I like it but hate that Inuyasha hurt Kagome...no more of that and I'd say you have a great story!

Honestly...I think it's okay that Kagome knows Inuyasha's mate's name. That part is fine. I still think she would see Kikyou in the mirror instead of 'Tomi', because I'm assuming that Kikyou and Inuyasha are close and united in your story because they both are avenging Tomi's death and are both getting revenge for Naraku's trickery, which caused Kikyou's death too and caused Inuyasha to be pinned to the tree. So Kagome is really jealous of Kikyou's and Inuyasha's closeness which she assumes has grown into love? So she'd still 'see' Kikyou in the mirror. But what I really can't swallow at all is Inuyasha hitting Kagome for any reason. Whatever else they may be feeling, they were once friends, and no matter what, Inuyasha has never deliberated hurt a human woman -- they remind him of his mother. That part -- Inuyasha actually hitting Kagome -- ruined it for me. I didn't get past it. You asked to tell you if we liked the new version. Well, yes and no. I also noticed that your AFF Version 1.0 was better then your MM.org Version 1.0 in a few word choices. Keep one master copy and always upload the same version on all sites that you post on. I liked this concept and I hope you continue with it. Still, I can't accept that Inuyasha would ever hit a human woman, and I know that Kagome would never forgive him unless he was possessed at the time since they are no longer close. Original and I like it so far. The scene with Inuyasha and Kagome on the roof was very good. I liked how he reacted to her scent. Does this mean he has been fighting the pull of her scent during the years after she removed Kikyou's arrow and freed him from the God Tree. Very interesting. I hope you update again very soon. I Like this story I hope the Author continues to write it. It will be interesting to see Kagome get Inuyasha of 50 years past to fall in love with her.
