Disclaimer: I don't own Teen Titans. I own Draco Dragonuv, Blaze417 owns Magnum. I don't own any references to video games. Future characters that I own will be noted when they make their debut.
A/N: If anyone noticed that I based Draco's dragon form on the Green Dragon from Dungeons & Dragons, good for you. I don't own that either. Also, I'll be ripping/spoofing a few other things in this chapter that I don't own.
Thoughts—`Conscience Speech'

After Robin laid down some rules for the three-on-one fight that Draco was about to do, the non-participants cleared the immediate area around the arena. Draco stood on one side of the rocky field while his opponents—Raven, Starfire, and Cyborg—stood on the other side. Draco took the time he had before the fight started to remove his cloak. Raven felt herself blushing under the shadowy concealment of her hood as Draco unclasped it from around his neck, then pull the hood off then throw it off his shoulders (Yes I ripped offa Star Wars with the cloak thing). With his cloak gone, the Titans got their first glimpse of Draco's face and body. His arms were fully exposed due to the sleeveless shirt he wore, and the Titans noticed that he was very skinny, but he looked buff despite his frame. Along his right arm, stretching from elbow to wrist was a green dragon tattoo. His dark-brown hair was buzzed so short it matched his goatee. His overall skin tone suggested he stayed inside a lot, seeing how he didn't have much of a tan. And from the look on his face, he was more than ready.
“OK, the rules are set. Begin the fight…NOW!” Robin called out, eager to see what Draco was capable of.
Cyborg started the attack by running straight at Draco, fist drawn high. Draco just stood there, waiting for the right moment. Cyborg got close enough, but when he swung, Draco ducked by angling his body so Cyborg's fist run parallel with the slope Draco made. Once Cyborg's fist went far enough, Draco launched his own counter-attack with surprising speed. Cyborg was shocked when he had a clean miss when he was so close his right hook woulda torn off someone's head, but was shocked even more when Draco smiled evilly, then delivered an electrified karate chop to a weak spot under his arm with enough force to send him through the air.
Upon seeing how Draco made quick work with Cyborg, Starfire charged in, eyes and fists blazing green. Draco—in the follow-though of his counter-attack—caught the Tamaranean flying at him out the corner of his eye, and thought of something that should be amusing. He focused his telekinesis on Cyborg's body, and used the flying robot's momentum to slingshot him back head first towards Starfire. Starfire squeaked in surprise, then quickly got out of the screaming Cyborg's path while firing starbolts at Draco. Draco was able to dodge them with ease, then made a quick snipe to edge her on, “Come on! I'm the Dodge ball Master! You think that's gonna hit me? With that kind of aim, you couldn't hit the wide side of the Tower.”
Starfire took the comment personally—even though she knew he didn't mean it deep down (or so she thinks ^_^), but she still felt offended, so she shot her eyebeams at Draco, followed by firing more starbolts. Draco panicked for a second, but quickly formed a large ball of lightning in his hands, then hurled it at Starfire before dodging the starbolts, absorbing the blow form the eyebeams. She didn't see it until she stopped her eyebeams.
Raven decided she'd better help keep Draco in one place, although she stood in awe for the start of the fight, amazed by his speed and power. She closed her eyes and concentrated hard, and after she located Draco's mental position, she used her powers to keep him their. “Azarath…Metrion…Zinthos!” When Raven opened her eyes, she found Draco still moving around, and even causing Starfire and Cyborg to miss their marks with each swing they took. “Huh? Why didn't that work? I thought that I—”
“You tried, but magic has no effect on dragons! And that would apply to a half-dragon like me.” Draco interrupted her, ticking her off since she knew her powers were worthless in this fight.
Great, my best ability, and I can't use it against him! This is going to be hell! Raven thought, gritting her teeth in anger. Just when I thought today couldn't get any less annoying. No wonder he picked me for an opponent, he knew I wouldn't be able to do much to him. I hope he likes physical pain, because he's about to receive a lot of it!
Raven decided to use hand-to-hand instead of her powers, seeing how magic had no effect on Draco. As she leapt in the air and flew over to the human livewire's backside, she readied herself to—literally—kick Draco's ass. Unfortunately, she never got the chance to as Draco turned around and intercepted Raven's foot with his chest.
Good enough, at least something works against this guy. Raven thought. She tried to kick him in the side of the head, but she received a—non-literal—shock when Draco blocked and parried her foot. Raven back away a bit, and still in mid-air, she used more kicks, each one blocked, parried, or dodged by Draco. After twenty failed kicks, Draco surprised Raven when he grabbed her incoming left foot and spun around and released it, sending her on a collision course with the wall of rocks. She quickly brought up her hands, and when they touched the wall, she used her powers to reverse her momentum and propel herself backwards, and positioned her body. Now she was ready to plant her other foot in Draco's chest. Her kick nailed its mark, and with the newly added momentum, she was able to slide her left foot over his shoulder, then she brought her right foot around Draco's head, and locked her legs together behind his back— unknowingly putting her pussy near his face. Before he could think of anything to do—sexually or not—Raven threw her body to the ground in a reverse summersault and flipped Draco over by his trapped head, slamming him into the ground as hard as she could. The second of impact, Raven was forced away by some unseen power from Draco.
“That took guts, Raven,” he said as he got up and faced her, “but that doesn't mean that I'll—”
His next words were cut off as a narrow beam of green energy blasted his side and sent him skidding. The source of the beam then flew at Draco and went one-on-one with him. It worked at first, but then the two stopped rolling with the punches and locked hands. Raven would have intervened, but she had no way of doing so without taking a chance on hitting her best friend. Instead, she focused on a way to inflict more damage/pain on Draco when he got loose of Starfire's grip, or vise versa.
Meanwhile, while Starfire and Draco were in a grapple, it became obvious that it was going nowhere fast; the two teens as strong as each other. Cyborg tried to jump in and help, but when he did Draco somehow propelled him through the air again. Starfire was about to you her eyebeams at point-blank range, but never got the chance to as Draco smirked then in one smooth motion stepped to the side then pulled and then threw her over to Raven. Luckily, Starfire stopped herself from colliding with Raven, but didn't expect to be blasted with a beam of green lightning that sent both girls crashing into a nearby wall. Once he thought the two females were far enough away to plan his next move, he stopped the beam of his power for a moment, but some sound caught his attention, from behind him.
Draco turned around just in time to be blasted in the chest by a continuous light-blue beam of sonic energy. Cyborg's back, again. This should be fun! Draco thought as he stretched out his hand like he was going to try to grab the beam. Instead—to everyone's surprise—he started absorbing the beam's energy, creating a bluish glow around his arms. Cyborg did what he could to stop his sonic cannon from being completely drained, knowing that it would draw power from him if it did, and he barely stopped it in time. Unfortunately, Draco had more than enough power to finish the fight, but he decided to show off, a bad habit of his.
Starfire used her eyebeams to get the human livewire's attention, but she was unprepared when Draco just stood there, and then somehow dodge the beam when it was close enough to singe his arm if he moved, maybe cut it off. It was even more shocking when he ducked under the rock Raven chucked at him, then she forced her bladder under control by squeezing her legs together as Draco smashed the second rock and redirected a third in her direction at the same time. Luckily, the third rock landed in front of her, giving her some cover while she pissed on the ground—thankful that no one would notice the damp spot on the ground, and resumed the fight. She flew out from her cover, completely relieved and thankful that she didn't piss herself—the embarrassment it would bring to much to think about—and started releasing several starbolts, but stopped when Draco faced her with an eerie smirk on his face.
“Hey Starfire, ever wonder what it feels like to be hit by one of these?” Draco started as he faced the unsuspecting female. What he did next made Magnum and Jinx face fault with sweat drops on their heads. He cupped his hands together then as he slowly pulled them to his side, collecting a massive amount of blue energy—stolen from Cyborg's sonic cannon—while he yelled, “KAME…HAME…” then threw his hands forward while yelling, “HA!” launching the beam of sonic/electrical energy right for her.
Starfire generated her own version to counter Draco's kame hame ha wanna-be. The beams collided, and it became a push fight. However, Starfire used her counter a bit late, so most of the pushing was taking place closer to her and Raven, who stepped up beside the struggling Tamaranean and used her powers to strengthen Starfire's beam. Draco noticed, and quickly added some of his own power to the beam. Soon, despite the power the two girls were generating for the counter attack, they were overwhelmed, and Draco's attack won the fight, sailing on and engulfing the females in blinding blue light, as well as giving them a mild electric shock (DBZ spoof).
Draco ended his attack then turned and pointed to Magnum and said, “See? I told you I'd be able to do that some day!” Magnum said nothing in response, not even when Cyborg was running at the human livewire at full speed. He kept a straight face as Cyborg ran closer, yet somehow Draco knew what was coming, and he dove out of the way.
“You're really annoying you know that?” Cyborg yelled at Draco as he rolled up from the ground. Cyborg took the time he had before Draco stood all the way up to jump in the air and deliver an elbow drop to Draco's back. Draco only had seconds to brace himself, but it was long enough to position himself to catch Cyborg's incoming elbow. However, Cyborg's momentum and weight was a bit much for Draco to redirect Cyborg's elbow easily.
“Not this time shorty!” Cyborg said as he swung his other fist at Draco, nailing him in to chest and sending Draco flying, for once. Draco was then ambushed by what felt like 50 starbolts (pretty close; 45 plus 2 eyebeams) then a shadow-encased rock that knocked him out of the air. When Draco hit the ground—creating a dust cloud in the process—he slowly got up, a pain-ridden expression on his face. He glared malevolently at Cyborg, and then got an idea.
Great, now I don't got enough power to transform, but since Cyborg's half-robot, I'm sure he won't mind if I `borrow' some power form him…Not only that, but that punch really hurt... Draco thought. When Cyborg started running at him for another attack, Draco powered up his arm—discovering he still had some of the sonic energy left—and Cyborg immediately ran the other way. Draco focused hard then launched a beam at Cyborg's metal back. The attack wasn't for inflicting damage however. Using his powers, he made a grappling hook at the end of the beam, then used it to draw Cyborg back to him, while jokingly saying, “Get over here!” (Mortal Kombat spoof) Once he dragged Cyborg close enough, Draco hopped on the steel encased backside and planted his hands on Cyborg's back, and started absorbing Cyborg's electrical power, making the robotic teen scream in pain from the draining.
After draining nearly all of Cyborg's power—leaving him immobile for the time being—Draco started glowing slightly. He did a front-flip off of Cyborg's back, and then he faced the girls with a badass smirk (think Vegeta, cuz that's the next thing I'm spoofing on), momentarily scaring both of them. Draco shifted into a battle stance, and then seemed to be focusing his power as the glow around his body darkened. Then outta nowhere, the girls heard a battle roar then, “Prepare yourselves!” followed by what sounded like faint thunder. The girls realized he was transforming.
When he finished gathering his power and quickly transformed, the two girls both looked at Draco with multiple sweat drops—Starfire feeling like she was about to piss herself this time—although he wasn't in full dragon form. The sight that lay before them looked more frightening. And from the looks of things, he regained his wind, and wasn't gonna play “dirty” this time.
Draco was as tall as he usually was, but his skin had turned dark-green, his fingernails were replaced with the razor-sharp claws, his fang-like teeth returned, he grew his tail again, and the spines protruding from his elbows were back as well. The girls looked at his feet, and found his boots were gone, exposing the claws on his toes and that his legs' bone structure was similar to his dragon-form. Lastly, his mask was gone, but his eyes were blazing bright green, and the slit-pupils were staring back at them. If the girls looked closely enough, they would notice a faint sinister glow around Draco's body. If you want, you could say, he went Super Saiyan (in his terms at least). The last thing the girls comprehended was that parts of his skin—hands and up to his elbows, shoulders (armed with a few spines as well), lower legs (which couldn't be seen—yes, he still has his clothes on), and his neck and sides—had turned black.
“Let's finish this, Titans!” Draco yelled out in a sinister tone as he launched right at the girls. Raven threw chunks of rocks and boulders while Starfire fired her eyebeams and more starbolts at Draco, but neither of the girl's attacks fazed him. Draco gathered green electricity around his arms then fired one beam at Raven and the other at Starfire, making them dive out of the way. Starfire had to stop in mid-air to avoid the beam, but she increased her barrage of starbolts to the point she could outdo a chain-gun. Draco stopped his attack—unknowingly leaving himself open—to deal with Starfire. What he hadn't counted on was being blasted by a combination of sonic energy, shadow-kinesis, and Starfire's starbolt beam, pinning him as he was attacked from his left, right, and from behind.
In an instant, Draco threw up his arms, stopping all three attacks at once as a shockwave exploded and radiated around him. He looked at all three attackers, and from the looks on their faces, they had their guard up, ready for anything he threw—literally or not—at them. He panicked for a moment, and then got an idea. He drew his powered up hands close to each other, crossing his wrists over each other, focused, then violently swung them out, sending a wave of explosive energy outwards while launching himself in the air—accompanied by a thunderous bang.
The three Titans might have been ready for anything, but his little stunt diverted their attention from him on the ground, to him in the air, so they weren't ready when the wave of energy hit them, shorting out Cyborg—again.
Once in the air, Raven was about to use her powers again, but remembered it was useless. She thought quickly and she remembered one kind of magic that might have an affect on the half-dragon: dark magic—taught to her by Malchior.
“Starfire, I need you to distract him for me. I'm gonna need all the focus I can get if we're to turn the tables on Draco,” Raven requested. Star nodded in agreement and took to the sky for aerial hand-to-hand with Draco. While Starfire occupying Draco's attention, Raven prepared herself for the unpredictable effect of the dark magic spell she was about to use, inwardly hoping that the spell wouldn't kill him—or at least hurt him too badly. Why, she had no idea (but I do! ^_^).
“Let's hope I do this correctly,” Raven said to herself, then stated the incantation, “Necronum…Hezbarek…Mortix!” Luckily, she used the right incantation, and she felt dark energy building up inside her, ready for its eminent release. She focused the dark power at Draco, and literally screamed out while blowing the energy at Draco like fire from a flamethrower (like on `Spellbound'). Starfire heard Raven scream, so she turned around and quickly flew out of the way when she saw dark fire reaching for her. She got out of the way in time, and Draco was soon absorbed into the dark fire generated by the dark magic Raven used. Draco was wondering how this was affecting him, but he didn't have enough time to think before he felt his energy draining and immense pain. He couldn't even think about trying to counter this sinister magic.
What the hell is this? Damn, this hurts more than a plasma burn! I gotta get outta here! Draco thought as the pain and dark energy consumed him.
Cyborg's auxiliary systems kicked in and fed power to him so he would get up, and he immediately switched to main power. When he saw Draco trapped in Raven's dark powers, he blasted away with his sonic cannon, both inflicting damage and ending Raven's spell as it blasted Draco outside of the shadowy embrace. When he landed on the ground, he was still hurting from Raven's attack, the beam of sonic energy, and the impact of the fall. Although he was hurting like hell, he was used to being hurt badly due to his missions in the UNSC, so he pushed his pain away.
“I didn't expect you to be back in the game so soon. Maybe I should use my finisher on you,” Draco mused out loud, turning to face Cyborg. Starfire used the distraction and fired her eyebeams at Draco's blind side, but the effort was useless as Draco launched himself at Cyborg—and out of the way—then he slid under the robotic teen, did a kick-flip—sending him over to the girls—then stood and faced the three of them.
Draco focused his power, and he started glowing again, then with blinding speed, he rocketed towards Cyborg (This is where I rip from Dragon Ball Z Budikai 3). Before he did anything, he gathered more power for the attack, then he kicked Cyborg as hard as he could he crossed his arms in an X over his chest. And after Cyborg was airborne for a moment, he took off after him, snapping his arms down to his sides and sending small shock waves that knocked the girls off their feet. Once he was slightly higher than Cyborg, Draco used another flip-kick to send the robotic teen hurling towards the ground. Standing in the air, Draco aimed a hand down at his foes, and started gathering as much power as he could and formed a sphere of pure energy. As he added more and more power, the sphere gradually became larger and brighter—bothering a few spectators…
On the ground; Magnum's POV…
Magnum wasn't paying much attention to the fight. He knew Draco could easily take on all five Titans. However, when Draco mentioned his finisher, Magnum felt a sadistic and evil smile forming across his face. As much as he hated how bright it got whenever Draco used it, he enjoyed the shear destructiveness. Of course, Magnum was the only one who knew how Draco developed his finisher; he was spoofing off of Vegeta's Big-Bang Attack. Now, as Draco's sphere of green electricity neared completion, he wished he could look away, but anywhere he looked, he saw bright green light, and too much of it. Even through the shades he wore it felt like he was staring at the sun.
He pulled out his sidearm, pointed at Draco's head, and through gritted teeth he said, “Stop with the damn light! Shoot the damn ball before I—” he stopped himself due to the look Jinx was giving him.
“Put the gun away, Magnum. This isn't your fight!” she scolded. She always tried to stop Magnum form shooting Draco. Sometimes it worked, other times she was too late, but Draco never complained—much.
Magnum reluctantly did so while grumbling under his breath, “I hate it when she doesn't let me do that! I never hurt the freak…”
“What was that?” Jinx asked knowingly. She always enjoyed making Magnum suffer when he didn't get his way.
“Uh, I love you…?” Magnum said while trying to look innocent with an angelic smile—covering his demonic-smiling mind. He always hated it when she did that to him, but he wanted her to be happy, so he complied with her wishes.
“That's what I thought you said,” Jinx said while she smiled back, gave him a quick peck on the cheek, and held Magnum's hand. I love being a girl! (A/N: The thing with Magnum and Jinx will be explained later—unless you've figured it out or read this story before)
Back in the fight…
Draco was almost finished building up the ball of electricity, so he aimed the ball at Cyborg and called out, “Say hello, to Super Draco's…Dragon Thunder Attack!” (I told you I was spoofin' offa DBZ) With that said, he fired the ball of energy. However, Starfire made her way to intercept the attack and hopefully counter it. Back in the air, Draco powered up more and yelled, “Welcome to your annihilation!” then released a barrage of lightning bolts from his hands, all aimed after the giant sphere of his power. When the lightning bolts connected with the sphere—Starfire trying to prevent the ball from hitting the ground—the ball detonated, the explosion sounding like thunder when a lightning bolt hits a tree (I've had that happen to me, scared me out of my sleep). As if the lone explosion wasn't enough, a majority of the lightning bolts continued to the ground, attempting to strike Raven and Cyborg repeatedly.
With lightning flashing and raining down everywhere, Raven and Cyborg were practically blind, and nearly deaf due to being close to the thunderous explosion. Starfire on the other hand, was not only inches away from being blind and deaf, but also fully paralyzed and unconsciousness, and currently falling to the ground as the thunder and brightness subsided. Once the light faded enough for everyone to see, Raven noticed Starfire's body hurling towards the ground, and she rushed over—using her powers to move quicker—and caught Starfire just before she had a fatal crash with the hard ground. She set the Tamaranean female down gently, but when she turned back to Draco, five lightning bolts ambushed her, and she wasn't able to throw up a decent shield in time. The force of the bolts pushed her back until the shield collapsed and struck Raven, and she lost consciousness from the pain. Cyborg stayed active a bit longer, but when a lightning bolt struck him for the forth time, he shorted out by a power surge, and his systems shut down until it could maintain the power the metal parts were absorbing.
A few seconds later, the lightning bolts stopped raining down on the unfortunate Titans, and Draco stayed alone in the air, still standing up like he was on solid ground, the energy field around him slowly fading. All the while, he had his arms crossed over his chest, and a smile on his face closely resembling Vegeta's badass smirk. When the last of the bolts vanished completely, Draco quickly landed, and the moment his feet touched the ground, he reverted to his human form—mask and all—but he was on all fours and panting heavily, clearly exhausted.
This was a major surprise to everyone watching, even to Draco's teammates on Shadow Scope-X: the human livewire had his limits after all. As shocking as it was, everyone—excluding Magnum and Jinx—was shocked even more when Draco slowly stood back up, reached both hands towards the sky, and when he closed his hands into fists, natural lightning sprouted from seemingly nowhere above and struck Draco repeatedly, charging him back up. When Draco was done, he opened his hands, and the lightning vanished, but a few bolts were circling him her and there, but vanished quickly as his body absorbed it.
Looking around, Draco found no sign of the Titans he chose to fight; at least, he didn't find any sign that they were awake. He walked over to where he threw his cloak and slipped it back on, taking care to replace the hood over his head. He looked at Robin and asked, “Does this mean I win?”
“We'll see. That depends on what Starfire, Cyborg and Raven say,” Robin answered from the sidelines.
“I say he's in. As long as he doesn't use me for a battery.” Cyborg said as he got up after his system finished adjusting to the power-surge. Raven sat up and held her reeling head, and accepted Draco's hand as he pulled her to her feet—both blushing a bit, but no one noticed.
Trying to sound normal, she cleared her throat and shrugged, “He put up quite a fight. Although I couldn't do much against him, he knew what he got himself into. He's in.”
“Two out of three. That pretty much means you're in. Welcome aboard, Draco.”
“Sweet-beans!” Draco cried out triumphantly, glad he was now part of another group of teenage heroes. However, his mini-victory celebration was cut short as he realized something, “Where'd Starfire go?”
All eyes scanned the area, and Cyborg found her with the aid of his infrared eye. As everyone rushed over, Draco regretted using his finisher. Draco, Jinx, Raven and Cyborg arrived at Star's limp form on the ground, and feared the worst; she wasn't moving at all—not even breathing.
“Jinx,” Draco commanded the pink-haired girl, “check her pulse. She might still have a chance.”
“WHAT?!?!” Was all everyone nearby—except Draco and Jinx—said at once.
