Chapter 3: Geez... what'd I do to deserve this? Getting to Know eachother, Ha!

 

Rayne's POV

When I found Uchiha, he was facing away from the window, gagged and tied up. I held my laugh inside and went to untie him.

"So, the top male rookie of the year got beaten by the lowest score male? Wow Uchiha, maybe you're not all that tough like what you thought you were." Uchiha growled and got up after I untied him.

"Where's Naruto?" He ask-no, demanded from me.

"Geez... why did I even untie you..." I muttered to myself but loud enough for Sasuke to hear. "Uh.. he went that-a-way." I said pointing in the opposite direction that Sasuke was going. He grunted and started walking, with me following. After about five minutes of following in silence, I decided to talk.

"Do you know how slow you walk? Shikamaru and I can walk faster and we walk slow." I commented to Sasuke.

"Hn." Was his reply.

"What? Can't talk now, cockatoo boy?"

"Hn."

"At least expand your vocabulary."

"Hn."

"Saying 'Hn' won't stop me from bothering you, infact, it'll make me bother you even more since you need more words in your head." Rayne said smirking and Sasuke didn't respond. By that time they see Sakura sitting on the bench and getting up to talk to Sasuke

"Where's Naruto?" Uchiha asked.

"I don't know, and I don't care. Why do you care anyway? He's so annoying! All he does is pick fights with you anyway. Do you know why he such a brat? It's because he has no parents." I tensed up. "He can get away with anything. If I did any of the stuff Naruto does then my parents would scold me and punish me. He's all alone. He's lucky, I wish I didn't have parents." In less than a second I was next to her with a kunai on her neck.

"So that's it huh? Lucky? Lucky not to have parents? You should feel lucky!! You have someone to go home to! Someone to take care of you!! You don't know what the meaning of alone means!" Sakura foze in fear while Uchiha glanced at me but then glared at Sakura. I pulled my kunai away and gave her a cold glare. "You don't deserve parents or the love of friends and parent but if you knew what it means to be alone then you would break, you're way to weak and soft to stand up for yourself. You're like a twig, Sakura... able to break anytime. I could break you right now, if I want to, and not just by fighting. I can name all of your faults and weaknesses but I won't. Some of us who lost our families needs them." I started walking away from the two but stopped and turn my head a little so Sakura could see the side of my face and I glared at her.

"Next time, think before you talk. And for the record, Naruto's not annoying or a nuisance, you are." I then started to walk away, but not before I heard Uchiha gave his speak, ending it with 'You make me sick' and followed me. I grinned mentally knowing Sakura got what she deserved. I then felt a tap on my shoulder and glanced back.

"What Uchiha." I asked boredly. He looked off to the side and I can tell then he didn't know how to ask me something. It looked like he was embarrassed, something Uchiha did not go a lot. I looked at him teasily, "What? Cat got your tongue?"

"No." He sharply replied. "What happened to you? What happened to your family?" I narrowed my eyes.

"I don't talk about my family to anyone, Uchiha." I harshly replied and left to the classroom with him following only to find Naruto exiting from the bathroom.

"Oi Naruto, you're in trouble now." He looked at me in confusion, until he saw who was behind me.

"He's late!"

"No dah, Naruto. You don't have to state the obvious." I said, annoyed that our sensei was late. He was hours late. Two hours to be exact. So late infact, that Team seven was the only team left in the classroom. Meaning, only me, Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura are left in the classroom. Even Iruka sensei left!

"Naruto, what are you doing?" Sakura asked from the first row. I looked over to the door. Naruto finished wedging an eraser between the door and it's frame.

"That's what he gets for being late!" Naruto said grinning.

"He's a Jounin baka, do you really think he's gonna fall for that?" Sasuke asked three rows up.

"Either way, it'll be fun to watch I said sitting on the desk in the second row. Just then, a gloved hand appeared between the door and the frame and the door opened, the eraser falling with a CLUNCK on a silver head. Naruto cracked up as Sasuke looked shocked. I chuckled along with Naruto.
"I'm sorry sensei, I tried to stop him," Sakura started.

"Liar..." I said quietly but Sasuke heard me and grunted in response. Our sensei slowly picked up the eraser, placing it back on the chalk board. Turning to us, the man examined all of us and started to speak, "My first impression of you, you're all a bunch of morons and I hate you all." Anime teardrops appeared on all of your heads in a disappointed manner.

3rd POV

All of them sat on the rooftop atop of the academy building.

"I want all of you to tell me about yourselves." Sensei instructed.

"What do you want to know?" Sakura asked.

"Oh, you know, your hobbies, things you like, things you don't like, your dreams for the future."

"No, we don't know." Rayne answered like it was a reflex.

"Why don't you go first? Ya know, show us how it's done." Naruto suggested.

"Okay. My name's Hatake Kakashi. I have lots of hobbies. Things I like and things I don't... I really don't feel like telling you. As for my dreams for the future...never really thought about it."

"Well that was pointless. All he really told us was his name," Sakura said quietly to the rest of the team. Naruto and Rayne nodded in agreement.

"Your turn." Kakashi said pointing to Naruto. Naruto grinned and grabbed his forehead protector.

"I'm Uzamaki Naruto! My hobbies are eating and comparing different types of ramen, I especially like the ramen Iruka-sensei bought for me at the ramen shop..."

"This kid likes ramen... a lot" Kakashi-sensei thought to himself.

"And my dream is to be the greatest Hokage! That way people will stop disrespecting me and treating me like a somebody, somebody important!" Rayne looked at Naruto, admiring his determination.

"Next, the girl in pink." Kakashi said.

"I'm Haruno Sakura. My hobbies are..." Sakura glanced at Sasuke and giggled. "What I like.. or who I like..." Rayne mentally sigh when Sakura glanced at Sasuke again and squealed. "My dream for the future is..." Sakura turned all red and giggled more.

"Girls her age are more interested in boys than ninja training..." Kakashi thought to himself.

"Let me clarify," Rayne said sitting up more. "She's Haruno Sakura, she wants Sasuke 'cause she's desperate and she lust Sasuke `cause she doesn't have a life. Her dream is to get laid by Sasuke, like in her dreams." Sakura glared at Rayne and huff.

"I do not. And how do you know I think of Sasuke doing that?" Rayne grimace.

"So you do think of that? I was only guessing." Rayne said. Sakura fumed to herself while you pretend to gag.

"Okay, so what do you hate?" Kakashi asked Sakura.

"Naruto! And Rayne!" Naruto looked heartbroken while to gave her a blank stare. Kakashi pointed to Sasuke. "Next."

"My name is Uchiha Sasuke. I hate a lot of things and I don't particularly like anything. My dream is not a dream because it will become a reality. I will restore my clan and kill a certain someone." Sasuke said.

"So... he wants to kill someone too huh? Heh, I wonder who..." Rayne thought to herself.

"RAYNE" Naruto said right in her ear, earning him a cut in the cheek with her senbon needles.

"Oh... what?" Rayne said after settling down.

"It's your turn." Naruto said.

"Oh... okay. I'm Raito Rayne by citizen but my last name from by mother's side is Kouseki and I don't know what my father's last name is though. Um.... hobbies, my hobbies are drawing, cooking, climbing trees, star gazing and just the roof itself. I hate people who are obsessive over something or someone, pink," Sakura gave her a glare. "Fangirls, and girly stuff. I don't actually like anything that any of you need to know except drawing. As for my dream... it will not be a dream, it is my mission for life until I complete it. I will find the person who massacre my clan and I will kill him, no matter what."

Everyone looked at you differently after your speech.

"Why do you have the last name Raito then?" Sakura asked Rayne. She sigh and explained,

"After the massacre I had to change my last name so the person won't find me and my brother, and do not ask any question about him. So I randomly picked out the last name, Raito."

"Hm... the nine-tails fox, the survivor of the Uchiha massacre and one of the two remaining Kouseki massacre... this will be trouble. Especially with all four of them being on bad terms... oh boy, are we in trouble." Kakashi thought to himself.

"Okay. I can see that you're all very different and you're all very interesting. Now I want you to meet up at 6 A.M. sharp tomorrow morning for your mission." Kakashi said.

"What kinda mission?" Naruto asked excitedly.

"It will be... something all of us will do together." Kakashi said.

"What! What!" Naruto said rushing Kakashi, wanting to know what it is.

"A survival exercise." Kakashi said.

"Survival exercise?" Rayne asked

"But we did survival stuff in the academy." Sakura pointed out

"But this is a very special survival exercise."

"How so?" Naruto asked confused, making Kakashi laugh and Sakura frown.

"I don't see what's so funny sensei..." Kakashi coughed but spoke.

"If I told you, you might be shocked."

"WHAT?!" Naruto shouted, dying to know.

"This mission decides if you train under me or if you are send back to the academy." All of their faces showed shock.

"But we already graduated!" Naruto said jabbing his finger to his headband.

"Oh that was only to see who qualified to be a genin. You're not truly a genin until you can pass under my mission. There is a 66% chance that you will be send back to the academy." Kakashi said.

"Hmph, I'm not going back!" Was what was similar thought going around in three people's head while the other one was thinking,

"I can't go back! Sasuke and I would be apart forever! This is a trail of Love" (three guesses who)

"Well, you're dismissed. Oh, and don't eat breakfast tomorrow. Not if you don't want to puke it up." Kakashi said smiling and disappeared. All four of you got up to leave.

"Sasuke-kun! Do you wanna come walk with me?" Sakura asked Sasuke in her 'sweet' voice. Rayne cringed.

"I swear... that voice is so damn annoying!" She thought.

"Hn." Sasuke said and started walking away, leaving a disappointed Sakura.

"I'll walk with you Sakura!" Naruto said joyfully, earning a "NO!" from Sakura. He then went up to Rayne, who was beginning to also walk away not to far behind Sasuke.

"Hey Ray-nee-chan!" Naruto said jumping on Rayne's back, making her loose balance and falling toward the ground. Sakura watched, curiously at what was going to happened. Sasuke also turned around with an eyebrow raised when he heard the name 'Ray-nee-chan'. Rayne groan from under Naruto.

"What is it, Naruto?" Rayne asked.

"Ne, ne, do you wanna go eat at Ichiraku with me?" Naruto asked while getting up. Rayne also lifted herself from the ground and turn toward Naruto with a frown. Naruto, not knowing if she was angry or not, moved back a step.

"Fine, but whoever gets there last has to pay." And with that, Rayne dashed off the rooftop to other houses rooftops. After a moment, Naruto realized what she said and shouted.

"HEY! THAT'S NOT FAIR! YOU HAD A HEAD START RAY-ONIE-CHAN!" And dashed off following her with a huge grin on his face. Both Sakura and Sasuke were confused by their actions and left for home.
