"Listen, we're coming back" Kye started "Dad, mom just woke up from a seven year coma. She doesn't remember shit and you're a complete stranger to her right now. All of us are and she just accepted the fact that I'm her son. She has to learn to love you again and we all have to help her. She's a clueless girl that doesn't remember anything at all. Do you still live where we used to?"
"Yeah"
"Ok, we'll be there soon. Bye dad" Kye said and hung up the phone. Inuyasha dropped the phone and dropped to his knees. He stared blankly at the couch.
'She forgot and maybe now, she won't even love me anymore! Its official, every god out there fucking hates me. My Kagome is alive, but her heart isn't mine anymore'
Chapter 29: Somewhere I belong
Inuyasha stared blankly at the window and retreated to his room. He walked over to his bed and threw himself on it. His silver mane sprawled around him. Sakura picked up the phone and took it over to her father's laptop. She turned it on and hooked a wire that connected to the phone
'Who called dad?' Sakura kept asking herself. She typed up something and then numbers filled the screen. At the bottom a white box with the final numbers. Sakura pressed a button on the phone and the numbers started appearing in the white box. Sesshomaru taught her hard things, but Inuyasha always made it easier for her. She typed faster and a map appeared. It moved as it located the origin of the call and it finally stopped. Sakura clicked where the arrow was and the information in the people who lived there appeared. She clicked on the blue one and three pictures appeared. Her eyes went wide
'That's mom!' Sakura shouted inside her head. She recognized Souta and figured the last one was Kye. 'That's Kye! He's the only guy with black side bangs.' She blinked a couple of times as she read the information 'Damn, he's tall!'
Inuyasha closed his eyes as drifted off into a deep sleep as his childhood memories haunted him yet again. He forgot to turn off the CD player, but before he could he fell asleep.
~Dream/ Flash Back~
The little silvered hair boy played in his backyard. He left the ball and decided to go to the park for a little while. He entered the house where his mother was cleaning
"Mama, can I go to the park?" asked Inuyasha. His little golden eyes giving her the puppy face. She smiled
"Yes, you may. Tell Sesshomaru and Serenity to go with you"
"Kay, mama!" Inuyasha shouted and raced off to his brother's room. He entered and saw his brother reading. The older child didn't notice him, but Inuyasha tugged on the hem of his shirt. Sess looked down
"What?" he asked. Inuyasha played with his little claws
"Uh, can you come with me to the park?" Inuyasha asked. Sesshomaru nodded and put down the book. Inuyasha jumped "Yay! I'll go get Serenity!"
Inuyasha raced off to his father's office where Serenity usually was. He opened the door and jumped on his father's desk. Serenity looked up at him and gave him a toothy smiled
"Hi, Yashie!" Serenity greeted.
"Serenity, you wanna come to the park with Sess and me?" Inuyasha asked. Inutaisho looked up his son and shook his head.
"Who said you three could go to the park?" asked Inutaisho
"Mommy" Inuyasha responded. Inutaisho nodded and continued his work. Serenity clapped her hands and jumped off the desk. Inuyasha jumped off and got bent down a little bit.
"Get on my back Serenity, that way Sess and I can run and get there faster" Inuyasha said. Serenity nodded and climbed on his back
"I like when you give me piggy back rides" Serenity said. Inuyasha smiled and ran out to meet Sesshomaru. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru ran towards the park and got there in ten minutes. The three played for hours and ran around. The ice-cream truck came
"Oh, Sess can I get some ice-cream?" asked Serenity.
"Sure, want one Inuyasha?"
"Nope, I'm gonna make some friends" Inuyasha said and Sesshomaru nodded
"Be careful, Inuyasha" Sesshomaru said and went towards the ice=cream truck with Serenity holding his hand tightly.
Inuyasha saw a couple of kids and ran towards them. Their ball bounced away and landed right in front of Inuyasha. He picked it up and went over to the boys and girls playing
"Hi, can I play to?" asked Inuyasha. The kids gave him a cold stare and one of the boys stepped forward
"No, you can't you stupid hanyou!" the kid said. Inuyasha gave him a puzzled look
"Han-you" Inuyasha repeated. The kids laughed
"Stupid, it means half-breed! Like you!" One of the girls said pointing at him.
"I guess hanyous are really stupid" another boy said. Inuyasha felt tears swell up in his eyes and they laughed harder.
"What's wrong stupid, you gonna cry"
"Little baby, he doesn't have the power of a demon!"
"Yeah, look he is gonna cry"
"Come on stupid, you afraid" One of the boys said and pushed him to the ground. Inuyasha dropped the ball and fell painfully on his butt. His head hung and looked up at them
"Hanyous don't deserve to live, the are a disgrace to both the human and demon race"
"Yeah, like you. So, you don't deserve to live" said one of the girls. She took twig and threw it at Inuyasha. He covered his face with his arm and the twig scratched his arm. One of the boys pushed him again and kicked his side. Inuyasha grunted in pain and closed his eyes tightly. A girl took a handful of his hair and pulled it hard towards her. She spit on his shirt and took a rock and hit him on the head. Inuyasha cried with pain as he was thrown hard onto the pavement side of the park. The other boys threw rocks at him and hit him on his sides. They twisted his wrist and pulled his hair.
"Die half-breed!" one of the kids shouted and a big stick was coming down on him. Inuyasha's little eyes grew wide as he saw that huge shard stick. Then, Inuyasha saw a white blur pass in front of him as she stick broke in half. Sesshomaru landed next to Inuyasha as little Serenity finally arrived. She rushed to her brother's side
"Yashie, are you ok!?" shouted Serenity. Sesshomaru looked at Inuyasha and then back at the boy. His eyes narrowed at the kid
"You did this to my brother?" asked Sesshomaru. The kid shook his head
"Please I-" the kid was interrupted when Inuyasha got up and took off running, knocking Serenity to the hard ground.
"Oww" Serenity said "Yashie, come back!"
Inuyasha ran away as far as possible. He stopped to rest on a near by bench and a lady was there. She saw him and gasped. His ears twitched as he looked at the lady. Her purse came down on his head
"Oww!" Inuyasha shouted. The lady hit him again
"You disgusting half-breed! How dare you sit next to me!" she shouted hitting him again and leaving. Inuyasha let his tears freely flow out of his eyes.
*When this began

Inuyasha walked down the park and jumped up on a tree. He just sat there and then everything erased into another memory. He walked into a small candy store
'Which one would Kagome like?' Inuyasha asked himself. Summer was hot and he though his best friend and himself needed some more sugar energy. The man looked at him and spoke
"What are you doing here?"
"Came to buy some candy"
"Get out of my store you disgusting excuse to live!" the man shouted and pushed him to the ground. Inuyasha got up and looked at him "I said get out!" he took a broom and hit Inuyasha several time pushing him out of the store. Inuyasha landed on the hard pavement as the guy hit him on his stomach.

Inuyasha ran as fast as he could. Away from all the people and tears streamed down his face as he ran. His destination, the house of the only person who didn't reject him.

He jumped into her window and she was looking at an album. He walked in and she turned around
"Hi, Inuyasha" Kagome said smiling and then noticed the tears. She got up and went to him "What happened?"
He looked at her and closed his eyes. Without warning he grabbed Kagome and hugged her. His arms went around her waist and she gasped at first, but wrapped her arms around his neck. His face in the crook of her neck and she felt his tears.

Inuyasha opened his eyes and he felt hot tears stream down his face. He wiped them away and turned his head to find Sakura looking at him. He looked at her and wiped some more tears away
"Why were you crying dad?" asked Sakura gently.
"Bad memories honey. Hey, every girl that's ever insulted me now wants me. Every boy that's ever insulted me, now wants to be me" Inuyasha said. Sakura nodded and hugged him
"Don't worry dad, everyone respects you. You and uncle Sess are the most famous business brothers in Japan"
"Yeah, but my memories still haunt me"
"Well, I'm hungry" Sakura said touching her stomach "Can we go out to eat?"
"Sure" Inuyasha said "Let's go"
He stood up thinking 'I found a place where I belong. I found that place with Kagome'

"Mom, wake up" Kye said. Kagome's eyes slowly opened and she stared at Kye and an image appeared in her mind. A man with long silver hair and golden eyes was giving her his hand. She shook her head and focused that it way Kye.
"Yeah, were exactly are we"
"Home ma, we're home" Kye said standing up and giving her his hand.
'If he didn't have some of the black hair and had golden eyes. I swear he would look just like the guy in my dreams' Kagome thought. She took his hand and they got off the plane.
"Hey, were is Souta?" Kagome asked.
"He said he was going ahead to get our luggage"
"Oh"
"Come on, we're going home to see Sakura and dad again" Kye said "Don't worry, I promise you'll fall in love with dad again. You have to, your his mate" Kye pointed at the mark. Kagome smiled
