“Talking”
`Thoughts'
Chapter 4
Makoto walked into class with Kurama behind her, and just like in the hallway, the girls and boys stop whatever they were doing and stared at them. She calmly handed the teacher a note.
The teacher nodded, “Class, today we have two new students joining us.”She called, gaining the attention of the distracted youths.
“Please give your name and where your from.” The teacher instructed while looking at Makoto and Kurama.
“Hello, I'm Kisa Amawa, I'm from Aikta, Japan.” Makoto stated with a bow.
“I'm Shun Amawa, also from Aikta.” Kurama clipped while bowing as well.
Many of the girls began to whisper and point causing some of the boys in the class room to glare at the kitsune. `Well at least the boys won't be begging me to join in any clubs.' thought Kurama as memoirs of boys form his old school begged him to join in order to get girls.
“Quit now!” The teacher yelled, and then tilted her head toward the two new students. “Shun, Kisa, take a seat behind Sasuke and Kirika.”She ordered, and then turned her attention to the class.
“Sasuke, Kirika stand up please.” The teacher stated.
A boy with short unruly purple hair with brown eyes stood up, he also had pale skin. Next to him was a girl with short blue hair with small yellow ribbons in her hair at the sides with indigo eyes with ivy color skin. Makoto took a seat next to Kirika while Kurama sat behind Sasuke.
“Kisa, Shun, I'm Mrs. Silvana, if there anything you don't understand or need to ask, just call me” said Mrs. Silvana, the teacher.
“Yes ma'am.” Kurama and Makoto chimed together respectfully.
`The school here isn't much different then from Juuban.' Makoto thought. The day passed by quickly for both of them. Then their other teacher, Mr. Mutou, their physics teacher had started them straight to work on their physics. Emerald-green eyes watched others students work on the physics work. Causing her to glance down for moment at her work, which she hadn't even started she signed deeply. `I miss Ami.' She thought sadly.
“Trouble?” said a shy quite voice. Makoto blinked and turned to her side.
“Oh, Kirika, yeah a little.” Makoto responded. Kirika moved her seat closer to her. Makoto pushed her paper aside for Kirika to look over her own work.
“Kisa, you haven't even started.” stated Kirika.
“I'm not exactly a genius when it comes to physics.” said Makoto sheepishly
“Well, I'm pretty good in physics.” Kirika commented, and then glanced back down at Makoto's work.
“How about I help you a little?” Kirika offered.
“Sure.” said Makoto
Evergreen eyes watched the two girls, Kurama had noticed that Makoto was struggling with her work and had thought about going over to help, but Kirika had beat him to it. A hard slap on the back brought Kurama back to the task at hand...Sasuke.
“Shun, what's with the gold ring?” His new companion asked while pointing to his hand. “You married or something?” asked Sasuke grinning like a fool.
Kurama blink confused at first by what Sasuke said, but a quick look at his hand reminded him of the cover story.
“Actually, I'm married.” said Kurama
“WHAT!” Sasuke exclaimed, judging Kurama's facial expression. “No way, tell me you're lying!” Sasuke shocked sputtered out.
“Shun, lying about what?” asked Maki Somma, a girl with Sliver-white hair and dark blue eyes.
“Shun said he married.” said Sasuke still in disbelief
“What?” The girl exclaimed. “To whom?” asked Maki.
Maki had gotten a crush on Kurama as soon as he walked in. Her eyes narrowed in thought as they dashed to Kurama's left hand. `No way that wench is going to have him!' She thought jealous. `Shun is mine! She muttered in her mind, not noticing her eyes still narrowing. `When I find out who the girl is, I am going to make her life a living hell!' Kurama saw the look in Maki dark blue eyes, knowing if he said one word Maki would be giving Makoto a hard time.
“I can't tell you.” said Kurama as if it was that simple.
“Why not?” Maki asked in all to innocent voice.
“Hey, Kisa has a gold ring!” Sasuke mentioned while glancing at the new girl.
“She's your wife isn't she, Shun?” Sasuke continued while Kurama was glaring a little at the youth. Now Mika was going to give Makoto a hard time.
“You lucky dog!” Sasuke stated then slapped Kurama on the back again. Kurama was never given the chance to defend Makoto, for Maki was at Makoto's side before he could speak. `This will not go well.' thought Kurama moving from his desk.
“Kisa!” Maki yelled as she approached Makoto. “Is it true!” asked Maki.
This caused Makoto to look up from her work, “Is what true?” Makoto inquired confused.
“That you and Shun are married.” stated Maki stopping her foot.
All the girls in the classroom jumped from their desk over to Makoto's asking her thousands of questions. Kirika was push aside, roughly falling to the floor, and giving a small cry of pain as her back hit the floor. Makoto felt her protective instincts come through as she heard the helpful girl's cry.
“Move!” Makoto ordered while using force to move those who didn't move quick enough.
“Kirika, you all right?” Makoto asked kneeing beside the fallen girl. Kirika just gave a simple nod to her new friend.
“Forget about her!” Her first questioner yelped. Answer our questions!” demand Maki.
Makoto stood up glaring angrily at the silver hair girl. Quickly she was grabbing Maki by the collar.
“And if we are?” Makoto asked cooly.
“We all want to know why.” Maki responded just as cool.
“None of your business.” Makoto said, while letting go and turning to help Kirika, but Maki wasn't done.
“What happen?” Her voice had turned soft and vile. “You sleep with him and got pregnant?” She implied, ignoring the tightening of muscles in two people.
“That must be the reason why he is with you, other wise you would be a single teenage mother wouldn't you?” Maki snapped venomously.
Makoto hands clenched into fists as anger rose in her chest burning as hot as fire. Once shining emerald-green eyes darkened, while shifting to glaring hatefully at Maki. The girls around them stepped back feeling the aura around Makoto that was like a dangerous storm.
“It was our parents wish that we were to marry!” shouted Kurama, while making his way to the building storm known as Makoto. Kurama had enough of Maki ganging up on Makoto, but now he was worried for the girls. For something about Makoto's aura screamed they were very close to be sent to the nurse office. `Strange, why didn't I notice these earlier?' thought Kurama, he could feel the hairs on his arms raise at the strange power that Makoto seem to create.
“Your parents's wish?” asked a completely different girl.
“Yes, for you see...it was arranged marriage.” answered Kurama.
Mumbles and whispers were exchanged through the class. The girls back away from Makoto and Kirika. Maki lingered a bit giving one last glare at the brunette. The look in Makoto eyes fell away, bringing back that shining look to her eyes.
“I didn't need your help.” said Makoto to Kurama while helping Kirika stand.
“That wouldn't have been a wise move.” Kurama stated, and gave her a thin smile. “Fuji and Keiichi would be quite mad at you, for getting into a fight, and on the first day of school too.” Kurama intoned, ignoring his snickering youkai side.
“Screw you.” Makoto returned.
Kurama blinked at this, he had never ever had a girl talk to him like that. It was always flirting, or begging to help with homework. Before Kurama could do anything the bell for lunch rang.
“Kirika would you like to go outside?” Makoto inquired, turning away from Kurama. “It would be better then eating our lunch here.” said the brunette ignoring the red- headed kitsune.
“Yes,” said Kirika
Taking their lunches, Makoto chatted with Kirika never once giving a look back at Kurama, who stood there watching them leave. Inside Yoko was smirking at senshi of Jupiter's spirit. She was definitely different from all the women and girls he had met.
(That one is quite interesting, don't you think so, Shiuichi?) said Yoko.
A little, and quite cute when angry. said Shiuichi.

Outside Makoto had found a old oak tree, next to a Cherry blossom tree. She watched with a small smile as the leaves from the trees mixed together as a small wind blew. The two girls sat between the trees enjoying the scene. They ate quietly till Kirika spoke.
“Um, Kisa.” said Kirika
“Yes?” Makoto responded, resting on her elbows.
“I want to ask you something, if that okay with you.” said Kirika, Makoto look confused, but nodded.
“Well, um, do...do you like Shun?” Kirika murmured while turning her head away.
That had caught Makoto off guard, she began to struggle for answer, but the words tumbled from her lips.
“I do.” She stated quietly. “He is..a great guy.” Makoto whispered.
“Really?” Kirika asked, her voice a little high. “That's great...do you think...you could ask him...” Kirika stuttered, trying to get her thoughts through.
“Never mind.” said Kirika blushing.
“I could ask him what?” asked Makoto curiously.
“Kisa, do you want to join in any of the clubs?” She spoke quickly.
“I'm in the gardening club.” said Kirika changing the subject.
“I do like gardening, so yeah.” Makoto prosed.
“Could you show me where you garden?” asked Makoto not wanting to push on the subject before.
“Yes, follow me.” Kirika commented, while gesturing for Makoto to follow.

Kurama sighed heavily, every boy in the school was asking questions about him and Makoto. He had answers for some of them, but not all, since some were not so innocent questions. For the last five minutes Sasuke had been asking the same question over and over.
“Come on Shun, tell me!” whined Sasuke, like a child who wanted a new toy.
“No!” said Kurama who was beginning to lose some of his cool.
“All we're asking is one innocent little question.” said Joni. Joni was another classmate of Kurama with dark blue hair that had a lock of hair that fell over his ears. He had red eyes that started at Kurama cooly. Kurama silently growled at the two, wishing that the day would end.
“I'm not answering that.” said Kurama
Joni just rolled his eyes at the red head, “Fine, Shun.” The boy's voice dropped an octave. “Then you leave me no choice but to ask...” He trailed off as he notice he had Kurama's full attention.
Kurama raised an eyebrow, “That would be what?” he asked, though he had a feeling he wouldn't like what was about to come out Joni's mouth.
“You sleep with her?” asked Joni a smirk dancing on the edge of his lips.
“Wha-?” Kurama asked shocked, again ignoring his youkai's laughing. “NO!” He exclaimed loudly.
“No way!” Sasuke crowed while jumping up and placing an arm around Kurama shoulders, pulling the kitsune to him. “I can't believe it.” The boy murmured curiously. “You're married and you haven't even been laid?” Sasuke muttered, his voice rising. “Not even by your own wife?” He commented. “What's wrong with you?” Sasuke exclaimed.
`I thought us kitsune's love to gossip.' Kurama thought while pulling out of Sasuke's crushing grip, closing his lunch box. Then spoke in a calm yet clear tone voice that said to drop the subject.
“What Kisa and I do alone is none of your business or anybody elses.” Kurama whispered cooly, and then turned away.
“Alright, alright.” Sasuke stated while shrugging his shoulders.
“You don't have to bite our heads off.”Joni muttered easing back into his chair. He shifted silently thinking over what Kurama had just said. When Joni had first laid eyes on Makoto he knew he had to have her. Basically what Kurama had said there was really no relationship between the two. A sly grin slipped across Joni's lips, all he need to do was charm Makoto and she would forget about her `loving' husband. It was then that the bell rang ending lunch with students now heading for class.
“Well, Shun, talk to you later.” said Joni returning to his seat.
Classmate rushed in taking their seats and placing their notebooks on their desk. Sasuke moved back to his desk while Kurama place his lunch back in his school bag. Another teacher came in to teach English, writing notes on the chalkboard. Five minutes into class Sasuke turn silently in his seat.
“What is it?” said Kurama, not looking up for his notes.
“Where are Kirika and Kisa?” whisper Sasuke
“I don't know.” Kurama murmured while glancing out of the corner of his eyes around the classroom.
Another five minutes into class Kurama look up to the door half excepting Makoto and Kirika to run in apologizing for being so late to class. Nothing happened and Kurama returned back to his work. Three minutes then another two with no sign of Makoto or Kirika. This began to worry Kurama a little. Five minutes more passed and Kurama stood up.
“Mr. Genzai, may I please be excuse?” Kurama stated, withholding his worried tone.
“Of course.” The teacher returned.
Nodding, Kurama calmly walked out of the class, once out of the class, he quickly walked down the hallway searching for Makoto and Kirika. Searching everywhere in the school he had no luck in finding them. He then moved to searching on the school grounds calling out their names in hope they would respond.
“Kisa!” He called first. “Kirika!” Kurama called out.
“Shun, over here!” He heard a familiar voice call.
Kurama stopped and stared over his shoulder to see Makoto who stood in the doorway of the Greenhouse. To Kurama she seemed fine and Kirika was right behind him who look confused. Makoto had her hands on her hips tilting her head a little.
“Didn't you hear the bell?” Kurama asked.
“I did.” Makoto answered, and then settled her hands on her hips. “I just didn't want to go back to class with those wenches.” said Makoto.
“Forget about them.” His voice came out in a small growl. “Do you know how much I was worried about you?” Kurama inquired.
Makoto cheeks flushed at Kurama's words, “You were worried about me?” She intoned softly.
“Yes.” He returned, and began to approach her.
“Kisa, Shun what are you two doing out here?” asked a not so innocent voice. It was Maki with a group of girls who could have been her friends.
“None of your business.” growled Makoto.
“Tsk,tsk. You shouldn't use that kind of tone with me Kisa.” Maki warned. “It might get you into trouble.” said Maki smugly. Makoto merely raised an eyebrow before slowly clenching her fist.
“Oh, yeah?” Makoto responded. “With who?” She inquired wanting to wipe that smug look off that girl's face.
“My daddy.” Maki stated, and Makoto huffed silently.
Emerald-green eyes rolled at Maki, “Why would I worried about your daddy?” She intoned, trying not to laugh at the girl.
“He is the headmaster of the school.” Maki told her, crossing her arms. “If I want I could make up a little story to have you kicked out of school.” Maki said and then laughed at the look of shock and disbelief on the brunette's face. Her laugher lived shortly as anger and rage replaced shock and disbelief.
“Why you little-“ Makoto growled while approaching.
“Kisa, no.” Kurama murmured softly and grabbed Makoto's arm stopping her from attacking the other girl. Makoto struggled against Kurama but he just tightened his hold on her.
“Shun,” Her voice rumbled against him. “Let.go.now!” Makoto ordered trying to pull her arm out of Kurama's hand but Kurama shook his head.
The struggled between them continued some time with Kurama holding Makoto back, but with her trying to pull out of his grip. This cause a problem for as Kurama pulled back and Makoto pulled forward her footing slip causing the senshi of Jupiter to fall back. Out of habit Kurama arms reach out to catch her and the reaction was the two falling to the ground together. With his eyes closed Kurama felt something soft yet round in his hands that fit perfectly, not only that there was a small nub between his index finger and middle one. Opening his eyes, evergreen ones glanced and saw what was soft round and with a nub.
“Um . . . Ma . . . Kisa . . . I . . . ” Kurama never finished his sentence as his eyes traveled down ward. He didn't know if was cause by his Yoko half or male instinct or both, but his eyes saw that Makoto skirt had lifted a bit showing a bit of pink panties.
“Shun.” Makoto growled deeply and darkly.
