Chapter 4: The quickest match in history

Hiei entered the ring. Piccolo was his opponent. Last year, Piccolo made it to the finals to face Toguro but was defeated. "Get it on!" The next thing anyone saw was Hiei behind Piccolo. His body parts fell down like sliced onions. Hiei put his sword back in its case. "Uh…….th-the winner is Hiei." Everyone in the arena was silent. You could hear birds chirping outside. Hiei walked out.

Yusuke and Kuwabara had their jaws on the floor. They looked at Hiei. He got into Kuwabara's face. "Now do you think your even close to my power?" He said. The announcer lady on the TV got every one quiet. "Okay! The Quarter Finals are coming up next. The matches will be… Hiei vs. Inyuyasha, The Demon king vs. Raven, Trunks vs. Ken, and Kuwabara vs. Yusuke! Will the first fighters come to the arena!" Yusuke turned down the volume and looked at Kuwabara. "It's just like you said, we have to give it our all," Kuwabara said and walked out of the room. Yusuke wasn't sure if he wanted to fight Kuwabara.

Hiei was already in the ring and was ready to take out Inyuyasha any way possible. Inyuyasha entered the ring and stared deeply into Hiei's eyes. "You are going to die in this ring, so make yourself comfortable!" Hiei yelled to him. Inyuyasha replied with a simple smirk. "Ready lets go!" And with that the two challengers Fought like dragonflies. They could not be seen by anyone.

For 30 long minutes all anyone could hear was the clashing of swords. Then Hiei dropped to the ground seemingly out of nowhere. Then Inyuyasha's stabbed him right in the chest. Hiei began to spit up blood. "It looks like its you who will be dying in this ring." Hiei stopped breathing. "The winner is Inyuyasha!" Yusuke and Kuwabara came running out of the suite into the ring. "Hiei! Wake up Hiei!" Yusuke said holding him in his arms. "NOOOOOOOOOO!" He yelled. He erupted with power and turned into his demon form. He looked into Inyuyasha's eyes. "I swear you'll be dead by the end of this tournament you heartless bastard!" He said burning up. He transformed back into his regular form and picked up Hiei's body.

"Were lucky that Kurama is not awake yet. He's going to be devastated," Kuwabara said. Yusuke didn't say anything. He just turned to Kuwabara and hugged him. He began to cry. Kuwabara hugged him back. "Don't be gay Yusuke. Get the hell off me."

Two matches later Yusuke and Kuwabara were in the ring. "This is it. Winner goes on to face Inyuyasha! Ready fight!" The two collided and tried to push each other back. Then they went blow for blow for about 5 minutes. They were both tired out already. "You know… you can give up…now," Kuwabara said breathing heavily. "Psyche!" Both of their hands were glowing and they began to punch each other again. Kuwabara got smart and kicked Yusuke in the chest. He flew back. Kuwabara then charged up for his `Spirit Wave'. "Oh I see. You want to do this quickly? I have no problem with that!" Yusuke said charging up his Spirit Wave. Kuwabara began to glow.Alright Urameshi lets see what you got! Yusuke had a huge ball of energy in his hand. He shot it right at Kuwabara. "SPIRIT WAVE!" At the last second, Kuwabara bursted out with more energy than his father! The two energies collided and the arena was blinded with light.

When the light was gone, both of the fighters lay on the outside of the ring. "Wow! 1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10! Double knockout!" The two were showing no signs of life. "I've just got word from the officials that the final match will be a Battle Royal! Yusuke vs. Kuwabara vs. The Demon King vs. Trunks! What a match this will be. It is going to be held tomorrow. Rest up!" The doctors took away Yusuke and Kuwabara. They had no idea what just happened.
