Well, here ya go, yet another long chapter. Sheesh, these lengths get tiring, lol, but it gives me a reason to take a little while longer updating!! Lol that will be my excuse form now on, haha. Actual, the real truth is, is that I am no longer grounded, and never again will be!! So, I am usually hanging out with my friends until 11 or 12. But, I will keep updating as I have been, even if it means staying up all night to do so, just not on a daily basis!! I am aiming in trying for one chapter a week, which isn’t a bad deal at all if I do say so myself, so bear with me people, I’m finally getting my life back!

Enough boring crap that no one cares about, and onto the story!

OCs do NOT belong to me. (Golden-Eyed-Girl and sweet raptured light own Makoto and Mayuko)

Disclaimer: To hell with it, chapter 3 states the facts.

A lovely thanks to my beta reader who makes these chapters readable! Sweet Raptured Light, without her, you people would be reading nonsense. Thank you!! * hugs *

Chapter 5: Change of Plans

Shippo was thrown into a dark room, he knew right away that it wasn’t a dungeon, after all, it wasn’t cold and it didn’t smell disgusting like normal cells would, but instead he could see a small fire to the far back wall, and the room smelled of lavender. He looked up into the glowing crimson eyes of his captor, confused as to why he was in a room of all places instead of in a cell, but he wasn’t about to complain.

“You will stay here. The only reason I will not put you in a dungeon is because if anything happens to you, your miko will not meet my demands. And we can’t have that, can we?” Shippo’s eyes bulged. He was about to stand up and ask him what he intended to do with his Kagome, but as soon as he stood, Naraku was gone and the door was slammed behind him.

Shippo walked over to the tatami and plopped down on it. A fresh batch of tears poured from his already swollen eyes. Naraku wanted Kagome, that was for sure, but because of him, the little fox new Naraku would have his way.

He curled up into a ball, bringing the blankets up over his shaking body. He closed his eyes, wishing away all the bad thoughts as his tiredness overtook him. Dreams of a happy Kagome plagued his mind, giving him hopes that there still was hope for them all to get through this and away from Naraku’s evil clutches.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naraku watched Shippo from Kanna’s mirror, even from where he was, he could feel the false hope emanating from the young kitsune’s body. He couldn’t help but chuckle, knowing that whatever the little boy hoped for, would not be the final outcome.

He would wait. The young miko would not hear anything about her precious ‘Shippo’ for another 3 days or so. He would give her adrenaline a bit of a rush. Perhaps that would make it all the more easier to get her to come to him, trading her own life for her pup’s. This wouldn’t be hard at all.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kagome had cried herself to sleep in Sago’s arms, and they were once again on a their journey. Figuring it would be best for Kagome to stay asleep, she slept silently in Inuyasha’s arms as Sango rode Kirara and Miroku walked in the back with Mayuko. Sango wasn’t far from crying herself asleep just like Kagome had, just not for the same reason.

Although it hurt that Shippo was captured by Naraku, all she could think about was whether he could help her brother or not. She then pushed it aside, Shippo was just a child, younger then her brother, so how could he save him?

Inuyasha looked down into Kagome’s sleeping face. Even now she didn’t look peaceful. She would whine every now and then, calling out Shippo’s name as she undoubtedly relived the moment Naraku stole away Shippo in her dreams.

He would pull her closely now and then, out of instinct. She quickly quieted at this, snuggling into his warmth. He sighed as he watched her, no doubt she would soon become restless once again, but until then, he could just look at her.

The older she became, the prettier she looked. And although she was starting to look more like Kikyo, she was also more beautiful then the dead miko ever was when she was alive. But Kagome did resemble her nonetheless.

How would he choose? Why did the fates abhor him to the point to make him choose between his best friend and his first love? Nothing was fair anymore, and choosing between Kagome and Kikyo would be extremely harder then he ever though it would be.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kagome had slept the whole day, peacefully after the many hours of restlessness. When the sun began to set, the shard hunters took it amongst themselves to find suitable place to sleep that night.

A small clearing deeply in the woods was the best choice they had. Sango went through Kagome’s bags, taking out the ‘sleeping bags’ and ‘pillows.’ Beds were set out under the stars and around the fire that Miroku had started. One for Kagome and herself, and one for each Miroku and Mayuko. She didn’t know why she tried to separate them, after all, they’d probably be together in the morning anyway.

Sango watched as Inuyasha carefully set Kagome down on the sleeping bag, bringing the other blanket up over her. Sango got into it herself, lying down on her side, facing Kagome. She smiled, Kagome was a very strong girl, and perhaps Shippo being kidnapped by Naraku would help us to get rid of him once and for all.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They trudged on the next morning, Kagome at an unusually fast pace, followed by Inuyasha and headed in the general direction of west. The other three, and Shippo rode Kirara in the back. Sang in the front of the fire cat, Mayuko behind her, and Miroku in the back, his arms gently encircling Mayuko’s waist.

Kagome felt her legs begin to throb, she needed to slow down, or stop for at least a minute, but she wouldn’t do it. She refused to stop for even a second until she reached Shippo and had him safe in her arms once again.

Inuyasha could tell she was tiring as well, but she wouldn’t give in, no matter what. He thought about offering to carry her, but he would wait a little longer before he did, wanting her to become desperate and ask him herself, no way would he look like a softie. So he followed her ever quickening pace, wondering if he himself was ever that demanding when it came to finding something.

Thinking back on a few occasions where Kagome herself had gotten kidnapped, he decided that he was even worse, and finally offered to carry her. She stopped and looked at him, she was breathing hard and shaking a little, she must have been really tired.

‘Well she’s only human,’ he thought, kneeling in front of her so she could get on his back. Then, the pace started once again, quickening every time Kagome yelled to walk faster, which was ever 3 minutes or so. Even Kirara mewed each time she would get angry with them for being too slow. It was already at the point where Inuyasha was running and Kirara was in mid air.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naraku watched them in their search, although he had to say, they did cover a lot of ground that day, they were still a good few days away from his castle. Another two days and he would send Kagura after the young miko, and she would come back here without a second thought.

Kagura could take the kit back to Inuyasha, he could care less what happened after any of this as long as the young youkai was unharmed. Naraku would never break his honor, even if it meant being, hospitable to the kid during his stay, he wasn’t asking for anything anyways, besides, even if he did Naraku would not be the one to grant his request, but the servants would.

Speaking of which, ‘Shippo’ hadn’t asked for food at all yet, was he hungry? Naraku shrugged, the boy wouldn’t get food until he asked for it, meaning, if he didn’t he would starve. Naraku wouldn’t harm him, but he wouldn’t help him stay alive.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Good morning Makoto-chan!” Rin yelled, running out of her room to hug Makoto. She smiled down at the young girl, greeting her with a good morning as well. Rin was the only one besides Sesshomaru that she didn’t keep a cold façade around. Well, sometimes Sesshomaru deserved it for being an ass, but other then that, she was sort of happy around him.

Makoto always saw Sesshomaru’s lips turning up into a smile with Rin’s cute antics. Then, he would notice her looking at him and realized what he’d almost done, quickly wiping the silly emotion from his face. She’d never see him smile full, but she had a feeling she would, someday.

Makoto took Rin’s outstretched hand and walked with her to the kitchen for breakfast. Her senses quickly picked up Sesshomaru’s aura on the other side of the door once they reached it, and she knew he was in there waiting for them. She sensed his impatience and smirked, casually opening the doors and walking halfway in, stopping and walking back out.

Sesshomaru watched in irritation. He knew she was good at reading auras, too good if you asked him, and glared daggers into her retreating form. She stopped again, and turned around, walking back into the kitchen and smirking when she saw him glaring at her.

“You really should yourself, glaring is childish when your only reason is impatience which you also can not seem to control. You’re too spoiled if you ask me.” Sesshomaru’s glare darkened at that, Makoto, couldn’t help but tap into his thoughts.

‘Why that little,’ he closed his eyes, breathing in deeply before continuing on with his mental thoughts. ‘Once I get my hands on her, I swear she will regret saying those words.’ Makoto smirked, those thoughts always ran through his mind when she hurt his pride, but he never took the action he’d promised himself to.

She just rolled her eyes and sat down to eat to the left of Sesshomaru, who sat at the head of the long table. The food was quickly placed before them, and none of the three let the opportunity to eat pass them up as they dug in to their plates.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few hours later, Makoto sat the room she always stayed in while visiting Rin, staring out the window and into the nothing before her. She heard Rin run, laughing past her room, and Jaken squeaking as he ran after her. She smiled, it was always funny when the toad got angry with the little girl, he could never seem to do anything but protect her when it came to real danger, but he always acted so tough when nothing was wrong.

Makoto sensed Sesshomaru coming closer to her room. She unintentionally sat a little straighter, flipping her hair behind her shoulders. Sesshomaru walked up seconds later, coming in to sit next to her. She sighed, leaning against his shoulder. She felt him stiffen a little before relaxing, then slipped his arm casually around her shoulders.

‘She doesn’t know what she does to me.’ Makoto read his thoughts. She blushed, hoping that the way that sounded was the way it was meant to be taken. Makoto closed her eyes, drifting into a sound sleep listening to the beat of Sesshomaru’s heart. She loved him so much, but to keep his trust, she would never tell a soul until the right time came.

Sesshomaru lifted her into his arms when she fell asleep, carrying her over to the tatami laid out in her room. He laid her in it and brought the covers to her chin, watching as she rolled onto her side. Kissing her gently on her cheek, he pushed a few strands of her silver hair behind her ear, kissed her again and removed himself from the room, closing the door behind him.

She would never truly know how he felt. He would be sure of that. It was his promise, an oath he’d made long ago to never love. And even if he did, it didn’t mean that she had to know, she would not be his weakness, he would never allow it.

His mind flashed to his brother and Kagome. She was Inuyasha’s strength, so what difference would it make if Makoto was his own strength? He growled, scolding himsled for even allowing his mind to wander like that.

“The hanyou and human are tainted. Tainted with mortal blood. It would do me no good to follow in the tracks of my father.” He would never forget the day his father denied him to the Sou’unga and Tetsusaiga, he would never forgive him for it either, nor the hanyou for being able to wield it, or the wench for pulling it out in the first place.

But dwelling on the past would never help to change it, so he didn’t. Pushing the thoughts to the back of his mind, he walked into his study, other things needed his attention at the moment.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was nearing sundown, and Inuyasha had left the others at a small clearing in the forest so he could search for firewood. Kirara had been sleeping ever since Kagome fell asleep earlier that day, giving the group a chance to travel at a more regular pace. Inuyasha was even tired, and that was saying something.

Inuyasha caught a strange smell in the air and growled, being quicker to get the wood and get back to the others before the rain fell. He looked into the darkening sky, the clouds were slowly darkening, and ran back to the others.

“Miroku,” Inuysha yelled to the monk. “Pick up Kagome and everyone follow me.” Miroku did as Inuyasha said and followed the hanyou to a nearby cave, barely making it before it began to sprinkle.

“Kagome is not going to like this.” Sango commented, setting out the blankets they needed for the night. Miroku quickly placed Kagome into one as Inuyasha started the fire and Mayuko got into her own bag set out next to Miroku’s. Sango slept between Inuyasha and Kagome that night, no one really paying attention to the order besides Inuyasha, and scooted just a little closer to make sure the girl was warm for the cold, rainy night.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The morning was like none other to Kagome, she sat up, looking to her right to find Sango blushing a deep shade of crimson, sputtering apologies to Inuyasha, who supported a red handprint on his cheek.

She looked to see to sleeping bags to the right of her as well, and obviously since Sango was on the one directly by her side, Inuyasha had slept by Sango the previous night. She rethought that last mental statement she had made, her eyes widening. Maybe if Sango was left by Miroku for Mayuko, then maybe she herself was getting left by Inuyasha. For Sango.

The thought didn’t settle as tears sprang to her eyes. She looked over the sleeping bags once more, confirming her thoughts before standing up, dusting off her uniform, and cleaning up all of what was used fir sleeping last night.

“Let’s go, Shippo is waiting for us to save him, or have you four found other things to occupy your minds?” Kagome eyes Sango and Inuyasha, who were sitting rather too close for comfort, Sango’s blush still lightly painted on her cheeks.

The young miko grabbed her bags, threw them over her shoulder, and ran out of the cave, heading for the west once again.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Miroku took Mayuko’s hand, shaking his head at the other two as he rand after Kagome, Inuyasha, Sango, and Kirara following them closely behind. She wasn’t even a quarter mile away before she’d gotten into trouble. Inuyasha growled as he saw her purified arrow streak across the air, embedding itself into a rather large bear youkai, something small and black falling from the would in its gut.

Kagome ran to pick up the fallen jewel shard, purifying it with naught but her touch. The youkai charged at her. All Kagome did was raise her hand, sending a bolt of purification energy into the youkai, watching it disintegrate right before her.

“Letting some anger out are you Kagome-sama?” Miroku chuckled innocently, a flash of fright crossed his face at the look Kagome gave him. She walked back over to the group, who were all stunned by her performance, and asked Inuyasha to carry her bag as he had been, which he easily complied to.

Kagome walked in the front, with more energy then the day before. She walked faster, ever intent on reaching Shippo by sundown, either that or finding out where he was.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The day went by rather quickly. Not a sign of Naraku or the missing kitsune pup was picked up and Kagome was crying herself to sleep, and no one seemed to care. She looked around the camp, seeing Mayuko and Miroku in their all too normal position, and Sango and Inuyasha inching closer to each other slowly, trying to go unnoticed.

Kagome gagged, those two were definitely showing attractions for one another in the past two days. It made her sick, her best friend, and the man she was supposed to be in love with. She should have seen this coming.

Kagome laughed sarcastically at herself, tears still streaming down her face. Her eyes were red as she rubbed them, trying to wipe her tears away. It didn’t work though, as a fresh batch streaked down her face.

She cried silently to herself, listening to the others talk and laugh without her, maybe they didn’t need her so much anyways. Inuyasha and Sango were bound to realize the way they were acting sooner or later, and Miroku had Mayuko, and Kirara had everyone. She would find Shippo on her own. No one would stop her from leaving and no one would stop her from giving her life for the little kit.

She got up, grabbing her yellow bag and her own sleeping bag, and slipped away unnoticed by the ones she called her friends.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The servent knocked on the door. Shippo timidly yelled for her to come in and instantly took the food from the tray and began to eat. The food was almost disgusting, but he hadn’t eaten since he’d gotten here, and wasn’t about to reject a meal.

Shippo had tried to reject food for the past two days, mainly believing that if he didn’t eat Naraku would find him useless and give him back, but all he accomplished was becoming extremely hungry and weak, that wouldn’t do if he wanted to protect his Kagome. He would have to be strong.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The arrangements were complete. Tomorrow, when the sun was in the middle of the sky, Kagura would arrive and return the kit to the shard collectors, then go and retrieve Kagome. The fact that the miko was on her own now was an even better turn of events. He would definitely use this to his advantage.

Naraku walked past the room he kept the child locked up in, the boy was fast asleep. Tomorrow he would be gone, gone from his castle for good, only to be replaced by the miko who would give Naraku everything he’d ever dreamed of.

No longer would he be hanyou, and no longer would he need Kikyo. That wench would be permanently gone from this world, killed by her own reincarnation. Yes, that is what he would do, he would use Kagome to kill Kikyo, and not have to do it himself.

It was enough of a hassle removing Onigumo from him, and still, he could not kill her, this way he would have no problems getting it done. And the dead miko would be gone, her ashes thrown somewhere where no one can even think about bringing her back, and her reincarnation perfectly under his control. This was what he wanted and this is what he would have.

He chuckled to himself, everything was going better then he’d ever hoped it would. Nothing would ever be the same again, and he had no qualms about changing things up a bit to suit his likings.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inuyasha woke up early the next day, looking around to see Sango next to him, Kiara curled against her, and Miroku lying with Mayuko across the fire pit. He looked to another corner and didn’t see Kagome there, or anywhere else around the camp.

He took in a deep breath, catching her stale and fading scent far off in the distance. He closed his eyes and laid back down for about three seconds before actually putting the facts together. Her scent was never stale, and shouldn’t be fading way off in the distance, and yet it was.

Inuyasha stood up, yelling for everyone else to wake up as well. After hearing a few mumbles and complaints, he kicked Miroku and shook Mayuko a few times before going to Sango. He knelt down by her, shaking her softly and telling her that Kagome’s gone. That was all it took.

After everyone heard that, they were wide awake. Sango jumped out of her sleeping bag, as did Miroku. Mayuko had a look of pure sadness on her face as she felt the sadness radiating from the others, but really, she had no idea what the idiot hanyou meant by Kagome’s gone.

She figured Naraku had her by now. She hit her palm against her for head, ‘duh!’ she thought. If Naraku had the miko girl, that would explain why the others were sad.

“Naraku has her?” she inadvertently asked, seeing the others’ surprised looks, she doubted that they had the same thoughts on the situation. She coughed and walked to stand behind Miroku, hitting her head against her palm once again.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kagome was regretting her decision immensely as she trudged on. ‘Damn, how could I be so stupid. A small thing like that and my emotions take over.’ She laughed at herself and the situation she’d gotten herself into. She wasn’t even sure if she was heading west anymore, but that was the least of her worries.

“I am so lost.” She said, looking to see the sun in the center of the sky, shining down upon her as she walked through the vast, empty clearing. This was the last thing she needed, and it was getting hot too.

Kagome sat down once she reached the middle of the large field, sitting cross-legged and taking out some pocky from her yellow backpack. At least she was smart enough to remember her bag so that she didn’t starve.

She fished around her pack, groaning when she remembered giving Miroku the last soda. ‘Damn’ she curse, knowing that if she wanted a drink, the nearest river was only a few miles away.

She shook her head at her stupidity. ‘Why would they even bother looking for me? I am going to die in the feudal era, from lack of food and water in the middle of a clearing where youkai will come to eat my remains and I won’t even have a proper burial.’

Although that was meant as a joke, Kagome shivered at how likely that situation would be, ‘If the youkai don’t kill me first that is.’ She shivered again, this time as she felt a rush of wind blow past her. Kagome stood up, preparing herself for any oncoming danger.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sesshomaru flew through the air at lightning speed, Makoto had stayed behind to watch over Rin as he went after the youkai that had ruined his plans. Yes, his plans were perfect, the damn hanyou just had to step foot onto his lands and wreak havoc where he did not belong in the first place.

Naraku would pay.

He had everything planned out that he needed to, and Naraku would have died, who cares whether his damn half brother wanted revenge upon him or not, Sesshomaru would have disposed of the damn hanyou bastard before Inuyasha could figure out his location. But that damn Toshio just had to get in the way.

Sesshomaru trusted him, the boy was very smart, and although he was younger then himself, Sesshomaru trusted him to make the right decisions and to keep his word. But when Toshio had relayed all of the information Sesshomaru had given him to Naraku, the boy had sealed his fate, he would not live to see the next day if he could help it.

‘Damn him,’ Sesshomaru cursed the snake youkai, ‘Damn me for ever trusting a soul. This is why I will not put my trust into another’s hands. I will not be deceived by those I care for, so I will care for none.’ He thought, clearly deceiving the wishes his heart held.

He flew over a clearing, recognizing the scent of Kagome, the girl who traveled with his half brother. But he was no where to be found, his scent was far off as well, Sesshomaru could barely pick it up, which was saying something for his good senses to not detect his own brother completely.

His cloud disappeared as he leapt down in front of her, maybe it would do him some good to question her of this Mayuko. She could give her information about the young demoness and surely the girl would relay it to Inuyasha, therefore, making the others in their little group hate her when they realize she works for Naraku. Another bonus, ruining Naraku’s plans. How Sesshomaru would enjoy the angry look Naraku would have plastered on his face when he realizes that he, Sesshomaru, has destroyed his plan, which was sure to get him something, seeing as he sent someone else rather then going for himself. What a waste of time if there was nothing to be gained form it.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kagome became a little relieved when it was Sesshomaru rather then Kikyo, Naraku, or one of his minions. But the evil taiyoukai was not much better either. “What do you want with me?” She asked coolly, her voice belying her fear a she tried her best to sound confident.

Sesshomaru ignored her boldness, she never was one to bend to another’s will, and she was not one to be controlled or talked down to unless you are looking for a problem. Had it been another time, he would have stepped up to her, taught the girl a little something of respect, but at the moment, he needed her cooperation.

“I have been deceived. My plans have been relayed to one I was to defeat so now I wish to ruin his own plans.” Kagome looked at him as if she could care less, but she was really trying to figure out what he meant by that statement, and how it could include her in any way.

“That girl that you’ve been traveling with, Mayuko, she is not one to be trusted.” Kagome rolled her eyes.

“Could you be any more vague?” She asked, immediately regretting her choice of words. Sesshomaru growled, his eyes flashing red as he pinned her down with a look. “You will refrain from disrespecting me girl, less I kill you here instead of giving you information that could completely save you and your precious friends from a terrible fate granted by Naraku himself.”

Kagome gulped, murmuring an apology as he went on. “She works for Naraku.” Kagome’s eyes widened as she stared at the youkai before her in disbelief. “He killed her family, that is the truth, but she doesn’t know that. He took her in, taught her to rely on him so that he could manipulate her as he has been for the past 13 years. She was sent to discover something of your group, something that will determine each of your fates I’m guessing. I would advise you to stay away from her.”

Kagome called after Sesshomaru as he took to the sky once again. “What is it?” he all but snapped back at her. Kagome had to refrain from wincing at the harshness of his voice. “Well, I kind of ran away from my group, you see. Naraku kidnapped Shippo and Mayuko hit it off with Miroku as well as Sango, with Inuyasha.” She said the last part quietly, Sesshomaru had to listen hard to hear it, or else he would have missed it.

He shook his head and descended once again, grabbing her wrist roughly and pulling her after him as he jumped into the sky. “Naraku took what you treasure most besides Inuyasha. Since the kit can not fend for himself, he suspects someone to do something drastic to ensure the boy’s safe return, and the only one I can think of is you.” Kagome gulped at his words.

“You will accompany me, you will use your powers to destroy my betrayer so that I can see how much of a danger it is for him to have you as a weapon at his disposal. It would not bode well for you to give yourself to him for the kit, no matter what, but we will decipher how bad that would be by you fighting Toshio. After all, he is incredibly strong. I will not let you die, but if it comes to it, you will be at the brink of death so that I may discover your power.”

Kagome gulped, she did not like the sounds of this. “And after that,” he continued. “We will inform your friends of Mayuko and you will be returned to them.” Kagome nodded.

“Why is it so important that you test my powers?” she asked, almost not wanting to hear the answer. “That, is simply for my amusement. I wish to see him suffer, and I cannot do that very well through a demonic rage, so, you will be the one to fight him. I’ll need to see clearly the look on his face as death befalls upon the fool.” Kagome shuddered, imagining Sesshomaru’s rage. That was not a pleasant thought, and so she would do this, to not provoke it herself.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naraku watched as the taiyoukai conversed with the human girl, he remembered Toshio quite well. That boy had provided him with the location of any dangerous traps the taiyoukai had laid out for him. But no matter how angry he was, Sesshomaru would never ruin his plans. It wouldn’t be healthy for Mayuko to learn of her past, it would only make things worse, so tomorrow, before going after Kagome, Kagura would pick up Mayuko from the shard collectors.

He would never give Mayuko a chance to learn of what he’d done to her family and friends. Mayuko was extremely powerful, and he would not let her convert to his enemy, no matter what. After he possessed Kagome’s power, it would be okay. She holds the power of a miko, strong enough to rival Midoriko, and has half of the shikon jewel as well. With Kagome, he could defeat anyone.

“Kagura.” The wind witch appeared before him as she was summoned. “You will get Mayuko before going after the miko tomorrow. Sesshomaru has discovered my intentions, which is believable when it comes to someone such as himself, but we cannot have him ruining my plans. It would do you well to make sure he does not return the miko to Inuyasha, that would anger me, and you do not want to anger me, do you Kagura?” Kagura glared at him.

Naraku held out his hand, a red ball appearing in his palm. He squeezed his fist together before releasing it, watching as Kagura clutched her chest and fell to her knees before him. “N—No, Naraku,” She chocked out, collapsing onto the floor and hyperventilating as the red ball disappeared. Kagura quickly stood and as the red ball disappeared. Kagura quickly stood and brushed off her kimono, bowing before she turned and left the room.

Aonther chapter complete!! Well, I hope you guys all like it. And I know I’ve brought Sesshomaru into this a lot, but I love him, I can’t help it. And well, in the next chapter, there is bound to be some drama, right? And some of you may wonder why nothing is happening all quickly, and that is because I do NOT want to rush into anything concerning Kagome and Naraku. I put some of Makoto and Sesshomaru’s feelings into this chapter, and they will both be coming out more soon.

So, something concerning Mayuko will happen in the next chapter…..I think…lol. Well, I am sorry this update took a while, and I will be trying to update more often, but I am inspired to start another Kag/Sess. I know, bad me. If anyone cares to check it, it will be AU. Well, that’s all for now. Maybe I’ll get to updating a little quicker then this next time. I guess that’s all for now, I’ll try to get around to posting my new ff. as well once I get my first chapter started. I have been too damn lazy lately, o well. Like I said, my new ff. will be Kag/Sess and AU. It ill be rated R too, heh heh. I have the summary as well, if anyone wants to hear the summary or anything let me know. If not, I just wasted another minute typing this. Lol.

I’ll be working to update this fic. once a week, that should be good, don’t ya think. Oh, and to Halfbreed Kagome, please, no more pain, lol. First she kicks me, then she throws a rock and hits me square in my head. Well, I guess I’ll leave. Ja ne
