I got all the way up to chapter 6 before I realized that the reason your name sounded familiar is because I know you from KD's yahoo group X___X . Anyway, I really enjoyed this. I liked the concept of Ran being so obsessed with losing Yohji that he started to assimilate a lot of Yohji's signature qualities. Both Ran and Yohji seemed very much like real people rather than just characters. And your characterization of Schuldig was just wonderful. I totally loved him to pieces. I unfortunately started reading this late at night and couldn't finish it in one sitting, and it was really really difficult to rip myself away from it. . My only complaint was that you set it up to have a really interesting continuing plot, and I feel like you ended it in the middle of the story, instead of the end. I would have really liked to see the group actually teamed up, and I was interested to see how you would have portrayed Farfarello after taking a haitus for his sanity. It was a little frustrating not knowing whether or not Yohji gets his memories back too. . sooo....I demand a sequel. . Also, the second I got to the part where Yohji observes that Ran has a dryer, I was like "ha, they've definitely lived in Japan." I was rather amused to catch a lot of cultural references that weren't especially obvious but were certainly telling of the setting being accurate. I really appreciate it when authors write so that the characters really do seem Japanese, and don't just magically act like Americans (or whatever culture the author is most familiar with.)

I was delighted to read this chapter, although I hadn't realized it would be the last. (I'm comforted by the promise of the sequel, and the premise is much fun.) I loved how Aya and Yoji are drawn to each other as Ken stands watching (and then flees - "You don't have a shirt on," observed a skeptical Ran - hah!), and how Aya just lets the sword drop to the ground. I obviously liked the sex, too. My favorite part of that was when Yoji told Aya he loved him and that it hurt, causing a previously lust-fogged Aya to start to clear up, and then he distracted him again. Congratulations on finishing this, and well done!

whew...it's been a while but it's been more than worth the wait...although you have to admit that the story begs for a sequel ;)

I can't believe it's over. This story has alternated between driving me crazy and making me want to cry. And has been one of my top favorite fics here on MM. Although now you have me itching to know more about this joining of Schwarz and Weiss. I'm hoping that you plan on expanding on that concept.

it just keeps getting better! i like schu, he makes the chapter lighter. every time i go into a hotel room, i'm going to think of plastic bathrooms and start cracking up. that's marvelious! man, you're gonna make us wait forever before ran and yohji get together, arn't ya? well,as long as schu is there to be super cool, it's all good. keep up the good work! ^^
