“Temee…” Kouga gave Naraku an angry look.

“How come you're here and not one of your lackey?”

“Huh? It's because I want to finish this faster. Why send someone else to take away my pleasure of seeing you die” Naraku answered smiling.

He was somewhere in the air watching the wolf and waiting for him to make his move.

“This will be the end for you” thought the hanyou.

Naraku started transforming and huge tentacles burst from his body towards Kouga.

The wolf jumped from one side to another dodging the hits. One of them got his shoulder though.

“Ugh! You bastard you won't get away this time”

Kouga jumped in the air with one of his feet pointed at Naraku's face.

Naraku laughed and with some of his tentacles stopped the wolf and caught him in mid air.

The wolf youkai was surprised by the move and started struggling to escape. But another tentacles burst from Naraku's body and got trough both Kouga's legs. The jewel shards got out of his flesh.

“Wha…?” Kouga remained shocked.

Naraku grabbed the shards and threw the wolf as hard as he could to the ground. The youkai fell unconscious.

“Now there's only one more to get…but it's already mine” spoke the hanyou as he flew with a swarm of Saymioshou after him.

Kouga remained on the ground with his feet bleeding.

“I see. So they spent the night together?” asked Miroku looking at Sango.

“Yes they slept on Goshinboku” said Sango with a strange smile.

“Does that mean that Kagome got her memory back?” asked Shippou.

“I don't think she would have spent the night with Inuyasha without…”

Sango stopped and everyone watched Inuyasha and Kagome coming back arguing.

“Don't be such a baka I need to go home” yelled the girl.

“No way, you went home yesterday, I see no reason in going back again” the hanyou yelled back.

“We can't keep loosing time because of you” he continued.

“Of course you don't see a reason that's why you're so baka”

“Shut up wench! You're not going back and that's final” he ended and walked away.

“Ah so? OSUWARI!”

Inuyasha collapsed to the ground, face first.

“Temee…why the hell did you do that for?” he spoke with his face down.

“Humph!” was all she said before walking away.

“I guess she's back” Miroku said as the rest nodded, with a big tear on their heads anime style.

“What are you guys looking at?” asked Inuyasha as soon as he could stand.

“Nothing” the answer came in a choir.

“Then let's go. We have to find Naraku.”

“You wanted to see us, Naraku?” Hakudoshi asked curious.

“Yes. The end is close. The jewel is almost complete and I need my full strength back.”

“Ugh?”

Suddenly Hakudoshi felt himself sucked into Naraku's body. His face turned red with anger and fear.

“Wait you can't do this you'll need me for…”

His voice stopped when his body got completely sucked in.

Kagura took a step back frightened.

“Is it my turn?” she thought.

“Kagura”

Her eyes got opened wide as she watched Naraku. Her teeth and fist were clutched. If she was going to die at least she could fight for her life.

“I have a mission for you”

“Eh?”

“You'll be the new guardian of the baby, now that you're the only one left”

“What? I'm the only one left? But how come? Doesn't he know that I betrayed him, why would he handle me his heart?” she thought scared.

“Something is not right it must be a trap”

“Do you understand what you have to do?” Naraku asked from his dark corner.

“Yes”

“I have no choice but to do so. Maybe I can get the chance to kill the baby before he realizes” she thought again as she left the room.

“Kagura…your end is near” whispered Naraku with a smile as he watched through the window.

Sesshomaru suddenly stopped.

“Naraku's scent”

“Sesshomaru-sama what's wrong?” asked Janken as Rin stopped and stared at Sesshomaru's face.

A strange wind started and a big white feather came down to the ground. The woman jumped off and stared at the youkai.

“What is your business with me?” eventually Sesshomaru asked.

Kagura took a bow and spoke.

“I know where Naraku's heart is”

“Ugh?”

“Wha…?” Janken remained with his mouth open.

“Janken-sama close you mouth” whispered Rin.

“What makes you think that my Master would listen to you” spoke the green youkai.

“Janken” Sesshomaru gave him a cold look and the youkai bowed saying sorry multiple times.

“Why are you telling me this? And how did you get this information?”

“Naraku told me to take care of his heart”

“Then it must be a trap”

“Even so, I'm sure that you can handle him and I'll get my chance to kill the baby” said Kagura coming closer.

“Sesshomaru…”

Both youkais turned around to face Inuyasha and co. Kagura watched the hanyou's elder brother one more time then took off on one of her feathers.

“I must let you know the Naraku has almost completed the jewel he misses only one shard.

“Eh?” said Sango surprised.

“Kohaku-kun” thought Kagome. Then it hit her.

“Wait that means that Kouga-kun's shards were taken…” she yelled at Kagura, but she already left.

“What's your business with Kagura?” Inuyasha asked looking at his brother.

“It has nothing to do with you” he said walking away.

“Sesshomaru-sama doesn't have to tell you where Naraku's heart is” said Janken following his Master.

“What?”

“Eek!” Janken took few steps back, to avoid not to be stepped on, but it was pointless.

“Janken…you talk too much”

“She knows where is the baby?” asked Inuyasha with his fist clutched.

“As I said it has nothing to do with you” ended Sesshomaru leaving.

“Wait temee!”

“Inuyasha” called Kagome.

“What?”

“Kouga-kun might be hurt. We need to find him”

“We don't have the time to find that whimpy wolf” he answered and walked in the direction that his brother went.

“OSUWARI!”

“How can you be so insensitive. He might be dying.”

They started to yell at eachother as Miroku knelt in front of Sango.

“Sango are you OK?”

“Yes” she answered with an empty look.

“Don't worry we'll find your brother first” he said touching her hand.

“Arigato, hoshi-sama” she managed to smile.
