P.S. - Sesshoumaru will be a little OOC because he is with his mates. When he is around the others he will be his normal cool self except with Kagome. Plus he wont be trying to kill Inuyasha!
Review:
“Inuyasha why do ningens cook their food?” Sesshoumaru asked as he took another bite of his meat.
Inuyasha looked up from the meat he was cooking. “If they don’t cook their food they get sick.” He told his brother with a shrug. “Kagome knows more as to why.” Inuyasha went back to preparing the meat for Kagome his and his brothers mate.
Inuyasha wondered how she would act when she found out that they had mated her with out her permission. Silently he berated himself for making the decision for her. He knew that Kagome was a very strong woman. Sighing he tried to concentrate on the meat.

Kagome felt completely warm. The last thing she remembered what Inuyasha coming for her and taking her over to a tree and her telling him that there was three jewel shards. She tired to move however there was pain in her body. Opening her eyes she noticed that Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were both sitting there looking at her worried.
“Um.... can some one help me sit up?” Kagome asked quietly.
Both males jumped at the chance to help. Inuyasha got in front of her while Sesshoumaru situated himself behind her. Once he was in a comfortable position Inuyasha leaned Kagome back against Sesshoumaru’s chest. Kagome was curious as to why they were working together.
“How are you feeling Kagome?” Inuyasha asked as he brought over some meat that had been cook.
“A little sore.” Kagome took a bit of the meat. “What happened?” She glanced behind her and noticed that Sesshoumaru looked worried as well as nervous. Shaking her head she turned her attention back to Inuyasha.
“You were poisoned.” Inuyasha dropped his ears to his head. “We.......” He looked over Kagome's shoulder to Sesshoumaru for help.
“This Sesshoumaru as well as Inuyasha did the only thing to help you survive the poison that was in your system.” Sesshoumaru tried to be as vague as possible.
“Inuyasha, why are you worried?” Kagome lifted her hand to his cheek and felt wetness there. “Are you crying?” Kagome whispered as she pulled him to her.
Inuyasha couldn’t say anything as he went to Kagome when she pulled on him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and buried his head into her chest. He just couldn’t tell her that they had mated her with out her permission. He knew that Kagome could be irrational with it came to things.
Kagome looked down at Inuyasha. She had never seen him like this before. Kissing the top of his head she moved her neck and felt a pinch as though something had bit her. Moving one hand off his back she touched the area where her neck met her shoulder. Kagome gasped when she felt twin marks. She moved her hand to the other side and felt another pair.
Something in her mind then clicked into place. She was dying from the poison that the Oni admitted. Sesshoumaru was the master of poison thus his blood would be able to cure her however she knew that Inuyasha wouldn’t want his brother to do anything with out him there. They had mated her. Not in the sexual term but in the blood bonding way.
Kagome shifted a little bit that way she could look over her shoulder to Sesshoumaru. She then pulled Inuyasha’s face up that way she could see his amber orbs she had fell in love with the first time he opened them. Kissing him on the forehead she smiled.
“Is it the fact that you had to give me your blood to heal me the reason you both are so quiet?” Kagome guessed.
Sesshoumaru snorted. “This Sesshoumaru is always quiet.” Kagome just giggled.
Inuyasha dropped his eyes. “Yeah. Sesshoumaru bit you on the right side while I bit your left. Since we couldn’t wake you up Sesshoumaru reopened your mate mark from him and forced his poison and blood through that way. I also gave you some of mine that way it would help his blend better.” Inuyasha glanced up through his bangs. “I’m sorry Kagome. I just didn’t want to lose you. If it means that I have to share you with my brother then so be it.”
Inuyasha locked eyes with Sesshoumaru. They also had spoken about why Sesshoumaru felt the urge to ‘kill’ him. Sesshoumaru was the one who found Izayoi first. He courted her about two weeks before he took her back to the west then everything went down hill. One day when Sesshoumaru came in from training he found Izayoi with his sire in his bed. Inu-No-Tashio had smirked at his son with pleasure.
His own father had coveted what he had thus taking Izayoi away from Sesshoumaru and mating her right there in his bed where he planned to make her his. Sesshoumaru told him that he almost killed his sire until Izayoi ran in front of him and told them both that she was with pup. Right then Sesshoumaru stripped his father of his title since his mother was still alive and threw him out of the castle and western lands. Banishing all three of them.
Kagome didn’t understand why Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were acting civil however she liked it. She looked at Inuyasha then back over her shoulder to Sesshoumaru. Relaxing Kagome leaned back onto Sesshoumaru's chest and smiled at Inuyasha.
“Are you telling me that you both have put aside your differences and are willing to work together?” Kagome asked looking in Inuyasha’s eyes.
Inuyasha nodded. “Yeah, me and Sesshoumaru talked about why we were at each others throats and solved the problem.” He took a deep breathe. “We are just worried about how you feel about being with the two of us?” He dropped his head. He was afraid that Kagome would want to stay with Sesshoumaru instead of him.
Kagome knew what he was thinking. He had said it every time she had said she loved him. “Inuyasha, I love you so much that I was afraid to tell you something.” She confessed.
Inuyasha raised his head and looked at Kagome with a frown. “What?”
This time it was Kagome that was nervous. “I didn’t have the heart to tell you that I always thought that Sesshoumaru was rather handsome. Where you have a rugged look he has a refined look. At times I wished I could make you both into one person..... er..... demon.” She blushed when she felt Sesshoumaru lean around to look at her.
“Does that mean Kagome that you have always found this Sesshoumaru handsome?” His tone had a smugness about it.
Kagome didn’t say anything but nodded in confirmation. She was rather worried about what Inuyasha would say. At this time he was just staring at her with a shocked look on his face. She just knew that Inuyasha was going to blow his top. Closing her eyes she waited for his yelling.
Inuyasha took her hands in his. “Kagome,” he waited til she brought her head up that way he could see her eyes. “If I have to share you will Sesshoumaru in order for you to be alive then I would do it without another thought. When you were gone that year it felt as though my heart was gone as well. You complete me Kagome.” He leaned forward and kissed her on the lips.
Kagome moaned in his mouth as she felt Sesshoumaru starting to kiss her on the neck. She shivered with the onslaught of sensations that her two mates were giving her. Never in all her dreams would she have thought she would be able to have them both. When she pulled back from Inuyasha they were both breathing hard as well as Sesshoumaru who still had Kagome in his lap.
“You still need to rest Kagome.” Inuyasha told her as he moved out of the way that way Sesshoumaru could lay her down.
Once Kagome was laying on her side Inuyasha pulled her to his chest while Sesshoumaru curled up behind her and wrapped his arm around her. Both males buried their noses into her hair and breathed deep. Kagome sighed contently and closed her eyes. She knew that between the two of them she would be safe.
>Back at Edo<
Sango and Miroku had heard the battle cries and ran as fast as they could however when they arrived both of the males along with Kagome were gone however the remains of the Oni that had attacked where still there. Shippou had also followed because he had smelled blood. He had left Rin at the village while he went to find out what happened.
“We have a problem.” Shippou said as he sniffed an area by a tree.
Sango and Miroku went over to the fox. “What do you mean Shippou?” Sango asked with Kirara in her arms.
“Kagome was poisoned.” He looked over his shoulder at both of them. “However her blood is mixed with two others.”
“Whose blood?” Miroku wondered why Inuyasha was not around.
“Sesshoumarus and Inuyasha's.” Shippou told them as he stood up. “I believe that Sesshoumaru gave Kagome his blood to counter act the poison but I really don’t know why Inuyasha gave Kagome his blood.” He frowned trying to understand why the two inus gave his mother both of their blood.
Sango looked over at Miroku and noticed that neither one of them knew what was happening. “I believe I know what is going on.” She said as she watched both their eyes land on her.
“What is that my dear Sango?” Miroku asked with a smile.
“In some youkai cultures if two males desire the same female they will both give her their blood.” Sango explained. “In Inu culture the mates have to drink the others blood to complete the bond between them. I believe that Sesshoumaru giving Kagome his blood had two purposes. Inuyashas on the other hand I believe he wanted to mate her.”
Both males nodded at what Sango told them. Shippou could remember his father telling him about it a long time before his mother had been killed. He looked over at his ‘family’.
“If that is what happened to Kagome then with both Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha she will be safe.” Shippou told them. “I’m heading back to the village. I left Rin there because of the blood that I smelled. Come find me when you guys get done disposing of the Oni.” Shippou turned and waved as he headed back to Edo.
Sango looked over at Miroku. “Do you think that Inuyasha and Kagome are alright?” Her voice betrayed her worry.
Miroku nodded. “I do believe that Inuyasha and Kagome are alright. If Sesshoumaru is with them then we don’t need to worry.” He looked over at the corpse. “Come on we need to get it away from the village and somewhere I can preform the passing ritual.”
Sango nodded and began to help Miroku gather the pieces that were scattered around. Once they had everything they took it about 5 miles away from the area they were in. Once they had everything in the field they had found. Miroku started the ritual to let the soul of the Oni pass onto the other world.
Miroku turned to Sango once he was done. “Let’s head back to Edo. We can wait there for Kagome, Inuyasha and Lord Sesshoumaru.” He took Sangos hand and began to lead her back to the village.
