As always, I am impressed by your attention to detail, and your willingness to delve into history and serve it up to us. (I'm a history professor.) I am wondering if the story the mirror projected was the thing that had upset Kagome. Her grandfather seemed to indicate that the burning of the scrolls had meaning in and of itself. And he asked her if she felt someone watching her read them -- is it an indication that something (or someone) transferred something to her, or perhaps, that something (or someone) was loosed when the scrolls burned? Loved the interaction between Hiei and Inuyasha -- I'm looking forward to them butting heads more in the future. Does Inuyasha realize what Kagome agreed to when she accepted Hiei's courtship? (The "rules?") And, just wondering, but wouldn't it have made more sense for kagome to go over to Shizuru's rather than have ALL of them come to the shrine? (I know: she was shook up. LOL!) This was a great chapter! I can't wait for the next one -- you never disappoint!!

MUH Hiei teke it easy !!! Poor Kagome ( she has her Hands full with this one ^^ )And Keiko is such a Bitch !!! I mean Yusuke is not perfect but she gets angry for every little thing Yusuke does!!! And poor Inuyasha ( almost everybody from this Fic hates him )Please update ASAP and keep up the good work ^^

kagome 25? wow, i wasn't expecting the group to be that old, its probably from immature reactions and usual bickering, but who doesn't love that? is kagome ever going to set hiei straight??? awsome story, cant wait to read more ^.^ Please Update Soon!!!

Awesome job!! What a fabulous chapter! I didn't realize the characters were in their mid-twenties, though. They seem a little immature for that, but I like the idea of kagome having to look for another job because she's too old to be the shrine maiden. (Guess it's a good thing she and Hiei didn't get totgether sooner, or she might not be the shrine MAIDEN for other reasons --LOL!) I am really enjoying Hiei's being so authoritative going by youkai customs in his relationship with her. And it was interesting that Amataseru reassured Kagome that Hiei was the one she was meant to be with. I think that goes a long way towards helping her put up with his "rules." Absolutely died laughing and loved it when Hiei told everyone he would take her and "find an activity to tire her out" so they could all sleep. TOO funny! I'm scared of what's to come, though, since I'm afraid Hiei and Kagome are the target of the first dirty plan. I sure hope it doesn't involve him being with another woman -- that always makes me wince. Perhaps it has something to do with his bloodthirsty personality? I'm looking forward to Kagome's talk with Yukina. Yukina's thoughts were interesting, though they didn't speak of a great love for Kurama -- the idea that she wants her children to have a demon father is very original, I think. I like it. I've gotta feel for poor Kazuma, though -- he's gonna lose his sister and his love to demons. Ouch! The Inuyasha/Keiko/Yusuke thing is going to continue to cause problems, ne? I'd like for Kagome and Inuyasha to have a good talk, too. I wouldn't think she'd just throw him aside in favor of her new friends -- they've been friends for a LONG time now. (10 years!) The hints of yusuke being interested in Kagome continue to throw me -- I can't wait to see what you have in mind there if she's supposed to be with Hiei. (And she is!!) I seem to recall Amaterasu telling Yusuke he'd be surprised where he finds love or it would be in an unexpected place or something like that. (I'm going to go back and read the whole story over now -- yay!) Anyway, it was a real treat to get the alert that a new chapter for this story was up! Thanks! Hope you can update again soon!!

Wow! I stumbled upon this fic earlier today and sat down to read it's entirety. I couldn't stop reading! This is one of the most creative fics I've read in awhile. And I love the fact that you actually have a knowledge of not only the background of the characters, but also the culture from which they come. I'm impressed! Keep up the wonderful writing! My God your so awesome! I'm still amazed at how awesome you are. Anyways, i keep hoping some romance will come between yusuke and kagome but i keep telling myself, "Oh yeah she's supposed to be with hiei in this one." And then i tell myself, "Man when are hiei and kagome going to have some romance?" Then i remember hiei is... hiei lol. This is a good story, keep it up. Much luck. Mrs Cake~

Going to review here since I *can't* review anywhere else thanks to the sites being down. I liked this chapter, looks like Yusuke and Keiko have a ton of problems that are finally coming to light. Hiei sounds positively pissy over the whole deal. Can't a poor demon sleep? And Inuyasha... Kags is going to have to kick some peoples asses to get them to shut up about them. Good chapter, update soon please.

Hiei can be quite the insufferable one when it comes down to it. I feel bad for Kagome but that's the tough break a girl has to take dealing with hard headed guys. This is as always good. Searching for this baby is like traveling the desert for an oasis. All the horrible xover fic I wadded through *sob* but it was worth to find this baby. At fhaven the next chapter doesn't show up. I couldn't read it over there.

Love it! Great chapter! Please work on the next one first, before the one-shots! Glad Hiei got off the dime and talked to her. Only he could get away with "laying down the ground rules" like that. Yay! Sounds like there are going to be some changes in living arrangements coming up, ne? The female villain is out for revenge on Kurama, (well, YOUKO,) right? Can't wait to see what sneaky, rotten little plots she comes up with. kuronue makes a great catalyst because he can say whatever he wants. Still wondering what's going on with Keiko. Lots of stories still to be told here. I can't wait for more! (And more Hiei/Kag action, of course!)
