Wow, I really enjoy reading that. I love how realistic it is, with Kagome not quite willing to let go of her fear and mistrust and Inuyasha, though with good intention, still behave rather awkwardly around her. Really looking forward to character development of especially these two. I also love the consistency of common people's treatment of slaves, as Kagome would probably be treated like dirt because of what she is anywhere (as compared to so many fics where random kind and understanding people seem too abound). Anyway, more please!
