CHAPTER 2

BUSTED

Mokuba and Jadyn scrambled apart instantaneously, as the sound of a voice broke them from their explorations. Mokuba looked up slowly, his vision directly locking with the questioning glare of his older brother, Seto Kaiba.

It was like time had slowed down to a stop. No one moved or said a word and both brothers held each-others gaze; Mokuba with humiliated, angry and surprised emotions flitting across his orbs while Seto with exactly the same emotions reflected back, only his held a different meaning.

Uncomfortably Jadyn lifted himself up off the floor and made a hasty exit out of Mokuba' room, down the stairs and through the front door shutting it with an audible slam.

Looking up, teas filled Mokuba' eyes, his already clouded vision making his sight more blurry.

"Mokuba?" Seto questioned with anger laced through his voice, although not for the reason one would think. Kaiba definitely wasn't stupid, he could see what was going on and was furious with Mokuba for not telling him he was attracted to boys, or even talking about it with him. There was no problem with Mokuba being gay, Seto had many secrets of his own after all.

"G-g-get out Seto." Mokuba wavered through his demand, then with more certainty. "I-I SAID, GET THE HELL OUT!" With that Mokuba jumped up from his bed, stormed over to where Kaiba was leaning against the doorframe and abruptly shoved him through, before slamming the door harshly in his face. The second the door was closed Mokuba slid down the surface where he landed on his bum. He finally let the tears fall. He was distraught, devastated, there were just too many emotions running through him. He had thought that he could talk to his brother about anything, they were always there for each other, but every time Mokuba built up the courage to spill his confusion and questions to the older Kaiba, the minute he looked at Seto he felt the loathing, disgust and disappointment that he was sure Seto would harbour for his little brother the second he found out. No he couldn't tell anybody. He had felt so alone, and now, and now what? What would he do? What would Seto do? Would he disown him? Would he send him back to the orphanage? Mokuba was frantic with possible scenarios. He didn't want to leave his brother; he didn't want to loose Jadyn, his best friend and he didn't want to loose himself. After that kiss though, Mokuba knew that he was gay and that he had fallen in love with Jadyn. Suddenly Mokuba was brought out of his panic filled thoughts by a loud banging on the door.

"Mokuba, open up this door this instance!" Kaiba demanded in a calm tone. He was going to talk about this with Mokuba whether he liked it or not. Obviously there were problems the younger Kaiba was going through, issues that he needed to sought out and talk about. Shutting himself away was not going to make the problem go away or ease any.

"Mokuba." Kaiba started again. "I am telling you to open up this door RIGHT now. We are going to talk about this and you are going to tell me what is going in on!" Seto finished in a demanding voice. He wasn't too sure how to handle this though. He had known what was up with Mokuba for months now, and had hoped that the boy would have come to him to talk about it. He had never had a problem accepting his sexuality, he hadn't cared what his preferences were or what anyone else would think of him. The only thing that had disgusted him about the whole thing was the person he had found he was attracted to. That mutt was the last person he wanted to have feelings for. But now was Mokuba' turn and Kaiba had seen the turmoil in his younger brothers eyes build up as the weeks went by; Mokuba becoming more and more depressed and confused. No he would sort this whole thing out right now, it had gone on far too long.

"Mokuba, you know I can just over-ride the locking code on your door. I suggest that you make it easier for yourself by opening up before I have to open it for you." Kaiba stated threateningly. He wasn't good at being sympathetic or gentle, then again he had never faced a problem like this. He had never thought that Mokuba would become so anxious and worried over his sexuality; but then again Mokuba was a people person who wanted to be accepted, who wanted people to like him and wanted to be "normal."

There was silence for a few minutes, until a soft click was heard, indicating that the door had been unlocked.

Hay, so that's it for the second chapter. It would have been longer, but I thought that it was at the best place to finish. Anyway, yeah it's a little slow but it will get there. I'm still deciding whether I am going to do a Kaiba/Jou prequel, sequel or just incorporate it in with this story. Well I'll let you guys be the judge of that. So yeah just vote or review whatever you want me to do. Yeah so how you like the story so far? The next chapter will be up soon…..I hope.. I am moving house and have to study so it may take a week or so to update. Tootles!
