Chapter 13: A Choice to be made.
a/n: i have a bone to pick with all you people who read a story and then don't review. even if you HATE my writing tell me so. i can understand all of you who read all the available chapters then review at the last one but if you're waiting for the story to end to review, well, that just seems a little cruel. so please, :'( , all of you who read my fic, PLEASE leave a review. *wipes away tear* well, now that that's done. on with the fic.... (oh and i don't own iy and co and all that crap)
"Come on Inuyasha," Kagome said still giggling. "We all know that you were just horny and since I wasn't giving it up you went to the one person you knew would." Inuyasha blushed making Sango and Miroku laugh even harder. "You're still not being fair to me Kagome." Inuyasha whispered. Kagome was getting pissed now. "Not fair to you?" she asked. "No, it wasn't." he said. Sango and Miroku stopped laughing and looked at one another. They knew what was about to happen.
Kagome lost control and just let it all stream out "You haven't been fair to me EVER. Was it fair when you ran off to fuck the clay bitch and left us waiting for you? Was it fair when I wanted to spend time with my family and you told me I couldn't and then tried to shame me into staying? Was it fair when I told you I loved you and then you went and fucked that bitch the next day? Was it fair to ME Inuyasha?" Kagome shouted. Inuyasha made to open his mouth and then thought better of it. He looked to Sango and Miroku for help. They just looked away. Kagome had cooled down a bit. "Inuyasha I want an answer." she stated. Inuyasha hung his head. "No." he murmured. "Excuse me? I didn't hear you." Kagome said. Inuyasha snapped his head up. "NO!." he half shouted. "All right then. How can you expect to recieve fair treatment when you seem to have no concept of fairness?" "Kagome, you just don't understand." Inuyasha sighed and turned his back to her. "No, Inuyasha I do understand. You want to have your cake and eat it too. You have to make a choice." Kagome nodded to Sango. "You have twenty minutes to make up your mind." Sango and Kagome mounted the transformed Kirara. Inuyasha looked over at her. "Where are you going?" As they took off Kagome shouted down to him. "Twenty minutes Inuyasha." And she was out of sight.
Miruoku felt for his friend. He just hoped one day HE wouldn't be burdened with such a question. Looking over to his friend, he motioned for Shippo to follow. "Come Shippo." he said. "We most leave Inuyasha to think. And hopefully" he aimed at his friend, "he will make the right decision." Knowing Inuyasha heard his comment he looked back to see the half-demon bounding towards his favorite tree.

Sango was worried. Kagome had directed them into a less than savory section of forest. "KAgome are you sure she's here?" Sango asked. Kagome looked distracted. "Huh? Oh.. yes, I'm sure." As they pushed through the last bit of brush, they came upon a clearing. Kirara had beared her fangs abit but was soothed when Kagome and Sango both laid a hand on her.
What the two girls witnessed was totally unexpected, well, by Sango at least. Kagome had known. Sesshomaru was lounged against a tree with his hands in a womans hair. This woman was giving the beautiful man oral pleasure and you could tell she was good by the look on his face. Sango came to a realization. "Kagome, is that...?" "Yep." she answered. Sesshomaru gave a deep grunt of release. He held Kikyo's head to his groin for a moment and then threw her back from himself. He cleaned his member off with the hem of his shirt and then tucked it back into his pants. "Thanks, woman." they heard him say as he swept from the clearing. Kikyo wiped her mouth and stood up. "Sessho.." she started but he was already long gone. Kagome stepped out into the clearing. "Hello, Kikyo." she said smiling. Kikyo turned around and grimiced at the girl. "What you did see?" she half growled. "Nothing remotely important to me." she answered, brushing past Kikyo to take the spot against the tree that Sesshomaru had just vacated. "State your business or leave." Kikyo snapped. "Calm down, chic. Look, Inuyasha has decided that he is going to make his choice today so I offered to come and retrieve you." Kagome said smoothly. She shot a look at Sango to keep quiet. "What do you mean he's decided to make his choice?" Kikyo said suspiciously. Kagome sighed. "The choice between you and me, dumbass." Kagome motioned for Sango and Kirara to approach. "So, I am to transport you to the designated spot." Kikyo made to protest but Kagome interupted her. "It's goin to take place in about.." she looked at her watch. "Ten minutes. So get on Kirara so we can get going." Kikyo scrutedized the situation. "Can I trust you?"she asked. Kagome and Sango were already on Kirara. Kagome sighed. "Yes, you can trust me. If I wanted to kill you, I would have done it long before now, don't you think?" Kikyo sighed and climbed on back of Kirara.

Inuyasha was lost. He had no idea what to do. Kagome? Kikyo? Kagome? Kikyo?... It went on and on in his mind. finally after about fifteen minutes he had made up his mind. "I made up my mind." he said out loud to himself. "I'm going to choose K.." "Inuyasha!" 'Damn it' Inuyasha thought. He jumped down to see Shippo looking for him. "Inuyasha." Shippo said spotting him. "You had better hurry up and get back to Kaede's. Kagome and Sango are almost back. Look." Shippo pointed over the trees. Inuyasha could see the cat demon. 'Alright it's now or never.' he thought. "Come on brat." Inuyasha said as he took off towards the old priestess' hut.
