Chapter 15: Kagome's strange Admirers
A/n: I don't own Inuyasha and co. And for those of you who don't like my fic... DON'T READ IT!!! Any one who decided to read past the first chapter then flame me had to be retarded. if you're going to flame me do it in the first chapter because it would save you a lot of time. if you don't like the first chapter what makes you think you're going to like the rest of it? Anyways.... to those of you who enjoy my fics.... my undieing gratitude.

Kagome was once again lost in thought at the same hot spring that had set all this into motion. This time she wasn't alone, Sango had accompanied her. 'I should tell her' Kagome thought to herself. She looked over to her friend. Sango had her back to Kagome and she was washing her hair. Kagome sighed. 'I hate having to be the bad gut but..' "Sango?" Kagome started. Sango turned to look at Kagome. Yes? What is it Kagome?" the older girl inquired. "We need to go after Naraku and soon." Kagome stated plainly. Sango sank down into the water. She had a look of concern on her face. "How soon do you mean?" she asked. "I don't know but," Kagome reached into the pocket of her skirt that was lieing near by. She handed Sango a slip of paper. "You know how ever so often you would see a couple of poisous incects near Kaede's?" Kagome asked looking into the water. Sango looked up from the note. "Yeah, but what does that have to do with this?" She looked back down at the piece of paper. Kagome had started to twitch nervously. "That piece of paper is from Naraku." she whispered.
Sango was too shocked to speak. The small piece of parchment fluttered from her hands and landed softly on the water. After a few moments of silence, Sango finally found her tongue. "What does this mean Kagome?" she asked. But as Kagome opened her mouth to answer, someone did it for her. "It seems" they said, "that Naraku has found an interest in you. So it seems has my master." They both turned to see the little green man-servant of Sesshomau's. Sango made a motion to go attack Jaken but Kagome motioned for her to hold off. Kagome looked at the little demon cooly. "Jaken, I will not join Sesshomaru for tea. Just as I will no tjoin Naraku." she sighed. "I told you this before." "But.." Jaken stuttered. "No, Jaken." Kagome said sinking back into the water. "That goes the same for you Kagura." She called. Sango was about to ask Kagome where Kagura was when she walked out from behind a tree. Kagura looked pissed. "He will get you before long, girl." she hissed as she took off. "Jaken you can also leave now." Kagome said. Jaken sighed defeatedly. "Yes, miss." And he left. Sango sat back down into the water. She just stared at her friend. Finally when she found her voice, she managed to ask Kagome a few questions. "Kagome, what was all that about? And how the hell did you know Kagura was here?" Kagome sighed and sat up, looking at Sango. "For some reason, it seems, that Naraku and Sesshomaru both have some sexual interest in me. As for why, I have no idea. And the reason I knew Kagura was here was because I could feel her presence and I could feel her aura." "Oh" Sango muttered. Kagome got out of the water and started putting on her clothing. "Well, we had better be getting back." she said. Sango nodded her head and got out. While the girls were getting dressed, Kagome was still thinking. 'I'll tell her the worst of it tommorow.' she thought as they made thier way back to Kaede's.
In other parts of feudal Japan, two different men were thinking the exact same thing. 'Damnit! That bitch WILL be mine!'

As Kagome curled up in her sleeping bag with Shippo, she looked over to her best friend. She caught the sob that was working it's way up her throat. 'I'm so sorry Sango.' she thought as she forced herself to sleep. Just as Kagome fell asleep, Sango had opened her eyes and stared at the girl from the future lying across from her. 'How in the world did such a nice girl like her end up getting the butt end of so much shit? She deserves so much better.' After a long day, Sango finally managed to go to sleep.
