pony riding tomorrow."

Mayu immediately stopped and went into her good girl act, and pretended to yawn really big and stretch.

He smirked as he walked down the hall. "Good night, girls." He walked into his room and shut the door.

Kagome smiled and shook her head slightly looking at Mayu, "You big flirt." Mayu giggled and cuddled up to her chest and closed her eyes, popping her thumb into her mouth. Kagome stroked her hair and went into her room, not bothering to get dressed for bed, she just collapsed.

Inu Yasha climbed back into bed and pulled the covers up around him. He looked over at Kouga and smiled at the way he looked. Kouga looked innocent when he slept. Inu Yasha moved over and laid his head on his chest, closing his eyes and going to sleep.

The next morning Mayu woke up around eight o'clock, and climbed expertly of Kagome. She crept down the hallway and snuck into the door she saw Inu Yasha disappear into. Her little bluish-silver eyes fell on Kouga and she frowned. She crawled up onto the bed and wiggled in between Kouga and Inu Yasha, and curled up against Inu Yasha's chest.

Kouga felt the bed moving and automatically thought it was Shippou. "Shippou, what are you doing out of bed?" he asked.

Inu Yasha's eyes opened at the sound of Kouga's voice. "Huh...what?" he said as his voice cracked with sleep.

The little miniature version of Kagome glared up at Kouga, and curled closer up to Inu Yasha. "Mine!" She commanded, her sharp, icy eyes piercing the older man.

Kouga blinked and then looked at Inu Yasha. "Huh...wha...who?" he stumbled over the words.

Inu Yasha looked down to the little girl who was latched onto his chest. "Mayu, Kagome is going to worry about you if she finds you're gone," he said as he ruffled her hair.

Kouga smiled. "She is a cute one, is she not?"

Inu Yasha smiled and shook his head. "Mayu, go and wake up Kagome and ask her to make some pancakes."

Mayu hopped up. "OK!" She took off, climbing over Kouga, and stepping on his face bolting down the hall to wake her.

Kagome groaned and pried her eyes open to see a younger version of her own face right directly in front of her. She screamed and backed up in surprise, falling off of the bed with a thump. Mayu giggled wickedly and picked up a pillow and started bopping her with it, "Time to wake up!!!!"

Inu Yasha laughed as Kouga laid there after being stepped on.

"She sure as hell don't like you Kouga."

Kouga looked at Inu and pouted. "It's not funny..."

Inu Yasha moved over and nuzzled his face into Kouga's neck. "Oh, are poor Kouga's feelings hurt?" Inu Yasha asked.

Kouga narrowed his eyes at the wall. "Inu, what are you up to?"

Inu Yasha's hand ran down Kouga's stomach and tugged at his boxers. "Nothing..." he said with a smirk.

Kouga groaned as Inu Yasha leaned over and kissed his lips. "N…no...not until you get better, Inu Yasha," Kouga said as he pushed Inu Yasha away, gently.

Inu Yasha glared at him. "I'm fine..." He moved back over to kiss Kouga again, only to get rejected again.

"I said no, Inu ..." Kouga panted.

Inu Yasha rolled his eyes. "Nothing wrong with making out, is there?"

Kouga shook his head. "No, I don't suppose there is."

Inu Yasha grinned and moved back over towards him. "Good..."he mumbled as he leaned over and claimed Kouga's mouth again.

Kouga ran his hands into the younger mans hair as he returned the kiss.

Mayu looked down at Kagome. "Puppy wants breakfast."

Kagome blinked, confused, "Who- oh!" She looked at Mayu and frowned. "What time is it?" she asked.

The little girl grinned. "Morning time!"

Kagome groaned and rolled out of bed and stood up. "Ok, ok, I'm coming," she muttered. She rubbed her face and walked into the kitchen and pulled out the flour and yeast.

Mayu hopped up and down, "Butter and milk! Butter and milk!"

Kagome looked over at her and laughed, "Go get them out of the fridge then." Mayu raced over to the fridge and opened it, leaning in to look around for it. Kagome shook her head slightly and pulled down the corn meal and a mixing bowl. Minutes later Kagome and Mayu were covered in pancake batter. In the middle of mixing the batter, Mayu and scooped out a finger full and flung it at Kagome. Not exactly at her most mature in the morning, she flung some back at the little girl giggling, and an all out war had broken out.

Kouga finally got away from Inu Yasha and got up to take a shower. Inu Yasha lay on the bed staring at the ceiling. He was aggravated at himself for getting hurt and pissed off at being sexually frustrated. "I'm not getting out of bed today..." Inu Yasha said out loud as he crawled back under the covers listening to the shower running in the next room.

Mayu crept quietly into the room, a fist full of pancake batter in her little hand and an evil grin on her face. She was covered in the stuff herself, and she was gonna get that guy who was trying to steal her puppy. She pouted when she saw that he wasn't in the bedroom, and then looked over at Inu Yasha. The sound of the shower running alerted her young senses and she crept out the door and back down the hall way, waiting at the bathroom door silently.

Kouga got out of the shower and dried off. He pulled on his boxers and then a pair of jean shorts. Kouga opened the door and walked out as he was pulling his hair into a ponytail.

Mayu grinned and pulled her hand back, before throwing as hard as she could, and pegged Kouga right in the face, spattering it all over his hair. She stood in his way to get back to Inu Yasha's room, her own pancake batter costume making her look like a baby warrior. She had her arms folded over her chest and she was glaring at him for all she was worth. "Mine," she grunted.
