Ok here is the next chapter of Pure Light, by the way I don't own Hairspray, but soon I will own the soundtrack to it. Plus I don't InuYasha, Sailor Moon, or Yu-Gi-Oh GX, but I do own my own characters and their decks plus the plot. Plus I don't own anything else mentioned in this story like Pokemon or any other animes I make a reference to plus the picture you will see in this is not mine. I am just borrowing it for my character. I hope you enjoy this chapter!

 

Chapter three “A new wind blows”

 

“We have to find the other Elemental and Astral Scouts if we want to fight back this evil,” Angel said. The two girls and two cats were sitting in Kayla's dorm room. Silent Magician LV 8 and Harpie Girl were beside their duelist.

 

“We know Angel, but from the sound of it Sailor Pluto must think that she and the other Planetary Scouts got it,” Skye told her.

 

“But the Planetary Scouts are missing two other scouts Sailor Earth and Sun. I say we find a way to contact them and let them know about Sailor Earth and Sailor Sun,” Kayla said to which Arinna nodded.

 

Later on Jaden's now bigger gang of friends were meeting outside the red dorm to talk. Serena and her group were also there. “So Skye how do you know my cousin?” Kagome asked her.

 

“The funny thing is that we bumped into each other at school. We hit it off right then and there. It was weird it felt like we were meant to be friends,” Skye explained as she sat on the ground with Angel on her lap.

 

Luna and Artemis were watching the group from a distance. “There is no mistaking it. Those are Arinna and Angel,” Luna said.

 

“But what are they doing here?” Artemis asked.

 

“I have no idea, but we need to keep an eye on those two girls they are with,” she said.

 

“You think they could be trouble?” Artemis asked her.

 

“I'm not sure,” Luna answered.

 

“You know a lot of these kids don't really respect first years,” Kayla said.

 

“You got that right. They always hate newcomers,” Blair said.

 

“Then let's change that,” Kayla said with a smirk.

 

“Do not go there Kayla. You want to start that up again?” Skye asked.

 

“What's she talking about Skye?” Raye asked.

 

“She's wants me and her to start singing again,” Skye said with a sigh.

 

“What's so wrong with that? I bet you two have great voices,” Mina said.

 

“We sure do. I'll be right back,” Kayla said as she raced off. Arinna also raced with her.

 

“What do you think your doing Kayla?” Arinna asked her.

 

“You said that back before Beryl attacked that my voice was beautiful and it was my voice that helped awaken Skye's inner scout. So maybe if there are other scouts here then maybe my voice combined with Skye's voice will awaken them,” Kayla explained.

 

“You may have a point,” Arinna said.

 

Soon everyone was gathered around a stage waiting for Kayla and Skye to start their performance. Kayla and Skye were backstage waiting patiently for their cue. “I still can't believe you talked me into doing this again,” Skye whispered to Kayla who stood next to her looking out from behind the curtain. Both girls were dressed in 60's dresses. Kayla's was gold with flowers engraved in it while Skye's was white with black stripes on it.

 

“Will you just deal with it Skye?” Kayla whispered back, “If there are any scouts out there who haven't awakened yet then our voices may be able to wake up their inner scout. Remember it was my voice that woke your inner scout.” Skye cringed at the memory. A man walked over to the two girls and whispered into Kayla's ear. She thanked him and turned to Skye. “Show time,” she said and then the curtain opened as music began to play. Both girls rush towards center stage as a group of other 60 dressed teens join them. (The song is “You can't stop the beat” from Hairspray. Kayla is singing Tracey's part and Skye is singing Penny's part) A girl with blonde hair and a blonde dress marches up to Kayla who stops her and begins to sing.

 

TRACY

The blonde tries to get away from Kayla, but Kayla continues to follow and sing.

A boy with slick back brown hair rushes up to Kayla as she begins to dance. Shin feels a twinge of jealousy rise up in him at the sight of Kayla dancing with the boy. `What the hell is wrong with me? I barely know her and now I'm jealous because she is dancing with another guy up there?' Shin asked himself. Suddenly an image flashes through his mind of himself in gold armor standing next to Kayla who is in a gold dress blushing as he hands her a rose. `What the hell was that?'

Skye was the next to come to the middle of the stage dragging a black boy with her. Chazz jaw dropped when he saw her dress. He was completely hypnotized by her. `She's beautiful!' he though. An image flashed his mind and he saw himself in black and silver armor standing next to a girl in a sky blue dress. She looked just like Skye. `Where did that come from?'

PENNY

As it rushes to the sea”

SEAWEED

“You can try and stop the hands of time
But ya know it just can't be”

PENNY

“And if they try to stop us, Seaweed,
I'll call the NAACP

They moved out of the way as a fat lady in a pink dress waddled forward. (You all should know how this goes by now and if you don't that's too bad)

Then another woman walked to center stage. She was just as chubby as the other one, but she was black in a yellow dress and a blonde wig.

When the song was over everyone was on there feet clapping. Everyone took their bows and then Skye and Kayla stepped forward. The cheering got louder. “Looks like they love us now,” Skye said to Kayla over the noise as they waved to the crowd.

 

“I just hope we awakened at least one to two new scouts,” Kayla said leaning over to whisper it to Skye.

 

Unknown to the two scouts on stage, but a tall figure stood in a shadow hallway. “So they are both scouts,” she said to herself.

 

Suddenly something appeared above the stage and began to fly around scaring everyone. The creature looked like a Gliscor from pokemon. “Look out!” someone in the crowd hollered.

 

Everyone began rushing out while Skye and Kayla remained on the stage while the others actors rushed off to save themselves. Jaden and the rest of the gang were on their feet and looking at the monster. “What is that?” Syrus asked.

 

“No idea,” Blair said. Suddenly the monster lunged for Kayla and Skye, but the two ducked. The monster zoomed over them.

 

“Kayla!” Shin exclaimed.

 

“Skye!” Chazz called. The two boys rushed down and stooped down next to the girl they called out to.

 

“You ok?” Shin asked Kayla.

 

Kayla gazed up into his eyes and felt her fears slip away. She shook her head and got back to reality. “I'm fine. Let's get out of here before that thing comes after us again.” Shin nodded and along with Chazz, Skye, and Jaden and the gang they rushed away.

 

Once outside Mindy noticed something. “Hey! Where are Serena and her friends?” she asked. Everyone glanced around and saw that they were indeed not with them.

 

“I wonder where they are?” Kagome asked.

 

Kayla sent Skye a look and then they took off back inside the theatre. “Kayla!” Shin called as the two girls went inside. Kayla either didn't hear him or choose to ignore him because she didn't turn around to him.

 

Once inside the two girls saw the Sailor Scouts and Tuxedo Mask fighting the monster and losing badly. “Looks like they need some help,” Skye said to Kayla.

 

“Let's get higher. I think we're gonna need to be high up for this one,” Kayla said to which Skye nodded. The two began to climb the stairs to get higher.

 

“What the heck is this thing?” Sailor Uranus asked.

 

“No idea,” Mars said.

 

“What ever it is I can't seem to find a weakness on it,” Mercury said typing away at her little computer.

 

“Maybe I can answer that,” a voice said from above them. They all glanced up to see Sailor Leo standing there looking a little pissed. “I've decided to call them Soul Reapers. Supposedly the like to steal Soul Gems from people. You all should talk to Pluto there since she knows more about it then me.”

 

“Who are you?” Jupiter asked.

 

“Oh! I though you would have heard about me by now. No matter. I'm Sailor Leo one of the twelve Astral Scouts.”

 

“I will destroy you!” the Soul Reaper said as it zoomed towards Sailor Leo.

 

“I think not,” another voice said, “Wind Cross Blast!” A strong gust of wind blasted the Reaper away from Sailor Leo. “No one hurts my fellow scouts and gets away with it.” Standing next to Sailor Leo stood another sailor scout. She wore a white leotard, a white skirt, a white jewel in her tiara, and white boots just like Sailor Uranus. “I am Sailor Wind and I'm one of the six Elemental Scouts.”

 

“I will destroy both of you!” the Reaper exclaimed.

 

“Think again Reaper! Leo Roaring Heat!” Leo called. The attack sent the Reaper into the ground about 10 feet away from the Planetary Scouts. “We'll let you finish it up,” Sailor Leo told them.

 

“Right! Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss!” Eternal Sailor Moon called. The Reaper was destroyed. The scouts glanced back up at Leo and Wind.

 

“Good thing it didn't get a Soul Gem,” Wind said to Leo.

 

Leo nodded. “Let's go,” Leo said. With that the two scouts disappeared.

 

“Hey wait!” Saturn called after them, but they were gone. “I wonder who they?”

 

“No idea,” Neptune said.

 

Kayla and Skye were walking down a dark hallway back in their civilian form. “I wonder why this Beryl person wants the Pure Light anyway?” Skye asked.

 

“Why does any villain want? To take over the world and then the universe. But we won't let her do that so we have to protect the Soul Gems at any cost,” Kayla said. Suddenly a figure stepped into their path. (She looks like this -> http://sabaku-no-cat.deviantart.com/art/Sailor-Scorpio-Reva mped-51109246 , but the jewel in her tiara is black) “Who the hell are you?” Kayla demanded going into a defensive stance. Skye also followed suit.

 

“I am Sailor Scorpio,” the woman said. Both girls gapped.
