Very nice ending. I never doubted Inuyasha would return to HIS Kagome somehow. I really liked how Inuyasha and Tetsaiga worked together to get out of the time slip. It was also really nice to see how "their" youkai took care of Kagome while she waited. I would have liked to see Sesshomaru's reaction to Inuyasha's return but you were right that this was a good stopping place. Shippo, Kouga and Ayumi will all be glad that Inuyahsa survived after all and returned to Kagome. And I know Kagome's family will be overjoyed at his return, especially Souta. Inuyasha can be the father figure that Souta needs while being a father to his own child. See you at your next fiction.

So Inuyasha's chasing Tetsaiga is going to get him home to Kagome? Nice. I like that the sword inadvertently saves Inuyasha again after saving him so many times in battle. It is so funny how Kagome's grandfather is upset that he isn't part youkai after he tried to purify Inuyasha for being part youkai. That will make him accept his great-grandchildren easier though. It was so good for Kagome to find out she was Kohaku and Rin's descendant and not Miroku and Sango's. She still gets to be related to Sango by blood but not Miroku. It is good that she plans on standing up to Sesshomaru about raising her children HER and Inuyasha's way and not Sesshomaru's way. He needs people to stand up to him and tell him "no". I can't wait to see how everyone reacts to Inuyasha following Tetsaiga out of the well. Sesshomaru will also finally stop desiring Tetsaiga when he realizes Rin's descendant will wield it. Update when you can please.

fukuchuu no hikiri (manga chapter 81) tessaiga's saya called tessaiga from across the room while yasha was in toukajin's stomach... maybe he could navigate better if he used his saya for propulsion while he called the sword. . . the last two chapters were quite informative but also wrenching. a wonderful gripping story. ~ thank you, ginny

Nice cliff hanger. Inuyasha is floating in the well alone, Tetsaiga is deserting him (I wonder where it will show up) and Kagome doesn't know she needs to call to him to get him back. I think Tetsaiga will appear to Kagome for the child she carries and that will alert everyone that Inuyasha needs help getting back. I like how Sesshomaru mellowed toward Kagome and her family during this time waiting. He lost some of his arrogance. I can't wait to see how you rescue Inuyasha.

Very good chapter. Yes, I live! Just been busy with preg/baby stuff, but have been keeping up here. Love the interplay b/t Sess and K's grandpa. Love that he (gpa) isn't cowed by Sess. Fun to read, definately. Have you been keeping up with the manga? The 'drifting in the void' brought it to mind. Nice touch, either way. Can't have things go too easy, that wouldn't make for a juicy story. Again, good chapter, love the building concern and tension.

Sorry I fell behind in reading a few chapters so I am late in reviewing. I really like how you got the fight to develop in exactly the way same as was remembered by Kouga, Sesshomaru and Shippo and told to Inuyasha. All of Inuyasha's attempts to change the outcome caused it to happen exactly as it had in the past remembered by the others. Very good job in tying it all the threads together. And making Kagome Rin's descendant explains why Sesshomaru is taking such an interest in Kagome's survival and gives him a more vested interest in her and Inuyasha's child. The child will be the mixing of his "daughter's" blood with his through his brother and the blood they share. So it will be even more his heir since it will be doubly linked to him. I can see many threats coming Inuyasha's way of what will happen if he does not take good care of his children. I think that Sesshomaru has learned to show affection to some degree and he will to Kagome's children. I can't wait to see what happens after Inuyasha reappears through the well. I promise to do better in reviewing the end.

one hopes he isn't affected too much by the destruction of the time slip. but he got the main instigator and the mass of lesser youkai, without the big bad guy the lesser youkai won't be organizing and starting major problems for those in sengoku. a new era starts. . . one worries for yasha and who rebuilds the well? ~ thank you, ginny

now all they need is for yasha to survive so she really can stay with him for as long as he lives especially since she's the only 'miko to youkai' in north america. cool, hopefully he survives (this one worries). nice to see them all getting along on both sides of the well. ~ a pleasure as usual, ginny

Friends forever has a whole new meaning when talking about youkai and mikos with extended life spans. I hope Kagome does find a way to extend her life to live as long as Inuyasha. He would have a hard time living without her. So both Kagome and Miroku both realize that Kagome is probably Miroku and Sango's descendant. I wonder what else she can find around the shrine that would tell her more about the lives of her friends. Part of me wants to see how this all works out but part of me doesn't want that to happen since it means the story will be over. Either way, keep it coming and I will keep reading and reviewing.
