Interview with Tatsuyoshi

Author:Tatsuyoshi you haven't been given much of a description. Would you mind telling the readers what you look like?

Tatsuyoshi:Not at all. I'm 5 foot 11 and a half. I got my height from my father. The rest of my looks I got from my mother. She even made the kimono I'll be wearing soon.

Author:Ahem.

Tatsuyshi:Sorry. Anyway I am very strong. Actually I'm the strongest demon I've ever met. Ow sorry. I have long white hair which usually reaches the ground, unless i tie it up. Or cut it. Oh and my eyes are gold.

Author:Tatsuyoshi, thankyou for your time.

Tatsuyoshi:You're very welcome

 

Chapter 2-It has dog ears!

 

“Hey Kagome”

“Oh hi Tatsuyashi,” replied Kagome as she walked out to lunch.

Tatsuyoshi had been at her school for a couple of weeks now. Thanks to his help Kagome was finally acheiveing decent marks in her subjects.

“I know it's a bit late but here”

Tatsuyoshi handed her a black piece of card, with silver writing on it. It was an invitation to a birthday party realised Kagome as she read through it. A birthday party which was in a week.

“Have you seen Yuka?”

“Uh no I think she went with Eri and Ayumi”

“Ah ok. Well see you soon Kagome”

Kagome stifled a laugh as she watched him go. Yuka and Tatsuyoshi were quite the couple, even though they weren't officially going out. He was drawn to her like a magnet. If you wanted to find Tatsuyoshi, just hang around Yuka for a bit and he'd turn up. Suddenly Kagome sensed a large demonic aura. Forgetting all about the delicious lunch her mother had made for her she started running towards the aura. It was on the roof, she quickly realized, sprinting up some stairs. Before she burst through the door to the roof she came to her senses. She didn't have her bow. What if the demon decided to attack? She opened the door a little. Tatsuyoshi was standing on the roof with Yuka in his arms.

“Can I open my eyes now?” she said with a giggle

“Not yet”

Tatsuyoshi shifted his hair a bit and two white triangles became visible. OMG he's like Inu Yasha thought Kagome.

“Ok Yuka you can look now”

Yuka opened her eyes and looked up at Tatsuyoshi. She gasped and reached up for his ears.

“Are these real?” she asked as she rubbed the fuzzy tirangles.

“Uh huh” he said nodding “I'm a dog demon”

“A demon?” she said slightly frightened

“Yeah. Promise you won't tell anyone”

“Of course Tatsuyoshi. I love you”

She wrapped her arms around him and rested her head on his chest.

Tatsuyoshi stroked her hair gently. Tatsuyoshi turned to look Kagome right in the eye. She gasped and ran. Before she realized it she had run past the school gate. She stopped and looked back.

“So there you are” said a gruff voice

“Inu Yasha!”

“About time. You were supposed to be back 2 days ago”

“Sorry Inu Yasha. Just let me grab my stuff and we can go”

Kagome ran back to the locker room. Thankfully it was empty. She grabbed her bag and ran back to Inu Yasha. He knelt down and she climbed onto his back.

“Thanks”

Within about 5 minutes Kagome and Inu Yasha were at the Higurashi shrine. Kagome ran inside to grab some more stuff for her bag.

“I thought you ran away from school because you overheard me and Yuka. I guess I shouldn't have worried”
Kagome jumped and turned. Tatsuyoshi was sitting on the kitchen counter.

“What on earth? What the hell are you doing here?”

“Making sure you're ok. Guess I shouldn't have worried”

“How'd you-”

“Get here so fast? Easily. Look I'm not going to pretend I understand what is going on here but with Inu Yasha protecting you I'm sure you'll be fine”

“Ok Tatsu-kun” said Kagome, smiling despite herself

“Don't let Yuka hear you call me that. She'll think I'm cheating on her”

Kagome laughed.

“Look Kagome-dono just make sure you study ok?”

“Sure thing Tatsuyoshi”

Kagome ran outside to Inu Yasha.

“What took you so long?”

“None of your business”

“Fine can we just go?”

“Hang on a sec”

Kagome put the ramen and other oddments in her backpack. Inu Yasha picked it and Kagome up and leapt towards the well.

“Kagome!” yelled Shippou jumping into her arms

“Heya Shippou” said Kagome as she caught the kitsune kit.

“Did you bring treats?”

“Of course Shippou” Kagome as she reached into her backpack and pulled out a packet of lollies for him.

“Yay” Shippou shouted as he chucked one into his mouth.

He then shuddered.

“What's wrong Shippou?” asked Miroku as he took one and ate it.

“Its sour” said Shippou poking his tongue out

“Yes but the combination of that and its sweetness is quite pleasing to the palate”

“Sango I didn't forget you either” said Kagome, pulling out a bag of gummi bears, Sango's favourite.

“My thanks Kagome”

“Oh and these are for Kirara” she said passing Sango some cat treats.

Sango opened them and dropped one on the ground for Kirara. Kirara ate it then rubbed against Kagome's leg appreciatively.

“Enough dawdling. We ought to be looking for Naraku”

“Oh Inu Yasha” said Kagome sweetly

“Yeah?”

“No ninja snacks for you”

 

 

Author's note: Another chapter down. I had major writers block while writing this chapter. I'm sure they'll get longer as I go too. I've started on some other projects so progress from now on might be a little slow.
