Chapter 15

Information Found

"Kagome" Inuyasha yelled. He picked her up and looked at her wounds. He couldn't see it too well because of all the blood. He ran to her backpack and dashed to the closest river or hot spring.

He found a river. It was kind of a good thing because the cold water would take away some of the pain. He looked at her shoulder. Her shirt was covered in blood. Nothing would be able to get the blood out.

Her shirt was torn at the shoulder. The only way to clean the wound was to take off her shirt. He was too worried about Kagome to worry about seeing her naked. Besides she always wore something under her shirt so it would at least cover her breasts.

He was thinking of how to take the shirt off without causing her any pain. He just swiped his claws and the shirt was torn to pieces. Kagome's bra came off with the shirt. It was too damaged to stay on her. The strap was cut and so was the back.

He just ignored everything but getting the wounds clean. Now was not the time to think like that. He had gotten most of the blood off when he saw how bad it was.

The wound was three claw marks on her shoulder. It wasn't too bad. He would have to bandage it up to stop infection and check for a fever but other than that she would be healed within a couple of weeks.

He had finished bandaging her up when he realized that he had left Sango, Miroku, and Shippo alone with his brother. He picked Kagome up and ran as fast as he could without hurting her back to where he last left his companions.

He got there and saw them cooking. He just looked at them. They looked at him and ran up to them.

"Is Kagome-chan ok?" Sango said in a very worried voice.

"She's fine her wounds weren't that bad." Inuyasha said.

"That's good news Inuyasha." Miroku said happily. He was staring at Kagome.

"What's with you letch she isn't dying?"

"Well then I suggest you put a shirt on her before she realizes that she hasn't been wearing one for some time now and both you and Miroku got one hell of a show." Sango said.

Inuyasha looked down and realized he forgot to put a shirt on her. The bandages were covering her breasts but it wasn't enough. He blushed and sat down with her in his lap.

He realized Miroku was still staring "Sango do you mind?"

"Not at all." She picked up Hiraikotsu and hit Miroku in the head.

While Miroku was on the ground he took off his outer hoari and wrapped it around Kagome.

"Itai, Sango what was that for?" Miroku asked while rubbing his head.

"Just wait till I get done with you." Inuyasha said while growling.

Miroku just moved back slowly and watched the food cook.

"Why were you rushing to get here Inuyasha?" Sango asked.

"I remembered I left you guys alone with Sesshomaru. Where is that son of a bitch anyway? Where is Shippo?"

Suddenly Sesshomaru came out of the forest with Rin and Shippo behind him. Shippo was talking to the little girl.

"All right what the hell is going on?" Inuyasha yelled.

"Lower your voice Inuyasha you wouldn't want to wake your mate up now would you?" Sesshomaru said.

Inuyasha blushed and looked down at where his mark was. He looked back up to Sango and Miroku who were surprised. Well, Sango was surprised but Miroku wasn't.

"Anyway as much as I hate to even talk to you I will answer your questions. Only because of what that bitch did for Rin." He said as he sat down around the fire that was cooking the food.

"Ok but you'll have to wait until she wakes up." Inuyasha was still a little surprised. He was actually going to listen all because Kagome saved his little human companion.

"Fine" He said. He was looking deep in the forest with no expressions on his face. He was not going to like waiting for a stupid human to wake up.

"Here Inuyasha we made ramen." Sango said. "Would you like some Sesshomaru?"

He didn't want to take it, but he was hungry. He nodded and took the bowl from her. He took a bite. He hated to admit it but it was good.

They all ate and waited for Kagome to wake up. Shippo and Rin played together after they ate. It was getting dark and they were getting tired.

Shippo laid out Kagome's sleeping bag like he did every night. He doubted Inuyasha was going to let him sleep with them but he was going to try.

Inuyasha walked with Kagome still in his arms and laid her down gently. He then laid down with her. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead. He saw Shippo lay down next to her.

"Be careful of her shoulder." Inuyasha said.

"You mean I can sleep with you guys?" He asked hopefully.

"As long as you don't hurt her."

Shippo squealed with delight and ran under Kagome's shirt, which was now Inuyasha's hoari.

Sesshomaru watched all this. He thought it was weird. He never believed in love. Yet his brother acted as if it were real. He just sighed and went to sleep with Rin beside him.

Kagome woke up the next morning feeling like crap. She had a headache and her shoulder hurt. Why would her shoulder hurt she wondered. Then she remembered what happened. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru were fighting and then the little girl got attacked.

`The little girl' She thought. She got up and looked around. The little girl wasn't anywhere to be seen. She was so worried she didn't even realize the pain in her shoulder or that Sesshomaru was sleeping on the other side of camp.

She got up and ran ignoring the pain in her shoulder. She heard giggling and ran towards the sound.

There she saw the little girl safe and unharmed playing with Shippo. She let out a sigh and slumped to the ground. She could now feel the pain in her shoulder.

Shippo noticed Kagome was sitting on the ground grasping her shoulder.

"Okaa-san your ok." Shippo said while running to her. He didn't jump on her like he usually did but he crawled onto her lap.

"Hai, I'm fine now. So who's your friend?" Kagome asked while patting Shippo's head.

The girl ran towards Kagome and flung herself into her arms. "Arigato for saving me."

"Your welcome it was nothing." Kagome said while hugging her back.

"But your hurt because of me."

"It's ok. It's not that bad."

"See I told you not to worry Okaa-sans a really nice person and always helps others." Shippo said with pride.

"Where are your parents?" Kagome asked.

"They died. That's why I travel with Sesshomaru-sama." Rin said a little sad.

"Gomen."

"It's ok I have Sesshomaru-sama now." She said with a smile. "Can I call you Okaa-san too?"

"Hai but what made you want to call me that?" Kagome asked.

"Your like my Okaa-san. She was really nice and protected me when I got bullied around the other kids." She said sadly.

"You can call me that if you want."

"Arigato Okaa-san." Rin said while hugging her.

Inuyasha woke up. He wasn't holding Kagome anymore. She wasn't even there. He started to panic. "Fuck" He said loudly.

"What's wrong Inuyasha?" Miroku asked. Sesshomaru and Sango were now awake.

"Kagome's gone." He said and quickly ran towards her smell.

He came to a clearing and saw Shippo and Rin playing. "Where's Kagome?" He could smell her but couldn't se her.

"Okaa-san is sleeping by that tree." Shippo said and pointed to his right.

Inuyasha ran towards the tree to see Kagome sleeping peacefully. He picked her up. By now everyone was there. Sesshomaru could have gotten there first but he didn't care about her so he took his time.

"Okaa-san was tired and said she was going to take a nap." Rin said.

Everyone looked at her in surprise even Sesshomaru. "Okaa-san?" They all said at the same time.

"Hai she is really nice and protected me even though she didn't know who I was. I asked her if it was alright to call her that and she said it was ok."

They just let those words sink into their minds. She was always like that. She was kind to everyone except Inuyasha at certain times. She always put everyone before her except when it came to her wanting to go back to her time.

"Is the bitch always like that?" Sesshomaru asked.

"Like what?" Said Inuyasha.

"Helping people she doesn't know."

"Feh, she even helps youkai she doesn't know. How do you think we got Shippo?"

"Oi, you like me and you know it." Shippo protested.

Inuyasha was about to say something when Kagome woke up.

"Mmm not so loud my head hurts." Kagome said. She opened her eyes and looked around. "What is he doing here?" She pointed to Sesshomaru.

"He's going to answer our questions." Inuyasha told her.

"Oh."

"So now that the bitch is awake ask your questions so I may leave." Sesshomaru said.

"Hey it's not nice to call people names." Kagome said.

"You are a bitch. You are Inuyasha's bitch are you not?"

"Sesshomaru cut the crap." Inuyasha yelled. He knew Sesshomaru was trying to get to him. Kagome didn't know about the claim and he knew that Sesshomaru knew that. (confusing huh?)

"Fine ask your questions."

"How do you get a punishment spell for disobedient mates off?" asked Inuyasha.

"Kill the mate."

"What if he didn't have a claim on her?"

"It would depend on a lot of things."

"Like what?" Inuyasha was starting to get irritated.

"Like what it looked like for instance. I could probably tell you the answers without you having to ask the questions if I could see it."

"Show him Kagome. You lay one fucking hand on her Sesshomaru I'll kill you."

"You could try hanyou"

Kagome lifted Inuyasha's shirt which she just realized she was wearing. `Who put that on me? I wonder what happened. I'll ask later.' She then pulled her skirt down a little to show the mark.

"Hmm. That mark is very old. The only way to get rid of it is to kill the youkai who put it there or find some special herbs that will take the mark off."

"What are the herbs maybe Kaede-sama has some." Kagome said.

"They can only be found in the western lands."

"We are in the western lands." Inuyasha said.

"The other side, by my castle."

"Dammit. What do you have to do after that?"

"You must mix the herbs into liquid and pour them into a hot spring and stay in until the mark is gone."

"What herbs are they?" Asked Kagome.

He explained what herbs were needed and how to get rid of it again. She wrote what he said down on a piece of paper.

"I will be leaving now. I only answered the questions to pay you back for saving Rin." Sesshomaru said while leaving.

"He did?" Kagome asked.

"By Okaa-san. I'll come back to visit you." Rin said sadly.

"Bye Rin be good." Kagome yelled back.

"So what happened while I was unconscious?" Kagome asked.
